Unlike traditional frogs, the Big Bite Bait Fighting Frog is designed to be flipped, pitched, Carolina rigged or used as a jig trailer. Frogs have always been used as topwater baits. The Fighting Frog takes frogs to a whole new level of fishing and is a new type of flipping bait. This frog is made to be used below the surface and give fish a new and realistic look. The Fighting Frog features a compact body with small front legs for subtle action and larger back legs that have a great swimming action. When fished with a light weight, the Fighting Frog has a natural gliding action on the fall or a heavy weight can be used for faster presentations. It is also the perfect follow up bait when you miss a strike on a topwater frog.
One of the most important features of the Fighting Frog is the innovative new design of pockets and grooves. The Fighting Frog has hook pockets on the top and bottom, but the key is additional grooves on the sides. These channels and grooves prevent the bait from balling up on the hook and interfering with hooksets.
"I am very excited about this bait. There is nothing like it on the market and it is a brand new concept. The design of the bait allows it to collapse for maximum hook penetration. It has great action in the water and we have some great colors, I can't wait to use the Fighting Frog this year on the Elite Series."

Comments: My favorite pitching bait in 5" length doesn't perform well on straight shank flipping hook due to not having enough plastick to keep hook from popping out in heavy cover generatates a lot of strikes great action with flippers style legs could be perfected some though hard to catch more than 1 fish per bait need bulk options on 5" version My go to bait on Okeechobee and Istopoga here in central Fl using big ewg hooks hook slot on top needs some more plastic in groove to texpose hook

Comments: One of my favorite trailers rigged vertically on a non skirted chatterbait. Cut off the pinchers and little side legs for a great baitfish profile.

Comments: Probably one of my favorite go to flipping baits. These things straight up get bit. And the larger size is incredible for bed fishing. From: Kyle: FL 8/30/19
Comments: I fished this bait on a weghtless wide gap hook and swam it on top got smacked every cast almost. Overall great bait. I would buy again. From: BO: 4/8/19
Comments: The Big Bite Baits fighting frog is a tremendous trailer on the back of a swim jig because of the violent action it puts off. The action is so good that I find myself going for a fighting frog instead of a rage craw as my trailer when I fish a swim jig.
From: Adam: Eunice, La 4/17/18
Comments: Fished for first time today. Great action. There is a large recess in these and I'm sure it aids EWG hooks if you plan to pass all the way through and skin hook. These are not made for using straight shank hooks as I do for punching. Not a negative, just be aware there isn't enough plastic to bury a flipping hook. From: Jake - Houma, LA 1/6/18
Comments: AMAZING BAIT!!! Not a frog at all, the name is misleading, so do not fish it like you would a frog. Its more of a craw style creature bait. I use this Tx Rig, it is one of my Go To baits for pitching in the grass. Ive caught fish from Texas all the way up to Canada on this bait. Smallies and Largies both eat it like candy. The center on these baits has a hook slot that is thin, which allows for great hook ups, however it does tear up the baits pretty quick, especially with the bigger flipping hooks. They get bit like crazy though, so get a lot of them. ...Pro Tip....If you're skilled enough with a bait caster to skip docks...this thing pegged on a Tx Rig 1/4 oz weight skips under docks nearly as good as a jig does thanks to the flat sides on this bad boy. When the grass gets thick in summer around the docks, I switch from the jig for skipping docks to this bait as it stays way more weedless...and it works!!

Comments: Awesome bait, l mainly use this in the river which bass loves it. Just ordered 10 more packs of the 4". Keep up the good work Dean Rojas.

Comments: I don't know what kind of magic was used on these lures, but they work. What stands out about these lures is the action. Other 'bug' type craws, when you drop them or swim them, the 'claws' (or flippers or arms) don't really move that much. With the fighting frog, the claws wiggle and shimmer enthusiastically, and I suspect this is the reason why they beat out the competition. That or magic. Just buy them.
From: Jerry: Sunnyvale, CA 9/12/16
Comments: if you love not catching any fish and you just like sitting there, don't buy these lures. They have a hadit of catching fish all the time.

