Please Note: The 7.5" Black Blue Tail is a 13pk not an 18pk
Proven effective for over three decades, the Culprit Original Worm delivers tested attraction that speaks for itself. Molded with a ribbed front half and a “kicking” ribbon tail, the Culprit Original Worm possesses an oversized presence and a fluttering undulation that calls to hungry predators.
Offered in an extensive range of colors and sizes, the Culprit Original Worm allows anglers to precisely dial in their presentation to match fishing conditions. Combing plus-sized attraction with a classic, ribbon-style shape, the Culprit Original Worm delivers proven big bass attraction.
Great Largemouth Worm! These are my go to bait for largemouth when the weather get warmer. Recently caught my PB on the 7.5in Junebug. They have great action and hold up pretty well to multiple fish in my experience. If you’re looking to try a ribbon tail, I’d definitely start here.

Comments: I guess the good thing about fishing heavily pressured bank areas is you can see what everyone is throwing. I have not seen a plastic curly tailed worm being thrown by anyone in the last year. So guess what I have been using? These worms are right here. Classic baits, for sure.
From: O'Billy Dudewright: 8/28/23
Comments: The best I have ever used. Worms are softer for better hook set. Better action then others.
From: Tommy: Cordele GA. USA. 6/14/23
Comments: I was living in Georgia in the early 80's when these came out. These were the first ribbon tail worms and created quite a sensation among bassers. Only one store in the small town I lived in stocked these so getting ONE bag was a BIG deal and picking a color really wasn't an option. If you could get a bag, it was a prized possession and I tried not to let any of the worms get damaged. My history with this bait shows how much it has stood the test of time. It's been forty years and I still have Culprits in my boat and they still catch fish. Do yourself a favor and try a bag.

Comments: I'm 48 and have been fishing these since I was a kid and will fish them until I can't fish anymore. Durable. Reliable. Awesome Texas rig, Carolina rig, and the 7.5" is great on shakey head, and the Fat Max is great for flip/pitch/punch/Carolina, and I have had some success on a swimbait head.

Comments: I got the Chill Pepper color, and it did not realize how many red flakes it had until it came in the mail. Since it was more red than I thought, I didn't really plan to use it around my local area since the fish are so finicky and like very natural colors. I had it sitting in my bag for awhile, but today the water was very dirty so I tied this thing on Texas rigged with a 1/4 oz bullet weight. The bass were just going to town on it. The tail action is great, as it flutters around a lot better than the other brands. I think I might try some of the natural colors for clearer water as well. Highly recommended

Comments: This really is the best curly tail worm on the market. As someone said in another review, each bait is consistent meaning in color and form. The 10 inch worm in the summer time is lights outs and will get small bites as well as slaunch's. The 7.5 size is perfect pretty much year round. Night fishing go with the black w/blue tail, clear water try the Voo Doo or something a little more translucent. The only thing this bait lacks is SCENT. Do yourself a favor and pick up a top rated scent such as Kick N Bass and it will work wonders for you. The action is both subtle and aggressive enough to get attention from far away. Hands down my favorite curly tail worm over the power worm and the rest of em. 5/0 hook or 6/0 for 10 inch. 3/0 for 7.5 inch. This bait will NOT let you down!

Comments: If you don't know about the Culprit Original Worm, you haven't been fishing long enough. This worm was one of, if not the ORIGINAL, soft plastic worm debuting in the 1970s. The game has changes, yet this worm has stood the test of time. With more than 20 colors, this worm is guaranteed to catch your personal best. NO LIE!!!
From: Allen: Sterling, VA 3/3/19
Comments: These things are money! I love the action, the profile, and especially the durability. I normally get 4-6 a bait and that's on an average day. I've went a whole day using only 2 worms if I use a screw lock style head.
From: Grant - Illinois 12/22/18
Comments: Decided to bring a few bags on an early trip this year after using other brands for past decade. Some days, the Culprit will catch more fish than many of the new worms with more thump. This is the forgotten worm, pound for pound, easily one of the best. 6", 7.5", 10" all produce. Old school Red Shad, Tequila shad, black blue & shade of GP are all great. Don't forget solid black. Bluebird sky, slow. Fire and ice will surprise you. Split shot, finesse, c-rig, swim on top, weightless...All year long here in FL. Culprit colors are a different look, action is unique with flat bottom, perfect tail, when everyone is throwing Stick worms, break out a Culprit

Comments: One of my go to 10" worms. Black Emerald is my favorite color. The worms are 100% consistent in color and shape from bag to bag. I fish it on a iRod Genesis 754/Shimano Curado 200/ 15lb Seaguar Invizix/Gami 4/0 Round Bend Worm Hook/ Fitzgerald Poly Bead/ VMC 3/8th oz. tungsten bullet weight/VMC bobber stop. The bead helps keep the head from tearing. It also gives me the option of added sound by sliding the stop up a bit. The only negative thing about these worms is that they don't come in 25pks!

Comments: The only curltail worm i ever use! red shad is my favorite for Arkansas bass.
From: Seth - Arkansas 11/12/17
Comments:Last summer I fished with the 7.5 inch culprit junebug color and caught a nice five pounder. It may not be a natural color but the bass sure love it. I hadn't caught anything on my red shad worm so I switched and they wouldn't stop biting. I love culprit worms.
From:Unknown Indiana 3/15/17
Comments: Using these in 10" size in Voodoo color is the Bomb , around here in pressured waters. Throw this using 3/8 oz. w/ 5/0 jbl style hook . A lazy way 2 fish , but around here in summer its lights out !
From:Bryan: Poquoson, VA 3/7/17
Comments: These worms are by far the best worms I have used. I have caught so many fish on these. Red shad and June bug are my favorite colors. They also make a red shad with green or clear flakes. If you can find them these are the money. Tight lines

Comments: One of my favorite worms on the market. I watched about 4 guys fish this same dock before I got there, each spending a good amount of time around it. Even though it was heavily pressured the Original Culprit worm produced around a 4.5lb Largie. Great worm and great company.
