$150 category champion! There’s a reason the Fury series has been a best seller on here since they came out. It hard to beat these for what you pay and they come with a lifetime no-hassle replacement warranty. They come in a decent range of lengths and actions. You can get a full quiver with technique specific models like crank bait, flipping and swimbait rods and not break the bank. They’re a nice fast action rod with a bit softer tip than the Sierra series. Personally, I love the 702S/704C/733C/765/806SB in this series. The 765 has a nice somewhat parabolic bend to it that makes it a great all around flipping rod, especially in mats or heavy brush where a traditional broomstick may actually cost you fish because you can’t keep them pinned if they wrap you. The 806SB is one of the best deals going for medium sized hard baits like the Micro Mink/Ganny 230s or lighter soft baits like the 8” Mag Draft. If you’re looking for an all purpose casting setup, 704C is hard to beat and 702S is the same for finesse spinning rods. The 733C is probably the rod in this lineup I use the most. Favorite rod for throwing Spooks over grass and smaller buzz baits, as well as yo-yoing a trap in grass or throwing 3/8oz size blades. Sleeper rod for spoons and tailspinners in the fall as well. Even though many of the Dobyns that I use are Champ and HP series models, I’ve largely upgraded them from Furys and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to them if that’s what my budget dictated. Disregard the reviews about QC and warranty. I’ve been a Dobyns customer for 15 years and have owned every model except the Colt. Nothing has changed recently on build quality. Every rod is properly splined and the guides aligned perfectly. The warranty is still one of the best in the biz and Dobyns staffers are some of the most friendly people to deal with. Everybody breaks rods and every rod mfg has their share of lemons that need to be warrantied. I use my gear heavily and at least once a year I manage to destroy a rod. Nobody makes it easier to get back up and running than Dobyns.

Tip breaks easily, wrap and clear coat wearsI have 2 CB rods and 1 heavy - cb rods tip broke within 6 fish not even boat flipping, just playing the fish on 12lb line. The heavy broke on a frog hookset, don't buy Dobyns if you ever want to land a fish. Cheap and the guides crack fraying or cutting your line. The clear coat turns yellow after 1 summer season and doesn't hold guudes in place. I have 2 champions, same issue and they do not abide by their own warranty, waste of money, buy Shimano or other brands.

I feel like something changedI've been using only Dobyns for around 5 years and I've loved them super bullet proof and sensitive in the last year or so my experience with the newer Dobyns rods has not been the best. These Things Are Fragile! I've broke 5 Dobyns in the last year after not breaking one for 4 years. They break in all different ways. I had a Champ XP break taking the rod sock off, and a Kaden break flipping a 10 inch bass into the boat. the warranty is good but I'm getting tired of sending rods in so now I'm exploring Gloomis and Shimano rods and I've loved them so far. doesn't help that it seems like they ignore emails now if you have something negative about their rods.

Best Frog rod on the marketGot the 735C and it was great for a few years until it snapped. Lasted very long. Had the replacement no hassle warranty and got a new one in about 1.5 weeks. Super happy with the rods and services. Always a pleasure to fish a dobyns rod. Can pull fish from the thickest of covers.

The Fury 765FLIPPicked up a 765FLIP for some heavy duty flippin in lilly pads, laydowns and matted veg and so far it's been amazing. My first day with it I landed around 30 fish. The rod feels really sensitive, light and well balanced for it's size and price. It's listed as a medium heavy but it's no regular medium heavy. This rod is a legit flipping stick for punching and pulling Hams out of heavy cover. I would recommend to anyone looking for a flipping stick on the cheap.

Great Rod For Your ArsenalLove this rod! Handles just about every bait I throw on it in the 3/8 to 1/2oz range. Definitely will be replacing a few of my slightly more expensive St.Croix Mojo's with this one.

I use to love these rods. NOT ANYMOREThis was my go to rod especially for jigs and big worms. I use the 734 and 735. The last 5 735s I bought broke 1 on the very 1st hookset. I would still like to use them but they snap too easy. I emailed the company about my experience and got no response so that ended it for me.

7'6' medium heavy flipping rodto be honest this is my second furry rod first being the glide bait rod second being the 7'6" flipping rod I love them both. the flipping rod is nice and balanced and not to stiff I actually use it more for throwing a Carolina rig more than a jig or Texas rig. nice soft tip with good backbone. I replaced my over weighted unbalanced GLoomis E6X flipping rod and I'm glad I did the reel seats are nice and snug and I'm a sucker for cork handles even though it has an EVA butt section on the split grip which is softer on the ribs on those big hooksets. I plan on purchasing a spinning rod to phase out my Duckett micro magic pro as well. just because these rods are the cheapest model doesn't mean Dobyns skipped on quality. props to Dobyns on budget friendly quality

7'3" Mag HeavyThis is a really nice rod and worked great for me for frogs and swim jigs. If you're on the fence between a Fury or a Sierra/Kaden, go for the Sierra/Kaden. They're way better for a little more money. I had a couple guides on this rod misaligned, it didn't affect the performance but its annoying.

Great rodThis is a very well built rod that can throw a variety of lures. I used it to throw crank baits, spinner baits and Texas rigs and it has enough backbone for it all.

Comments: Bought this rod in June, I loved the action and thought it felt nice... however after using it 5-6 times it snapped. might not be the case for everyone but it's too expensive of a rod to be snapping that quickly on a 3 pound bass.

From: Jake: NC 9/30/23

Comments: Great rod. I live in midwest and originally bought this rod for trying swimbaits, but in my area, while it can be done, it's really not the optimal technique. I've grown bored with bass and needed a change of pace. The 795 swimbait rod paired with a Lexa 300 HD is proving to be an awesome common carp set up!! ( these golden beauties deserve more respect than most people give them ). I never got to feel the full power, or smoking drag runs of this set up when bass fishing, but it's definitely a rod I'd recommend, pretty lightweight, the handle isn't too long or too short, and both 200 or 300 size reels pair well with it. Might buy a second!!

From: JLB1981: Iowa 9/11/23

Comments: Just recieved the 7-6 MH, and it is a well crafted and light rod at this price point. However, this rod is not a MH-it seems more like a heavy action rod. It is a beastly rod that punches above its power rating. The only thing medium heavy about the rod is the very tip, which should help with soft presentations. I'd certainly recommend this rod for a friend but personally I just don't need that kind of power in North Idaho. Overall, a great rod.

From: Papa: Hayden, Idaho 8/2/23

Comments: I've got several fury's 765,735,734 ,and2 733's. Last two are the best weightless rods I've had. Handles are perfect not too long. 735 is stout use it for frogs and large worms. 734 it's just a good all around. Nothing but good to say about them.

From: J. D. : Red oak texas 6/9/23

Comments: Ive been fishing a 703C with a daiwa tatula 100hs and 20lb 832 for about 6 months. This has recently become my go to prespawn smallmouth setup. Perfect for 1/4 to 3/8 oz jigs and 3 to 4" swimbaits. I notice a few reviews complain about the power rating. It may certainly be underpowered for a med-hvy but a 3 power Dobyns is more like a medium compared to lots of other brands. Its sensitive enough to feel changes in bottom composition for me. Its had plenty of backbone to set the hook on a weedless jig but still has enough tip to make long casts like you need on the Great Lakes. Id highly recommend for similar applications.

From: Evan: Michigan 6/8/23

Comments: The fury was a great rod until the top of it snapped one day, and I called them and they tell you the "Lifetime Warranty" is actually limited and it's going to cost you 80$ to replace the rod. Buy a better brand and save yourself the hassle.

From: Eli: Texas 2/9/23

Comments: The 806 Heavy Swimbait rod is an amazing A-Rig rod. Great tip for throwing A-Rigs. Long Casts and when a fish bites there is the perfect amount of flex so the fish can get the bait. This rod has far exceeded my already high expectations.

From: Roger: Helena, AL 1/19/23

Comments: Not into high-end rods for moving baits. That being said, the 7' MH Crankin rod is fantastic here in Ozarks for throwing the mid-range crankbaits we so often use. The action enables me to get a really long cast and keep the bait in the strike zone longer. Another plus is the length of the handle allows for any type of cast, especially a roll cast when going into the wind. I have two of these models and have found them to perform very well and they are proving to be quite durable.

From: Coach: Shell Knob 11/18/22

Comments: Don't let the low price fool you. These are my new favorite swimbait. The 3.8 fits PERFECT on the Owner flashy swimmer for a weedless option. The Prism Shad is a great basic color that should catch anything. I also have the 2.8 in Bluegill color. These are tiny but fantastic. I wish they start making the 3.3 inch size.

