NEW Berkley PowerBait Crazy Leg Chigger Craw is the same bait that won the 2007 Bassmaster Classic, only BETTER! The Chigger Craw now comes with CRAZY LEGS that greatly enhance the bait's action while swimming, or on the drop. This new feature along with the high action Chigger Craw pinchers and the magic of PowerBait fish-attracting scent make it completely irresistible to bass. Fish it alone, or as a jig trailer, slow, or fast, and watch the pinchers and crazy legs swim wildly back and forth - driving big bass crazy.
The Black Blue Chigger Craw helped Skeet Reese win the 2009 Bassmaster Classic.

Comments: What a turd in the water. catches fish though and won us $3K. Seriously this bait is terrible. One flapper was flat, the other was running horizontal, the tentacles stuck together. noting was crazy. nothing was flapping. just came through the water. 0 confidence in the boat. It catches 'em though.

Comments: So glad to see the 3" version is back!!! Was really bummed when they stopped making it. Was my go to craw bait for smallmouth. The 4" was just too big and bulky. I switched to the 3" chigger craw which was effective but not as good as the crazy leg chigger craw. I am stoked!!!

Comments: I'm a tournament club angler and I've fished these either on a JigRig or as a jig trailer and this bait is MONEY! Lots of action in the water. I highly recommend these baits.

Comments: Absolutely caught the snot outta them this past weekend using these as jig trailers. Here's what I like about them. The claws have very subtle action on a lighter jig (I was using 1/2oz) but the antennas still have a very enticing life-like wiggle. Then when you swim it back to the boat for your next pitch the claws really start flapping and combined with the skirt flaring and pulsating the entire presentation really comes to life. I got a lot of bites swimming it back which I don't usually get. I've used these texas rigged before but was just blown away this time by how well the fish responded to it. They also really held onto it. This might be my new favorite trailer.

Comments: Great addition to the original Chigger Craw. I actually prefer the Crazy Legs Craw to the original for flipping and pitching heavy vegetation because it's more compact and the claws get through more efficiently, yet it still provides the great vibration that the original does. Another reason I prefer it for vegetation is that most bites come on the initial fall and as soon as the bait punches through the vegetation, so with the added action of the claws slowing the bait down, the bass to has more time to grab the bait. Also, without question, bass hold on to Powerbait scented lures longer than others, and this is vital when flipping with heavy weights because you must "feel the fish move" with the bait before pull-setting the hook, otherwise, you will blow the fishes mouth open with the big weight, resulting in missed bites. When compared to "beaver style" baits, the Crazy Legs Craw is a better all-around flipping bait, with the one exception of subtleness, that can be key in some particular situations. #BestHeavyVegetationFlippingBait!

Comments: I really like these. They have a lot of action and are very tough; I can usually catch quite a few fish on the same one before having to retire it.

Comments: These work well for me. I fish them on a light shaky head. Picasso round heads work best so far. Craw stays in claws up position plus can rotate a bit.

Comments: Smallmouth on Lake Mille Lacs Love these. Pumpkin Green Flake on a Fin tech Title shot jig drug over pencil reed to rock transitions is money.
