Comments: Cheap and sharp right out of the box. I ordered about 14 packs of these and do not regret it at all. I usually use Owner and Gammy for replacement trebles but these may change that.

Comments: Put the Death Trap trebles in #4 size on a shallow squarebill. About 5 casts with new out of the box hooks, hooked a 1 pound bass that broke one of the hooks in the bend. Using 12 lb mono and a medium action rod. Maybe I just got a bad batch but that should not happen with a fish that small. Not sure about these.
***UPDATE*** from 7/2019 review, contacted customer service at Daiichi. I would give them a 5 out of 5 stars. Can't say enough about that. Since then, I have used more death trap trebles as replacement hooks and tested them out. Absolutely no problems. Would not hesitate to purchase more.