From: Flushdraw: Texas 10/15/22

Comments: Overall, I am very pleased with this line of rods. They are light sensitive, and for the most part durable. I have one 7'6 flipping stick in particular that has been abused for 6 years and doesn't have so much as a cracked guide. I will give a word of warning on the 703C in particular. I would suggest this rod for small swimbaits, senkos, flukes, bladed jigs/spinnerbaits, and maybe very light Texas rigged worms in a situation where you are just leaning into the fish. When using this rod with jigs or bigger Texas rigs, it felt very under powered. It eventually snapped about 2 feet below the tip when setting the hook on a 14" smallmouth with a 1/2 oz jig.

From: Daren: KY 8/2/22

Comments: In regards to the 7' MH. I hate it. it's like a pool noodle. Not a lot of backbone. It says it's good for spinner baits (but doesn't have the backbone to properly set the hook enough). I lose about 50% of the fish when I throw a spinnerbait. it works fine for shaky head and that's about all I plan on using it for anymore. I'd rather put my $ and my confidence into a better quality rod and make sure I test it out in person. not going to make another mistake and buy sight unseen.

From: Andrew: Chicago 8/2/22

Comments: This review is for the Fury 705CB. I have been using another brand of rods almost exclusively. A number of times I saw Mr. Dobyns in interviews, he seemed so down to earth and concerned about making the best products they can. So I thought I would give them a try. I needed a cranking rod, so I got this one. I didn't want to do a review until I caught a decent fish on it so I could see how it performed with one. I just caught a 4 pound 4 ounce largemouth bass. The rod really impressed me. I caught it on a dock with a railing. I could not reach the water with my net. A gentleman nearby came to help. So I had to fight it for a while until help arrived. I thought for sure I was going to lose it. Having just 2 hooks of a treble hook barely in its mouth. It jumping and doing what they do to get off. But there was enough bend in the rod to keep constant pressure on this bass so it could get landed. I can't say how impressed I am with this rod. I high ly recommend it. If you fish anything with treble hooks, you need this rod.

From: Bill: Denver, PA 6/26/22

Comments: Sensitive, balanced, and strong. Overall very pleased with the rods, especially since I got them on sale. My only gripe would be the cork quality. On my medium light spinning rod there's already a decent chunk missing in the cork. My mag heavy casting rod isn't as bad, but there's noticeable degradation there as well. For comparison, a st croix mojo bass rod I fished hard all year has pristine cork quality still. I've only fished with the Dobyns for about 3 months. I would recommend sealing these cork grips with U40 as soon as you purchase one.

From: Bill: Pennsylvania 6/18/22

Comments: Bought the swim bait model and wasn't expecting much for the price. The rod I received I sent back due to the tip guide being bent and epoxy or glue covering half the inside of the guide. Sloppy workmanship. Other than that it looked and felt like it would snap on a hook set. There are better products out there. You get what you pay for.

From: Jason: Unknown 5/17/22

Comments: I bought the 7'9" Med Hvy Swimbait rod. I threw a 4.8 ounce glide bait for 7 hours TODAY with it and it felt like I was tossing a jig around. It handled it just fine. They're amazing rods and I highly recommend.

From: Sean: Austin, TX 4/12/22

Comments: I have 4 of these rods and Iâve fished them hard for about 5 years now and they still preform very well! These are the best rods for your money! Very light and good sensitivity for me. I will continue to use mine and purchase more in the future!

From: Unknown: Central, Texas 2/28/22

Comments: These rods are light and very well balanced. Im a little at lost with all of the reviews on the internet about the Fury not being sensitive. I had cheap fluorocarbon spooled up and felt every change in the bottom composition with ease. At one point this past season I was using co-poly line throwing a wacky rig and I could detect bites with ease. I have Sierra, Kaden, and Champion's as well. These are not far off and may be the best rod in the 100-130 range. These often go on sale as well. I prob pick up another 703 and 704 at the next sale.

From: Chad : Hartford 1/16/22

Comments: I have 7 Dobyns Fury rods and love them all. The 7' heavy and 7'3" heavy are my favorite all around rods but especially for jigging. I have found the 7'3" mag heavy to be a great frog rod for most lakes I fish here in Northern Wisconsin. Recently purchased my first Fury spinning rod, will have to wait for the ice to melt before I can try it out but looks and feels really nice.

From: Rick: Lake Tomahawk, WI 1/5/22

Comments: Ordered the Fury 705cb crankbait rod and it broke before I could even get out on the water. I simply tested the action of the rod to see if the spline was aligned and the rod snapped between the 7th and 8th guide. This is the first time in well over 15 years that I've had this happen with a rod and only the second rod ever that I've broken. The first was one of the original E21 carrot sticks to put this into perspective time wise! Prior to this I've owned two champion series rods which were fabulous(although that was 5+ years ago), so perhaps there is a quality issue just with the Fury rods? I'm not sure, but I see there are a number of other reviews as well reporting breakage issues early into using the rod.

From: Unknown: 1/6/22

Comments: These rods are awesome specifically the swim bait models, I paired the 795 with a tatula 200 is a great small swim bait set up. My rod is still decently new so I can't say how the action will be after several years but as of right now the rod is great for treble hook baits but also works good for the 68 hudds. Has a pretty fast tip but still plenty limber enough for smaller glides. I've fished baits down to the s waver 168, I don't love it for the 168 I feel like it's a little too much rod for it, but the s-waver 200 is great on it or anything around that 3oz range with trebles, I've fished baits up to the 8" BBZ-1 floater on it, handled it okay but that's about as heavy as I would go and that's kinda pushing it with this guy, it would be wise to step up to the 806 for the BBZ or anything around 4oz. Like I mentioned the rod is pretty decent for the 68's but I would recommend braid to mono if your going to do that because the rod is still pretty limber so the braid will help to get good penetration on those jig hook baits. Overall I love this rod it's light, sensitive, and cheap, can't ask for much more. I would recommend this rod to anyone that wants to get into swim bait fishing and does not want to burn a hole in you wallet.

From: Unknown: 12/9/21

Comments: The old Dobyns were better, these newer ones are junk. There is a reason TacticalBassin stopped using their rods. I'll keep the Dobyns rods I still own, but they will never get another cent from me. FYI, their fibers wear out on the rods in less than a year, just 1 season (3 months). This is on all their lineups, but they will deny it, save your money and buy Shimano SLX rods (Budget), Shimano Expride, St.Croix BassX, other brands that don't deceive you.

From: Shawn: Coon Rapids, MN 10/4/21

Comments:  I bought the 7 foot medium heavy moderate fast. The rod is really light and pretty sensitive. It's my first crank bait rod that's actually worth something. I've caught a hand full of fish on a chatter bait and underspin. Could definitely see this as a excellent wacky rig rod with the moderate action for skipping. Maybe a decent popper or walking bait rod too. It handles fish really well as long as you get a good hook set in them. I've been throwing 12 pound mono and had a slight issue with getting good hook sets due to worrying about breaking off, more stretch, and more bend in rod. Would recommend trying 30 pound braid to 15 pound mono for sure. It throws 1/4 and 3/8 ounce lures pretty well but haven't thrown anything heavier. Overall, pretty pleased with the rod since it's light/balanced and sensitive for the money.

From: Trace: Louisiana 8/14/21

Comments: Cannot say enough about these rods. The Dobyns Fury series casting rods are amazing. Lightweight, very lightweight, very sensitive, perfect backbone for hook sets and coming in at a respectable price point for what you get. My 7' Med Hvy Mod fast action rod performs great for moving baits and also light t-rigs and jigs. I would recommend to somebody that has a budget in this price range.

From: Unknown: 8/1/21

Comments: Picked up a 733C & a 765FLIP.  Just getting into using the 765FLIP more, but I've been working the 733C pretty hard for 6 months.  What a fantastic rod, I highly recommend them!  Have wailed on largies with it this Spring & Summer; mostly Texas Rigging, but it has also done REALLY well with underspins and larger shakey-heads.  Plenty sensitive and keeps them pinned right!

From: Nate: WA State 7/26/21

Comments: I broke a Fury frog rod 10inches above reel seat on a routine hook set. Dobyns would not stand behind their product- warranty is worthless. My one and only experience with Dobyns- NOT GOOD!. Stick with St. Croix or Duckett- they stand behind their product.

From: Bob: Galesville, WI 7/6/21

Comments: Living in Iowa big swimbaits aren't really a thing, but I tried a Daiwa DX XH rod, and while a nice rod it's just super over kill, lol. So l decided to try a Fury 7'9" MH. Perfect. Great for large topwaters around 2-3oz. Paired mine with a Tatula 200 and 25lb mono. Plenty of 2-3lb bass on this kinda set up. Big lures don't always catch huge fish here but they're still fun to throw.

