Introducing the next generation of Veritas rods built for moving and reaction baits, the Abu Garcia Veritas Winch Casting Rods use Abu Garcia’s Powerlux 100 to increase rod strength by 15 percent while also reducing overall weight by 5 percent. The redesigned Veritas Winch Casting Rods give anglers the performance, backbone, and durability they need, whether ripping squarebills around cover or fan casting expansive grass flats with a vibrating jig. The Powerlux 100 resin system evenly distributes nano particles between each carbon fiber to enhance the rod’s performance and strength by preventing cracks in the blank material, resulting in higher break strengths and improved impact or fracture resistance.
A hypersensitive Abu Garcia custom designed reel seat around the exposed blank sections and improves all-day fishing comfort and creates a better connection between angler the trophy on the line. Complete with titanium alloy guides, zirconium inserts, and ergonomic closed cell EVA split grips, the newest iteration of Abu Garcia Veritas Winch Casting Rods push the limits of high-performance reaction bait rods, packing cutting-edge technology into a renowned family of rods.