Comments: Best bait I've ever used!! Been fishing for a long time & never have I seen a bait entice a fish as fast this!
From: Jeff: Vanderburgh, IN 6/20/15
Comments: These are great baits that get bites for sure! Not quite as durable as you'd want, but I think that's what gives them the great action. I used the 4" for flipping which worked just fine. Caught about 5 bass on the first trip out with them, biggest was close to 3lbs. The JAM though is the 3" version on a shakey head. for real, caught two spots both over 3lbs on the 3" rigged shakey head color vegas flash...will be buying more!
From: John: Nashville, TN 6/1/15
Comments: I love these baits. I use the 4" flipping and swimming. At first I had a problem with the head tearing. I switched to a hook that has a holder on it. When you set the hook it slides down the holder and Hans in the bend of the hook. I can now catch multiple fish on one bait. I use this bait year round.
From: Brad: Bastrop, LA 4/18/14
Comments: Someone else mentioned that these aren't as beefy as they look, but that is precisely why they are so effective. They fall faster, swim better, and the movement of the arms really stands out. Some days you want a bigger bait, but I find these work almost all the time. I could flip the 4-inchers all day in any of the sunfish immitator colors. Try them!
From: DH: NC
Comments: Quality bait, reminds me of a sweet beaver by RI, but i find that these hold up a little better. Great flipping bait i love them. From: Mike: GA
Comments: Hollow body, hook comes out extremely easy when flipping a 1/2 oz, tip tears easy and is pretty much useless after that. This thing looks like its beefy which is why I bought these but their not. If they mke these a solid bait someday I will try them again
From: J: Washington State
Comments: A good complement to every tackle box ! You can rig in many many different ways. Try it backward like a fat ika or a cover craw... You should be surprised !From: Fab: France
Comments: My second comment on these lures. Water temp late July in the low 80's here in So. Jersey. These lures still produce when the bite is slow using brand name Senkos, Frogs, Swim and Jerk baits. Before you give up, throw these. They always seem to produce for me in both sizes. I've had luck using most of the colors available.
From: Tom: Somers Point, NJ
Comments: Was at my usual lake in south Jersey, late April, water temp just under 60 degrees and throwing a variety of plastic worms including some of the OVERPRICED GY swim senkos and cut tail worms and not a hit. Put on a 4" Fighting Frog, watermelon red flake, and caught 3 bass all between 3 - 4 lbs. within 20 minutes. In all fairness, I also caught several on the 4" Mister Twister Hawg Frog when I ran out of the Big Bite Fighting Frog. I just ordered about 8 more packs of Fighting Frogs and will continue to use them as long as they perform like this. Not sure if the increase in water temp will have any impact on their effectiveness. So far this is the best soft plastic lure I've ever used. Bass really slam them.
Comments: best soft plastic on the market..use the 3.5 for football jigs and the 4" for flippn pitchn...
From: Jasper, AL
Comments: Fish this with a Buckeye Lures Goby Sled Head. It's like Clyde the Glide. Bass smoke it!!
From: AJ: N. Kingstown, RI
Comments: DO NOT BUY THESE BAITS, I need them for myself.
From: Sam: La Plata, MD
Comments: Recently purchased this bait in the green pumpkin with red flake. I love the hook pockets makes for great hooksets compared to most plastics. Also holds the scent that it came in very well. So far swimming this bait has worked well more me when nothing else did. Definitely reccomend this bait and will purchase more in the future!! From: Zach: Brown County, IN
Comments: One thing I love in a bait is versatility. This bait has it. Flip it, skip it, swim it, c-rig it, tx rig it. I really like this bait on a "stand up" style jig head. It looks as if this frog is feeding. Awesome bait.
From: Jim: Woodstock, GA
Comments: These things flat out catch fish.
From: Adrian: Dublin, GA
Comments: THIS FIGHTING FROG HAS PRODUCED MANY FISH ON ANY DAY. SO FAR THE BEST SOFT PLASTIC BAIT I'VE USED!
From: Julius: Roswell, GA
Comments: I have used the fighting frog as a creature bait instead of the more common baits like the chigger craw or a brush hog. Something different for the major chain of lakes that make up the Tenn River in North Alabama. Texas rigged with a slip sinker and simply dragging the bottom has been successful. Green pumpkin and Black/Blue Flk are two productive colors. Like most all plastic creature baits, any buring of the hook point will tear the surface with the initial hookset. Then it becomes a challenge to make the lure weedless with each hookset. You can catch a few fish with each lure and they are priced good. From: Jim: Harvest, AL
Comments: This is one of the best designed baits to come along in quite some time; all you have to do is fish it however you like, It Works!
From: Jason: Albany, GA
Comments: These things catch fish! I'm able to catch a number of fish on each one before having to change them out. Flip them into heavy cover and hold on. From: Jason: North Charleston, SC
Comments: I bought some colors in here and I used them. Wow, I love them because they are so versatile. I have used them for flipping, top water and Texas rig, I plan to use them for football trailer.
From:Tyler: Baltimore, MD
Comments:These baits are amazing ! I used them as flipp'n baits and they worked great. They also work great as a trailer on football jigs. No heed to follow the craw flipp'n banwagon anymore !
From:Larry: Myrtle Beach, SC