From: Leonard: Iowa 6/21/21

Comments: Can't understand why anyone would spend more money for a more expensive rod. These rods just plain work. Caught Bass all the way up to 11lbs and many in between. Strong and Sensitive. Buy it!

From: Unknown: Alabama 6/14/21

Comments: I've owned the 7'3 Heavy for a little over a year now. It's become my favorite rod to use. It's extremely versatile. I've used it for jigs, T-rigs, swim jigs, spinnerbaits, and chatterbaits. It handles them all really well. It is very sensitive, which helps me feel the bottom and detect light bites. Be aware that Dobyns rods are usually slightly softer than competitors' in the same range. So the Heavy fishes somewhere between and Heavy and Medium Heavy.

From: Spencer: Bloomington, IL 5/19/21

Comments: First decent rod that I actually cared about that I personally owned and not borrowed. They're the best budget rods in my opinion. They're pretty sensitive for the price, well balanced, and looked good. Only problem I had was that the 703 model felt like it should be a 702 but that was my only complaint. Unfortunately, broke the rod on my car window (complete accident) so I'm needing to get it replaced and Dobyns has said that they would replace it so I'll update after that. So if the warranty and customer service stays true to their word and the rod comes in perfect shape, we have a winner! And I'll definitely be ordering more if that's the case.

From: Mat: Texas 4/29/21

Comments: These Rods changed how I fished, DUE to the sensitivity. Look, you're not an MLF or Bass master, if you try and swing the fish in and it fails. That's no fault on the rod...and honestly you shouldn't disrespect the fish. Especially if one spends a lot of time and money. Try breathing and enjoying the time and respecting the fish instead of "swinging for the fences."

From: Z: Portland 4/12/21

Comments: My go to budget rod. Every rod worth the money in the step up from the Colt series especially if you are a cork wh@re like me... A bit limited on models but that being said there is no comparable entry level swimbait rod without question.

From: Unknown: 4/6/21

Comments: I've spent thousands of dollars on the fury, and Sierra series rods probably have 12-14 dobyns rods. I've had a problem with 3 of the rods breaking in the middle of the rods, payed for them to get replaced but happened again. So I called the company and told them my problem and all they could tell me was to send them more money instead of making it right. I have thousands invested in this company they won't get another dollar from me!!!!

Comments: I throw a lot of rats and tournament sized swimbaits on the 806 It has handled everything very well and has made me money. Dobyns makes a great rod that's cheap enough to help new guys get into the bigger baits! To really save some money check out their refurbs!

From: Stormy: Nebraska 1/13/21

Comments: I bought the 7'3" Mag hvy for frog fishing and I have to say I dont think you will find a better built rod for the money. The attention to detail is just as apparent as my $300 Dobyns rods and I would be just a confident in this rod as any other Dobyns I have. This thing is a beast and can be dangerous for small fish!

From: Brandon: Ohio 1/3/21

Comments: Have had my 7'3" MH for years and have used it to catch countless snakeheads. And many of them were very big, 8+lbs. Not sure what all the crying is about. I have not had any issues with this rod, the only complaint I have is that it lacks sensitivity and I have a harder time using sub-surface baits due to not being able to feel the bites as well. Other than that its fantastic and can handle a wide range of baits, weights and styles. I have frog fished with it, swim jigs, chatter baits, topwater swim baits ( gambler big EZ), to even flipping jigs and lipless crankbaits. If you want an all around low budget rod, you cannot go wrong. People complaining about the rod being heavy need to go lift some weights, this rod is not heavy at all.

From: J.D: Lake Worth, FL 12/13/20

Comments: I recently got the 7,9 medium heavy for medium sized trebble hooked swimbaits, and i the 5 inch Bullshad on it which is about 1 ounce and it put a little bend in the rod. Noticing this i put on a 4 ounce soft swimbait and that rod could not handle it at all. Its a great rod over all but its just ever rated in its weight.

From: Graden: Memphis, Tennessee 12/11/20

Comments: Picked up the Mag Heavy FR735C after seeing so much positive press on this rod for Frogging. I'm really puzzled how this rod gets so much positive press. I'm a normal size guy and find this rod to be too awkward and heavy for anything but dragging a frog through muck. Any walking, finessing presentation my hands and arms will be in too much pain. Don't hear many folks emphasizing this so is it really just me. Hard to believe. So to walk a frog I now need another rod that's lighter and with a softer tip. On top of all this when I received the rod it had a bent guide with the epoxy separated from it. Dobyns doesn't have much interest in this but eventually offered to 'fix' (a new rod) if I handle round trip shipping which comes to > $50. Nope I'll put that money toward a better non-Dobyns rod on Black Friday instead.

From: S: Massachusetts 12/11/20

Comments: These were the first non Walmart rods I bought and they are pretty great (props to Matt and Tim at TB). They are very durable. I try not to be hard on equipment but I do a lot of tromping around in brush on bank fishing trips. I've slipped in the mud with these in hand several times. Submerged them. Stepped on and bent guides. Haven't had one break yet. Been using them about once a week for over a year. I guess the bar in my mind was pretty low coming from dirt cheap two-piece rods but these seem very light and sensitive. These are great value and awesome for anyone who wants quality gear on a budget. If you only go fishing a few times a year these rods will definitely outlive you. I really like how Dobyns suggests appropriate lures for each model because when I first started to get into Bass fishing I had no idea what I was doing when it came to length/power/action/etc. I wish more companies did this for their entry level gear it would have really sped up the learning curve for me early on.

From: Carl: Nashville, TN 12/7/20

Comments: I got the 7'3 heavy about a year ago for flipping and frogging. And I have to say it's great. I've put a beating on it; in and out of boats and the truck. Everything is still in line. It's a great option if your on a budget or a high school angler like me.

From: Unknown: 11/3/20

Comments: 705CB caught many fish, but the line guides did not last 2 1/2 months of about 150+ fish from pike, bass, carp, catfish, walleye, 7 (40in - 47in) muskies, a few turtles, 2 loons. The rod is still in 1 piece, very solid. The tip guide and the 5th and/or 6th guide's ceramic insert rings will break when using mostly braid. I spent $10 to replace those 3 guides with alconite.

From: Shawn: Minneapolis, MN 10/29/20

Comments: I own three Fury 806SB's and have used them successfully to catch many fish.  The somewhat parabolic action on these really keeps those treble hooks firmly planted in the fish. Never have had any issues with these rods at all. Strong, lighweight and durable. In fact I would call them one of the best bargains in all the fishing industry.

From: Paul - Chula Vista, CA 10/22/20

Comments: Bought the FR703C got it home and found a split right at the first large eyelet. Didn' t even take the tag off and it came like this. I'll be returning it and getting something else. Not very durable. Weight distribution is on par, but lack quality.

From: Nate: Broken Arrow, OK 10/17/20

Comments:I can't find a better rod for the money. In fact, I sold all of my new GLoomis EX6 rods and replaced them with Fury rods. The only complaint I have is that these have the worst cork I've seen in a rod at this price. Both my Donyns Fury and Champion rods have large chunks of cork that have come off in spots. I'm easy on equipment so it's not from abuse. Really wish they'd fix that because there are otherwise great rods.

From: Rogers, Arkansas 8/1/20

Comments:705 CB was my first crankin and Dobyns rod w Shimano SLX. I have thrown and caught fish in squarebills, jerkbaits, soft plastic swimbaits, chatterbait, spinner baits, and even deep diving cranks in it. It is an all around great rod for moving baits. I've added rods to the arsenal since and now this is primarily my soft plastic swim bait rod, and it's great for it; sensitive enough that I can tell when my bait is in grass or rock and absolutely pegs them when you set the hook. This rod turned me onto Dobyns and I've since added Champion XPs and Sierras to the line up. Can't go wrong with Dobyns, IMO!

From: Brian: Connecticut 7/27/20

Comments: 11/10 performance. I got the 7" heavy, fast action rod. This rod does great with almost anything, my pond has tons of weeds so I prefer Texas rigs, frogs, jigs etc and this rod works amazing. I paired it with a Daiwa fuego making it a $240 combo after tax. I would highly recommend both

From: Jack 6/20/20

Comments: Might be the best rod in this price range. I have the 7', MH cranking model and it performs beautifully. Very good combination of sensitivity, weight, and just enough parabolic bend. The only thing I say could be improved is the durability of the guides.

