Overpriced junkNot as warm as the aftco helm gloves even though it's waterproof, the outside layer grabs on every hook or even your line. After first use today the stitching is splitting in between the fingers. Highly disappointed after waiting a month for it to come from back order.
Always expect quality from AftcoThis is a good fishing glove. Fits snug, keeps your hands warm and the grippy material on palm gives you the security of keeping the rod and reel from slipping on cold wet days. I would size up to XL if you normally wear a large. However I believe this glove will need some retooling and if you haven’t purchased it yet wait for the next version. This is where it loses the stars. The sensor on finger tip is not good, barley or wont work with my iPhone or Lowrance screens. The material on the finger tips and thumb are literally hook hangers. If you are fishing treble hook baits like blade bait or JB, it will hang everytime you get line wrapped around the hook, then you find yourself constantly taking your gloves off which defeats the purpose. Once it gets in the material the threads will pull out the finger tip looks like a confetti. They need to use a different coating for the sensor and finger tip fabric, this grey fabric don’t work for fishing. It’s a great glove for single hook baits or driving the boat but for the price, Aftco fell short on this one. They did great work on the promo on this product but please fix the finger and thumb tip issues
