Comments: I love my old Vendettas. These; however, have too small of a grip. The flipping model also has too long of a handle that catches on your shirt. Please Abu return to at least 2 generations earlier.

Comments: I love these rods! I have the 7' medium heavy and it's the best feeling rod I have. The only bad things about these rods are that they break easy. I break them on hook sets a lot and boat flipping fish. They will cost you big bass. If you buy on make sure you get a warranty on them because I've been through 8 of them in the past year. Abu Garcia needs to fix the durability of these rods.

Comments: I got the last abu garcia vendetta winn grip casting rod 7' mh on sale and they took the rod off the site, I couldn't leave a review under that rod so I'll leave it here. They sent me a rod where the metal tube of the tip guide was crimped outwards so the metal edge was exposed, using it as it will fray line. It was the last one and the rod is discontinued so I can't send it back for a replacement. So I have to take the tip off and replace the guide on a brand new rod... VERY unfortunate. Be aware when buying rods online, you have a strong chance of being screwed over.

Comments: The handle on this model is about 1" shorter than prior Vendetta rods, its noticeably inadequate. Having to position the palm of your hand on the blank and handle at the same time makes it feel quite awkward when casting. If it's for a child or someone with small hands then it's an ok rod for the price point, otherwise I wouldn't recommend it.

Comments: I have bought 3 of these recently, no issue whatsoever! For the money it's a banger of a rod. I have a 7'3 heavy and it's my heaviest jig and frog rod, and it's phenomenal at that!! I also have a medium cranking rod for square bills and it's killer there too! These are really quality rods that not a lot of people talk about. If you don't have a big budget for a rod get this. It's with it 100%