From: Tyler: Grand Junction, CO 6/10/20

Comments:I've had this rod for close to 4 years now. This is the best rod in my arsenal and I own imx's... you can do pretty much anything with these rods and the sensitivity is great with the soft tip. I've been rough on mine and still not one flaw whatsoever. Dobyns hit this one out of the park.

From: JJ: Clarkesville, GA 5/27/20

Comments:First want to say I would stay clear away from the flipping stick the first time I used mine the end of the rod tip popes out and made the rod useless however the sensitivity and feeling of the rod is great I will stay clear of the flipping stick until this problem is fixed.

From: Coleman: Asheboro, NC 5/23/20

Comments: The fury line from Dobyns is a workhorse lineup. They have all the features you need it a price point that is much easier on the bank account. Tactial Bassin's review lead me to the Fury and I have never been happier with a rod company.

From: GnarlyColby: Alexandria, LA 5/19/20

Comments:I have been fishing with the 7' MH and 7'3 MH rods for 3 seasons now and I am very impressed with their performance. I am extremely hard on my gear and I have never had a problem with either rod, they are a great value for the price point.

From: Unknown: Kentucky 5/20/20

Comments:I absolutely love these rods by far the best bang for the buck rod on the market. I have a 705c works great for jerkbaits and top water walking baits and poppers, a 733 for texas rigs 2 734 for jigs and a 795 for glide baits 6-7" . as well as a 701 and 702 spinning . I started my dobyns collection 3 years ago and fish over 100 days a year and have not had a problem. these rods are light and sensitive hold up to hooksets with braid to leader and have good all around actions.

From:David: New Hampton 5/9/20

Comments: I recently purchased the Fury 705CB to primarily use for throwing squarebills and lipless cranks which it works great for but was pleasantly surprised on how well it performed as a jerkbait rod too. I will be purchasing more of this model along with others.

From: Kyle: Michigan 5/7/20

Comments:I love Dobyns rods and will continue to use some of their series, but I have owned four of the Fury series and two of them have snapped at the same point in the rod. One snapped on a hook set on the 8ft heavy and one snapped boat flipping a 4lber on the 7'3 mag heavy. I've had to get eyes replaced on both the 7'3's I own. The replacement cost is not worth it at this price point so I'll be moving on at a sunk cost for these rods. I recommend buying the casting rods for reaction baits only. The Fury spinning rods are great.

From: Unknown: California 4/30/20

Comments: I have had great luck with two 795 Swimbait rods as well as several Fury Spinning rods. However, I've had two 703 C Fury rods and both have broken with very light usage. The first was setting the hook with 10# florocarbon line using a kietechswimbait on a small spotted bass. The rod snapped between the 6th and 7th guide (including the top) tomake a loud snap and splintering the rod in many places.I felt like it was a defect but gave the benefit of the doubt and just paid the replacement OTC warranty. Less than a year later it's replacement broke in exactly the same spot today.Half ounce mini-me spinnerbait and a hookset on a bass using 12# Abrasix line. Once again - a loud pop and it broke between the 6th and 7th guide and splintered. This rod has been used for very light duty, never kept in a rod locker, or otherwise abused.I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt on the first one but this one broke in exactly the same spot under very light usage.Instead of paying the replacement - into the trash it goes and I'll just cut my losses and move on to a more durable option because clearly my luck with the 703 isn't great. Interestingly enough, another earlier reviewer had the same issue as I did with the 703C.

From: Carl: Atlanta, GA 4/13/20

Comments:So, I gotta say the Fury has really impressed me. It started out less than desirable when I picked up a 733. I was expecting the rod to be a little more stiff than it was. I realized quickly that the Dobyns rods do seem about 1 power weaker than listed compared to my other rods. I was able to swap out for the 734 and I couldn't be happier. Personally the 734 is a tad bit tip heavy, but after using it for awhile I got used to it. I use it a lot for Buzzbaits and toads. Where it really starts to shine for me is with a 3/8 pitching jig. The rod just seems tough as nails and it loads fairly deep into the blank to keep fish pinned. The 734 is my utility rod. Paired with a 7:1 Curado Dc and 50lb power pro to a mono leader. It's certainly my favorite rod to pick up. I waited a year to review it and it's been a tank!

From: Jon: Ohio 4/5/20

Comments:I snapped mine day one but knew it would happen. I saw a bubble in the middle and just thought maybe it was fine. Within two hours I snapped her off a cast but was too excited not to try. I replaced it shortly after and I gotta say for the money you can't go wrong. The warranty is great because I can just replace it by my house within a day later. Awesome sensitivity and good glue on guides. I bought 2 more even after the lemon I received, I highly recommend this rod. I own a few 200 plus rods and the fury is starting to take over.

From: Spencer: 4/1/20

Comments: I bought three of these rods and have had them for about a year and a half, I purchased the 765 flip 705 cb and the 702 spinning these rods are awesome plain and simple I have caught a lot of fish on all my rods and have used them for every thing. Really my only complaint is that the 765 flip is tip heavy but I expected that in this price point. The 7 foot Cranking stick is awesome I caught my PB on it a 7.02 largemouth. I love the spinning rod as well and have caught many 4-6lb bass on it and it worked very well I plan on buying some rods to upgrade probably from the Sierra series and the champion xp

From: Noah: Al 3/23/20

Comments:Bought the 7'3 Med heavy and it is a great rod I use it for jigs, Carolina rigs, heavy spinnerbaits, frogs. I have used the heck out of this rod and it is holding up great

From: Unknown: 2/17/20

Comments:Bought the 7ft med/hvy cranking rod - thanks to Tactical Bassin recommendations. Could not be happier! It's a great cranking rod that doesn't break the bank. FYI, this is also a great inline spinner bait rod (Mepps #1-#4) and a small swimbait rod (2.8-3.8keitech) creeping bottom. Take Tactical Bassin info and downsize or upsize to your lake. Tried and true - keep up the great work Dobyns and Tactical Bassin!

From: Shawn: Minnesota 12/4/19

Comments:Purchased the 795SB for glide baits, swimbaits and A rigs. Surprised how sensitive it is. Used it several times and have been happy with the action and back bone of this rod. Once you hook them, keep grinding on them until you get them to the net. Keeps them pinned, no problem. Have not thrown anything over 3 ounces but it has held up great with everything under this weight. Figured I would go with the 8' heavy for throwing anything over 3 ounces anyway. This is my second fury (have the 6'8" spinning rod) and both are great rods for the price. Will be buying more.

From: Tim: Springfield 12/4/19

Comments:I purchased the 7' mag heavy 735c about 3 months ago, using it mostly for frogging, heavy jigs, and small Swimbaits. Not only is it an awesome frog rod, it has a light enough tip to throw basically everything 3/8 and heavier. I've caught fish on everything from finesse jigs, spinnerbaits, to lures this rod was intended for. Very very impressed with it, only downside is it's heavier than my slx rod, however it's more sensitive. Highly recommend.

From: Zack: Oklahoma 9/3/19

Comments:I bought the FR735C Mag Heavy for frogging and punching through heavy mat or brush. If I'm being honest, I wasn't expecting much in terms of sensitivity from this rod due to price point, but this rod has really impressed me. I run it with an 8:1 gear ratio reel with 65# power pro line. I peg a 3/8-3/4 oz weight with a Texas rigged creature bait, and it's lights out. You can feel when the bass has it in its mouth or if it was just a tap or a swipe. I wouldn't feel nearly as comfortable setting the hook the way I do if I had paid double the price tags of this rod or more. Thanks to this rod at $120 I don't have to.

From:Jay: Boston, MA 9/5/19

Comments:I have been using the frog rod for this whole summer, really loved it until I set the hook on a 4 pounder and boom it exploded into three pieces....

From:Dan: Nelson, New Hampshire 7/30/19

Comments: I bought the 806 swimbait rod. I liked it, it wasn't bad I put on a big whopper plopper one day made a cast and my rod just snapped. Mailed it in to get looked at they said it was smashed. Not a bad rod but not that sensitive so looking for a new swimbait rod.

From: Unknown: 7/27/19

Comments:These are great rods. I now own three models (733,756,806) and am happy with all of them. They are all built extremely well, have a good bait keeper, and are light and sensitive for the price. One thing to consider though is the power ratings. I have found they tend to be about a power lighter than advertised. The 733 says its a medium-heavy but really bends more like a medium. Just make sure to consider that when picking a model.

From: Griffin:South Carolina7/19/19

Comments:Own the FR 705CB, have only fished with it for the last 3 months. The rod was a bit lighter than I expected and the moderate fast tip a bit more whippy but have enjoyed fishing with it.The 2nd bass I caught with it was 6 pounds on a crankbait and the flex kept her pinned. I was a bit apprehensive but the rod handled the fish great. The cork handle is comfortable as well.I am debating on purchasing a FR 703C or possibly stepping up to the SA 703C due to the loss of another rod.

From: Todd:Raleigh, NC 7/19/19

Comments:Great rod for the money really love this rod use it for frogging caught a lot of bass on it so far. Just got to adjust the hooks on your hollow body frog. It has nice back bone to

From: Chuck:Greenville RI7/18/19

Comments:This rod is definitely worth the money! Iv been using the 795 heavy swimbait mostly in saltwater for baybass paired with a diawa Lexa 300 and it is perfect for all inshore applications from swimbaits, a-rigs, deep diving cranks and so much more. It pulls in fish easily and has good backbone to it.

From:Unknown: CA 6/24/19

Comments:I have the 705 cranking rod the 7'0 medium heavy with the moderate fast action and I have to say its a mean squarbill and chatterbait rod.It has a a good bend to it and i wasnt a believer of moderate action rods untill i got this one.if your throwing square bills or chatterbaots its good.ots durable and i havent had a single issue with it.It also has some better sensitivity then rods with moderate action i have tried. The cons are that to me this is not the best rod for jerkbaits or topwater as it states it can be used for because of the soft tip.but when you do hook fish on jerkbaots they stay pinned well and it doesnt pull the trebbles out of the fishes mouth like a fast actipn rod could.find what works best for you! other then that this rod is worth the 110 dollars.

From: Unknown 5/24/19

Comments:I no longer use dobyns rods. I know that sometime rods break. It's part of life. But for a $120 rod to break on the cast is a little ridiculous. This happened with my fury 703. I got the whole moment on film, and I sent the video to Dobyns explaining my situation. They said that I still needed to mail the rod in for "inspection", which cost me around $20. I did this, and 6 days AFTER I got delivery confirmation they told me that the rod had "impact and crush marks", which doesn't make sense at all. They said that because of this, I would need to pay $50 to replace the rod PLUS RETURN SHIPPING. So it would have added up to $90 to replace a $120 rod.($20 shipping in for inspection $50 replacement fee+$20 return shipping. I will no longer be using Dobyns rods, and I recommend that you do not either. The rod break was sad, but the customer service was downright terrible.

From: Isaac - Lynchburg 4/17/19

Comments:This is an amazing rod for the price! I have had the 735 for awhile now and not only is it an absolute beast for froggin but it also has plenty of sensitivity for feeling the jig bite! I have fished many brands including G. Loomis and st. Croix and id take the dobyns over both. Awesome rod, will surely be getting more.

From: Tim:Florida4/10/19

Comments:Love these rods - worth more then the $120 retail - I've the 7'3 M/H &7'9 M/H swimbait - both are excellent- dobyns puts out some great rods - I've also one from the champion series and honestly can't tell much of a difference .Just a heads up and friendly tip though - I'm hearing that the shimano SLX Rods are a tad better & even a lower price - if you can - look at both before you chose .

From: Dean: Las Vegas 1/24/19

Comments:I have the FR735C Mag Heavy that is used as a punch rod and I have been impressed. Most of my rods are G. Loomis but didn't want to fork out the bucks for an expensive punch rod.I like it quite well.I use 65# PowerPro with an Owner Jungle Hook straight shank with snell knot.It loads up nicely and sensitive enough to do the job.I have since added another Dobyns 705 to terrorize the fish on a jerkbait and Sammy.

From: Unknown 1/23/19

Comments:Was very skeptical at purchasing the 7'3' mag heavy. I love to use jigs in deep water in winter. I was concerned about sensitivity. I puchased the rod based on other reviews about the Dobyns Fury line and boy was I not let down. This rod is absolutely amazing. I had one of the best 48 degree water fishing days of my life. I was able to feel even the slightest twitch. If I thought it was a deep bass bite, I set the hook and this rod handled it easily and yes it was a bass every time. Im definitely going to try the cranking rod next.

From: Armando - Texas

Comments:I used this for Bonito in SoCal, I don't know if that is the correct use, but one of the guides bent downward very far. Luckily I was able to bend it back and use a little super glue, I don't know if this is the rods fault, or the company of the guides. Overall a pretty good rod for the money. It doesn't look super flashy, but it gets the job done, with great sensitivity.

From: Unknown - San Diego, CA 10/11/18

Comments:i have the 806 heavy swimbait rod and i would say it is a little over rated on the weight range. I would say that its max comfortable range is around 4.5-5 oz it throws the smaller stuff as well like the hudd 6 and 68. i would rate the weight rating as 2-5 oz. i really like this rod it is very sensitive it has some tip but is has a very good backbone.

From: Vaughn9/30/18

Comments:I got the Fury 703 (my 3rd Dobyns rod and 2nd in this series) from Cabela's and I love it. I had to buy it in person because I couldn't decide between it and the 2018 Loomis E6X. I compared the two rods in store and they're very similar. I elected to save myself $70 because I couldn't find a discernible difference and paired it up with a 13 Concept A to make the baddest little sub-$300 combo out there. It's incredibly lightweight and well balanced. Definitely won't be my last Dobyns rod.

From: Craig:Irving, TX9/21/18

Comments:I have wrote 2 previous reviews on the normal bass rods but not on the swimbait rods. I got the 806 swimbait. Although I am rather new to swimbaits and it says it is rated 2-8oz, Personally I wouldn't throw anything over 5 maybe 6 ounces on this rod. It struggles to handle a Deps 250, you have to put a lot of working into casting the heavier stuff. Has some bend in the blank when casting and a soft tip with a good amount of backbone. Its a great rod if your looking to throw some of the smaller stuff, I just wouldn't throw anything over 5 ounces on this rod.

From: Cavan:VA8/21/18

Comments:Leaving a review for 2 rods.First I'll cover the 805 flip/punch. I cant say anything bad about it.As sensitive as they come.Tons of back bone, yet the perfect action to yank big bass out of the slop and not rip the hook out of their face. Next one I'll cover is the 735c.I lost my st croix frog rod last weekend. Bought one of these to replace it.Man am I glad I did.Took it out today and threw frogs and flipped a little with it. Soft enough tip to walk the frogs good.Sensitive enough to feel a light nibble on a flippin bait and again perfect action to yank em up out of the slop.Cant say enough good about dobyns fury line.I have the feeling as I break rods or hand them down to the ol lady I'll be replacing them with the fury line!

From: Conor: Rochester: NY 8/19/18

Comments:This was the first rod that I ever bought and ever will by from dobyns. These rods are heavy and unbalanced. I have the 7' 3" heavy for jig fishing and it is not sensitive at all. I would say save your money and buy a St. Criox Bass X or a Mojo Bass

From: Aaron8/1/18

Comments:664C is really light and well balanced. I use it for texas rigged craws and jigs and it's really sensitive with excellent backbone/power for hook sets, but it's still able to bend well for fighting the fish. I also use it as my frog rod and heavy spinnerbait rod. It smokes my old Mojo Bass jig rod with the same specs.

From: Monty7/18/18

Comments:Just got bought the 795SB for throwing swimbaits in the 2 to 3 ounce range. This thing is perfect. Right length, right flex, right butt length. Just the right amount of flex to load up on a cast and fish with enough flex to keep the fish pinned. This is the longer butt with a foam handle. Awkard for the first cast or two. Now I see what I've been missing. I can throw a country mile now without much effort. To top it off, I hit it during the 4th holiday sale, so I got it for $100. I see a few more of these in my future. Awesome.

From: Rod:Rock Hill, SC7/18/18

Comments:I'm not a review guy usually, but I am just so impressed with these rods. I have a 705CB for lipless cranks and jerkbaits and it has performed flawlessly. I've caught multiple 4+ fish and the rod handled them all. I also have the 735C for frogs, whopper ploppers, and heavy cover and wow it is a beast!!! I've never had a rod that delivers such incredible hooksets and keeps them pinned! Very happy with my purchase!

Comments:For the past 6 months I have been using the 733, 734 and 735. Currently I have a swim jig 733, a chatterbait 734, and a Big EZ 735 on them. These rods are exceptional and I will be buying more.

From:Unknown: Palm Beach, FL 6/23/18

Comments:No more of these for me. Picked up my Fury casting rod today and it snapped about 2 feet from tip. Yes Dobyns will replace it, but it will cost almost as much as it did to begin with so warranty means nothing. Worked great until it didn't, now it's toast. May as well go buy F&S brand.

From: Ferd 6/19/18

Comments:Ordered the 8' heavy swimbait rod a few weeks back. The rating is was off and the rod was struggling to throw a 5oz bait.Overall it's a nice rod, especially for the money, and I'm sure I'll find a use for it but throwing big swimbaits is just not going to happen with this rod.

From:Jay: 6/21/18

Comments:735c is a mean little frogging rod for the money. Also a super sensitive jig rod when paired with braid to leader.More parabolic action loads up super well, lets it cast a mile, and keeps fish from shaking the hook. Will be adding many more dobyns to the lineup

From: Hunter:Virginia5/10/18

Comments:love the 765. the bad news for Dobyns is its as good as the 765 champion. best $109 rod on the market in my opinion

From: Nitro - Tennessee 5/3/18

Comments:I have been using the 734C for the past couple months. This rod is a pleasure to fish with. Extremely well balanced. While it is still a fast action, it is just a tad slower in my opinion, but wouldn't call it a mod fast. Perfect for spinnerbaits, chatterbaits, lipless cranks, and works good for soft plastics. Very versatile rod. Decently sensitive.Love how this rod reacts when setting the hook, very satisfying. Not very light, but makes up for that with excellent balance.

Comments:The 806 sb fury series rod is so awesome!! I've been tossing giant swimbaits here in south Florida and crushing giant large mouth bass and this thing handles everything I throw on it! 8-12" swimbaits this thing just slings them. Paired with a revo toro s 60 such an awesome combo.. no problem with reel seats or the foam handles great grip when wet. If you are looking for a quality rod for big baits! This is the ticket. Everyone that sees this beast says they want one!! Get one already..

From: John - Weston, FL 3/21/18

Comments:I went with the Fury 806SB over the Daiwa DXSB XHeavy. I love the 806SB, but I HATE the foam handle. I still question whether I should have gone with the Daiwa with the (longer) cork handle. Someone please tell me I made the right choice. Is the Fury that much better than the DaiwaDX? As always TW packaged the rod with a very thick cardboard tube and it arrived in perfect condition. TW is the absolute best.

Comments:For the money these rods are awesome! Great sensitivity and durability. Iv tried other rods in this price range and they don't come close in performance.

From: Ryan: Hollister, CA 1/21/18

Comments:Bought a 7' med heavy love this rod priced right but reell

Comments: I was not satisfied with this purchase. I am normally an Shimano Expride guy but thought I would give Swimbait fishing a go. The third rod guide broke off during my fist fishing trip, and the forth guide broke off after my second. Now Doybnâ•Â˙s wants to charge me $50 to replace and $30 to ship, thatâ•Â˙s $80 to Ã¢Â•Â˛warrantyÃ¢Â•Âˇ the item on a $135 rod. Will never be purchasing a Dobynâ•Â˙s rod again!

seat broke almost immediately won't tighten up have to tape it up to keep reel in place it weren't for this flaw I would have bought more wish there was a guarantee

Comments:Exceptional Value and Quality! I can't say enough good things about these rods.Important information the 7'9 Med/Hvy has the foam swimbait full handle not the cork split grip, If you are using a tablet or a phone, it does not show the swimbait handle in the pics. A laptop or computer will show the handle option. This is the perfect glidebait, large crankbait, 8XD, 10XD, rod. A lot of backbone and a lot of flex for casting and keeping fish pinned.Very light, Not a broomstick. Extremely comfortable handle. I own 2 of the 7'9's. I have the 8Ft Heavy Swimbait also. Full Swimbait foam handle. Great rod for bigger swimbaits, 8 inch Hudds, weedless swimbaits, any Beast Hook baits, Line through baits, perfect for that. This is a longer more stout version of the 7'9. I have the 7Med/Hvy Cranking also. This rod is not heavy at all, really a Med action rod, very flexible, perfect small square bill, jerk bait rod nonetheless.

From:Unknown: FL 1/9/18

Comments:I got the 7'9 med heavy swimbait rod. 6 ounces is generous and 2-3 is its sweet spot. Great a rig and islide 185 rod.

From:George: 12/31/17

Comments:For the money these rods are the real deal. I have the 705CB, 704C, 734C, 733C and plan to grab a couple duplicates and some other models as well. Great rods love the slight more moderate bend they seem to have it really seems help keep fish hook.

From:Daniel: Texas, 12/14/17

Comments:Without a doubt the best rod on the market at this price point just got the Fury 735 for frog fishing and I am excited to get several more rods from this line.

From: Jon: Naples, Florida 11/30/17

Comments:Can not beat this rod, try this one and you will know what I'm saying. Perfect for anything flukes, shakey heads, anything...

From: TJ - Habersham, GA 11/30/17

Comments:Since Dobyns brought out the Fury, I've gradually bought them up for basic reaction baits. It's not that these rods aren't sensitive...they have some of the best sensitivity out there for the $100 range rods. They are crisp, with good guides and nice balance. I have several Champions and Champions HPs, so really I buy the Fury for the applications where I don't need feel-a-fish-fart type sensitivity. 733C, 734C, 705CB, 795SB, and 702S are the models I currently own. All these rods are workhorses. They are durable, I fish primarily from a pair of small aluminium rigs and they've taken abuse just fine. 705CB is the best all around crank rod for a budget price...it's my favorite for lipless. 795 SB is the best value you can find on a dedicated swimbait stick. It will throw up to a 8" Hudd (ROF 5) but it's best for that 5-7" bait class (i.e. tournament sized baits). It's also an excellent choice for heavier A-Rigs.
702 S is a versatile rod. I tend to throw finesse swimbaits and underspins on mine, but it's been a backup dropshot and split shot rod no problems. The one thing about the Fury is the blank is a tad stiffer than the Savvy. Not much, but a bit. Normally, I'd say the 734 is the Dobyns jack of all trades. In the Fury, the 733 is a better model. Both the 733/734 are excellent choices if you don't know what Fury model to get....the 733 can do anything but big baits and flipping. If you are fishing around cover, the 734 has more butt to it. But if you want to fish everything up to about 5/8oz in most situations...the 733 is a pretty good choice.

From: Chris: Lancaster 11/28/17

Comments:The rods are so light it's unreal. I have the 806sb and it's the most sensitive rod. Not sure if it's the blanks or what but I have have fish eat my hudd on the fall to bottom and the bite stood out clear as day

From: Michael: Orlando 11/23/17

Comments: Best rod out there for the price! I have 2 of em and I'm about to buy another! They are light and super sensitive! I caught me PB on the 703C. 11 pounds on a 1/2 jig. I would highly recommend this rod to anybody. I am switching all of my rods to dobyns.

From: Cavan: VA 11/10/17

Comments:Rod broke about a foot from the tip after around the 10th cast. Told me it would be $50 to replace it plus pay shipping. Not worth it to me.

From: Clay - United States 11/7/17

Comments:I have several Dobyns rods from Fury to Champ Extreme. The Fury line is as good as other $200 rods from other companies. I've never picked up a Dobyns rod that wasn't built well with attention to detail (like guides being straight!). The sensitivity of the Fury rivals rods twice its price point as well. If you're looking for the best bang for your buck, the Fury line should be at the top of your list.

From: Thomas: Michigan 11/6/17

Comments:Bought the 7' heavy to put with my 9.3 KastKing speed demon for my frog rod. I actually ordered it from amazon and the rubber on one of the line guides were cracked. Sent me a new one and messed up so I didn't have to return the first one. So I used it on my general purpose rod, because it feels more like a MH rod. But it still has a good backbone, just not a meat stick. Really like the action for $100 rod

From: Andrew: Nashville,Tn 10/20/17

Comments:Ordered the 7'3 Mag Heavy for jigs. Great rod at the price point. Feels and looks like a quality rod. Caught a few fish on it and it is plenty sensitive for dragging jigs on the bottom. Tons of backbone with a nice tip. Only down fall is that the butt feels a little short for such a stout rod. It's probably more personal preference. But all and all, great rod. Can't go wrong with the Fury series. I have Champions and Sierras and the Furies are right where they should be along side its older siblings.

From: Unknonwn: CA 9/23/17

Comments: Got the 7 ft 6 MH for pitching jigs. I found it lacked much tip at all. A 3/8 oz didn't load it hardly at all. That may be what people want, but it makes it hard for me to pitch without a decent bit of flex. Every other aspect of the rod is excellent. I would liked to have kept it, but it's a brutal beast of a stick. If that's what you want, this is your huckleberry.

From: JPB: Franklin, PA 9/17/17

Comments: I bought two of the 703CB rods and one 735C rods a year ago and I love everything about them. The mag heavy is strictly my jig rod and has plenty of sensitivity for dragging around deep brush and rock piles. I've even used the med heavy crankbait rods for throwing weightless flukes in the spring and it'll effortlessly send them a mile. Great product from a great company. I'm stuck between getting a 733C or another 735C for throwing big worms.

From: Matt: Georgia 9/1/17

Comments:Going to say the same as everyone else: great rod, light, strong, sensitive and a great value. Paired a 703C with a Tatula SV, and casts everything from flukes, weightless senkos, spinnerbaits to light carolina rigs. Action runs light, a MH fishes more like a M but still has backbone.

From: Unknown 8/26/17

Comments:For the money you would be hard pressed to find a better rod. I absolutely love Dobyns Rods and will be buying more. This series is great and won't wreak havoc on your check book. Do yourself a favor and give these rods a try, you'll love them.

From: Scott: Lacon IL 8/23/17

Comments:Wow. Tip has broke and a home repair kit later and it's still my favorite rod. Got the 7'6 general use and haven't regretted it since

From: David: Newark De 8/20/17

Comments: Bought the Fury Series FR733C split handle rod a month ago and paired it up with a Shimano Metanium reel and 20# Power Pro spectra braid. Dobyns Champion series rod was my first choice as I do not have any other Dobyn's rods but I have been enjoying the Abu Garcia Vendetta baitcasting 7' medium heavy and 7'6" heavy rods at $80 each. Anyway, enjoying the FR733C which is rated medium heavy but acts much more like a medium to a medium light. Not complaining but it is by far the softest baitcasting rod I have. With this reel setup it easily throws 1/4 oz lures which is probably due to the soft rod action. Goal is to buy another Dobyns....probably the Champion series 734c or 764c split handle by the end of the year. So, is it worth more than the Vendetta? Not sure yet. Side note: Using the 7'6" heavy action Vendetta and a 3/8oz. spinnerbait in Canada last month I landed over 50 northern pike. Using a diving crankbait I boated five muskies up to 47". I sure would like to know if the blanks for the Fury are the same as for the Champion XP series Dobyns.

From: Kevin: Wheeling 8/10/17

Comments:Probably the best rod i have ever used. It is very sensitive and strong. Everyone hates the Guides but I think they are great as well.

From: Brady: Minnesota 8/6/17

Comments:Great rod for the money .performs like a 200$ rod.light ,sensitive, and comfortable to fish with all day.I have a 7'3" heavy for jigs good backbone but great flex to pin the fish.if your looking to upgrade this is a great rod.

From: Unknown - 7/16/17

Comments:For the price on this rod i cant complain. light, strong, and sensitive. I would recommend anyone whos on a budget and looking for a good rod. I will be purchasing more. Thanks dobyns.

From: Unknown - 7/16/17

Comments: I've had this rod for 6-8 months at least. I have a 7' MH and I love it, good balance, lightweight, and sensitive all at a good price. It's my favorite jig rod and I use it for paddle tail swimbaits. I've caught probably 200 fish on this rod including smallies, largemouth, and even some pike. This rod has handled it all flawlessly. I don't abuse my equipment, but I don't baby it either. This rod has been put to use and I've boat flipped bass up to 7lbs with no issues. Would definitely recommend this rod. Dobyns nailed this one.

From: Austin: Stl, MO 7/9/17

Comments:Bought the Dobyns Fury 735C on April 5th of this year. I've fished with it maybe 6 times since then. Great rod. Feels great, good balance, and very sensitive for a rod of this price point. The problem is, the rod tip broke off while shaking weeds off a texas rig. Rod is rated up to 1 1/2 ounce. I was using a something that weighed less than 1/2 ounce. It's never been banged or treated harshly. The rod is stored in a rod locker, and taken out to fish with. No more no less. I know I'm not the only one to experience this, it's pretty clear from reading the comments here. This is clearly a design issue with the Fury. I've written to dobyns to see if I can get it replaced for free. I've had it less than 3 months. I'm not going to pay $50 and $20 return shipping for a $100 dollar rod that broke due to no fault of my own. If this was a Champion XP, the no-hassle return would make more sense obviously. If dobyns will fix the issue, I'll gladly clarify my review. As of now, I'll just stay buy with caution. Good rod, when it's in 1 piece.

From: Kevin: New York 7/5/17

Comments:I picked up these for this tournament season. I have the 7'6", 2-7'3", 7' CB, and 7' MH. I think they are awesome at the price point. I've had Duckett Micro Magics, and I would put these above those. I've not had a problem with them and the guides are much more durable than the Duckett's. Eventually, all my rods will migrate to Fury's.

From: Ed P: Dallas, TX 6/29/17

Comments:The Fury rod series is one hell of a stick. the 704 is my go to / do all rod in my rod box. i have champions and fished with the extreme series and yes they are built with better components than the Fury, but the sensitivity is still right there. i am a weekend warrior with a mortgage and bills, this rod hits the perfect price point and to be honest it should actually retail for at least $150. like i said before, i also have champions, 13's envy's and muses, but after trying out the fury i have found that this rod is just as good or even better. and for the people saying that theirs broke with normal use, they are just haters and want to smash on the product because you can send the rod in to dobyns in the mail for a warranty claim which dobyns as a company is great about or you can pay the $50 replacement fee and get a new rod for more than half off original cost. so to be honest i dont know how anyone can bash on this rod or company.

From: Chris: CT 7/3/17

Comments:I took a chance on this rod. I wanted to try Dobyns out, and I decided I'd start with their entry line to see how I like it before getting into the champion xp series, etc. Bought the 735C for jig fishing, frogs, big worms, etc. I love it. The cork is great quality for a $100 rod. I wish the butt cap was also cork, but for $109 they have to cut costs somewhere. The blank is great. As sensitive as other rods I own that are double the price. It's just a sturdy rod, and it feels well-built in your hand.

I've even used it for spinnerbaits and belly weighted flukes, and it still gives me great casting distance despite being a little too heavy for those applications. This is one of the best $100 class rods on the market. Without question. Maybe even THE best. I now have confidence in the Dobyn's brand and I can comfortably spend the money for their high end rods. This rod is perfect for jigs, frogs and heavy texas rigs. It handles braid and heavy hooksets flawlessly.

From: Kevin - New York 6/28/17

Comments:Been a Dobyns fan since I bought my first Champion series 8 years ago and now use Dobyns almost exclusively. See a lot of people saying theirs broke first time out and I did have that happen one time but they replaced it at no cost. I just bought my first fury right after they came out and now have several. Over 20 Dobyns in the arsenal and one breakage they replaced for free I think is pretty good. Light, sensitive, and as durable as any rods in much higher price ranges. They stand behind their product and have a great warranty.

From: Patrick: Charlotte, NC 7/2/17

Comments:Have had this rod a week, and it already beat my other gloomis, duckett, and st.croix. Amazing all the way around, everything you will ever need or want in a rod!

From: TJ - Georgia 6/25/17

Comments:I don't know where all of these reviews are coming from saying they broke their rod on the first outing, ive had mine for about 4 months and I have beat the hell out of it. This rod is light and extremely sensitive! Would highly recommend this rod to anyone!

From: Cavan - Virginia 6/22/17

Comments:I have a 733c and a 703sf and I can honestly say that I love both. Great blank in the furry series and will be picking up another 733c just because I love it so much. Have handled a few Big girls just fine and recommended to serval friends. I have a few gloomis and honestly about the same sensitivity as their e6x rod. If you're on the fence. Get it because you won't regret it.

From: Ryan - California 6/21/17

Comments:Own the 703 and 705. Other Dobyns rods include a mike long swimbait Rod. These fury rods are exceptional. Have used them for about a month and they are a phenomenal value. Very sensitive, nice styling, and a steal. Would pay $175 for these. Will be buying 2 more next month.

From: Andy: Little Rock, AR 6/10/17

Comments:Like the rod but the guides just break off towards the tip like they are made from pot metal, have owned 100's of rods and never ever seen this happen, like i said i love the rod but the guides are sub par for even a snoopy pole

From: Unknown - Tennessee 5/31/17

Comments:Use the Fury rods for West Coast saltwater calico bass fishing. The 795 swimbait rod is perfect for the 3/4 to 2 oz Warbaits Slayer head matched up with 5 to 7 inch swimbaits. The price is right and the quality is great.

From:Dennis: San Diego 6/2/17

Comments: People saying the rod tip broke ya da ya da ya da don't beat the hell out of your rods then. I've been flippin with mine I made contact with my dads rod and hit it pretty hard a couple times on accident and it held up fine it looks perfectly new. This rods starts with a $200 blank they put guides on it align the guides and then the reel seat etc. this rods built perfect it's lighter then the exact same legth Gloomis E6X which is a $200+ rod but the Gloomis is heavier then these rods save the money and buy these I have 14 and love them.

From: Matt Allen: California 5/21/17

Comments:Had this rod for a month didn't fish with it much. Always took good care of it. Made a cast and the tip of the rod broke off. Not going to buy another.

From: Clay: TN 5/8/17

Comments:AMAZING!!! Ive had my FR703C fury for about 3 months now and its awesome. Very lightweight and sensitive. It felt a little flimsy at first but after using it I realized it has some great backbone. I mainly use it for jigs, spinnerbaits, texas rigs, chatterbaits, senkos and soft plastics. I paired it up with a Lews LFS Speed Spool. AMAZING combo for $220! Best rod for $110 range!Highly recommend this rod and I will definitely be getting another!!

From: Cavan: VA 5/6/17

Comments:These are hands down the best 100 dollar price range rods ever made. They are sensitive, lightweight, and balanced. I own 4 of them but I'm really impressed with the 7' cranking stick. If you're on a budget these are a must have.

From: Adam: Wisconsin 4/22/17

Comments:I picked up the Med Heavy Cranking Rod and ts probably one of the best rods I have ever thrown. It cast well and loads up great for catching fish on treble hooked baits. I will be picking up some others to try out.

From: Daniel: Texas 3/30/17

Comments:Bought the 7'6" MH fast for Jigs, Texas Rigs, Carolina Rigs, and all purpose baits. This rod is insane for the price! Best $108 i have ever spent!

From: Ethan: Tennessee 3/19/17

Comments:I grabbed the 8ft swimbait rod in heavy, I must say I am impressed with the overall weight and feel of the rod. High quality manufacturing for sure. Can't wait to put her to use soon!

From: Unknown 3/17/17

Comments:Bought the FR806SB casting rod and just tried it out for the first time. Tied on an 8" Hud paired with a Shimano Cardiff 301a. I always worry about casting big heavy baits, but this rod loads up and cast the monster swimbait with ease. The handle is the perfect length for big swimbait applications. The rod blank itself is worth more than what it cost. It is light, powerful, and sensitive and for the price of 120 dollars, you can't beat it! The guides are nice and fair, but nothing super spectacular and I feel the same way about the foam handle. But, like I said, it's only 120 dollars and the blank itself is worth over 200 in my opinion. My only real complaint is not a big deal; I'm not a fan of where the hook keeper is but it hasn't caused any problems.
Honestly, the Dobyn's Fury rods are the absolute best rods in their price range. If your looking to spend between 100-120 dollars, the Dobyn's Fury line are the ones. They are worth more in my opinion so do yourself a favor and stock up on these ASAP!

From: JLWoodman: Michigan 3/12/17

Comments:Everyone says that the swimbait series of dobyns is amazing. The thing they didn't know was that the 806 in the high end swimbait rods lineup is the same rod blank and handle as the 806 in this line up. The only difference is that the guides are slightly heavier. If you had both rods in your hand, you couldn't tell the difference. Be smart and save the money

From: Shaun Raymond: California 3/6/17

Comments:So I recently got the 795 and was successfully casting a 3oz Glide bait, but. Man, it didn't appear to like it. Going for broke! Ratings say 1-5oz. A 8" Hudd ROF 5 is 4.1oz. It'll be tested next, just thought I'd share this now.

From: Unknown 2/21/17

Comments:I got the 7'3 heavy for jigs but it turns out that its also great for chatterbaits. Horsed in a 5 pounder easy with it great rod for the price ligtweight and very sensitive.

From: Jacob: Virginia 2/8/17

Comments:I gambled on buying this rod b/c of all the great reviews and the gamble paid off!! Probably the best $109 rod I've ever fished with. This is my first Dobyns rod, so I'm not sure if it's supposed to be this way, but all the eye guides are bent forward? Even if they are not supposed to be that way, it's still a great rod!

From: Brad: Brandon, MS 1/20/17

Comments:My first and only Dobyns rod I have got. When I first got the rod I was impressed by initial quality and it felt good in hand however it broke on my first outing, first half hour to be exact. The tip just randomly broke when working a small jig through some cypress knees. Not sure if I got a lemon or what but being a full time, unsponsored tourney angler I cant afford to waste money.I give all brands the benefit of the doubt until I try them and for now Dobyns will be erased from the board.

From: Tim: Ackal 1/5/17

Comments:Bought the 7ft cranking rod last spring and is my favorite. Lightweight and performs perfect, am going to slowly replace the rest of my rods with the fury series. I consider myself a 100 dollar rod/ reel "whore" and these are well beyond their price point.

From: G :Mi 1/24/17

Comments:My first Dobyns rod, I bought the 795 swimbait. This thing is awesome got it for throwing my Mike Bucca bullshad and A-rigs. This rod is perfect and surprisingly very light for its size! The price on those rods are amazing as well. I paired mine up with a Lew's super duty wide speed spoil reel and it's a perfect combination. I will be buying more Dobyns rods in the future that's for sure.

From: Alex - Knoxville, TN

Comments:All I have to say is wow I have been using dobyns rods for a long time and all of there rods are fantastic to see that they introduced a rod into there line up around the 100 dollar prize range is great especially for younger anglers who don't have a ton of money to spend on rods the fury series is great it's light, sensitive, extremely strong, and has an absolutely amazing casting distance compared to other rods I would easily pay 200+ dollars from any other company to match the performance of this rod I extremely recommend this rod to anyone looking for a new rod weather uare an experienced angler or just getting into the wonderful sport of fishing.

From: Zachary : Schnecksville, PA 12/6/16

Comments:I have a 7' mh and I have put it through a lot. I have caught a 5.5 lb and probably close to fifteen 4 pounders on it. I have tried everything out on this rod and the thing it works best for is texas rigs. Something with weight like a texas rig is the only way I can seem to get any sensitivity out of it. This rod would be one of the best if it were sensitive. Sensitivity is one of the most important things in a rod for me and it lacks it a lot.

From: Hunter: Litchfield, IL 12/12/16

Comments:I have the 765flip, by far the best flipping stick for the price. I have caught fish punching heavy grass mats, to fishing docks. very sensitive & light weight for a flipping stick. My only complain is the hook keep. I would definitely recommend this rod.

From: Nathan: GA 9/13/16

Comments:This is my first rod from Dobyns. I have to say that I am selling all of my other rods to buy only these rods. They are just unreal rods. I would pay $200+ for this rod. Dobyns hit a walk-off grand-slam with this rod. They has the best warranty system out there. 10/10

From: Riley: TN 8/3/16

Comments:I have the cranking rod. Been fishing the rod for about a month & has become my go-to popper/spook rod, but also handles all of my cranking needs. I have caught tons of fish in the 2-3 range & have had no problems. It's really light & loads up and you can launch your baits out there. If you are looking for a cheap cranking set-up I don't think you will be disappointed with this.

From: Matthew: GA 7/30/16

Comments:You can't go wrong with this rod. Sensitive, light, quality components & excellent visual style. I own higher end Dobyns rods like the Champion Extreme & Savvy series & find the differences between them only slight. You would be very hard pressed to find a rod as sensitive these things are quality & at an unbelievable price point. My advice though is to power up. In Dobyn's I have found their MH, is more like a Medium, their Heavy more like a MH & their Mag Heavy more like a Heavy in most other rods.

From: Bill: Windham, NH 7/26/16

Comments:I purchased the 765FLIP and LOVE it! It's amazing! It's extremely sensitive, light (for what it is) & comfortable to use! When you set the hook with this beast it's like you hit a brick wall! I have yet to loose a fish. I know a lot of people say this, but I'm seriously switching all my rods to Dobyns! I can't wait for my champion!

From: Alec: Katy, TX 6/13/16

Comments:I have the 7'3" mag heavy, used this rod once. Next time I went to use I took it out of my rod glove & one of the guide eyelets popped out. Not happy. The rod performed great when it had the eyelets in.

From: Drew: Milwaukee, WI 6/5/16

Comments:I purchased the 765flip & have some issues with it. Most notably the fact that I can't seem to keep fish buttoned with this rod. I like the fit and sensitivity of the rod. It's comfortable to fish with, but when flipping jigs, punch rigs or pegged t-rigs on braid I lose a lot of fish. I wouldn't call it a MH at all because it's by far the stoutest rod in my boat. Not what I was expecting. Might work for you though.

From: Royce: LA 5/18/16

Comments:I bought the 7' MH & was pretty excited to try out the rod because of all the good reviews. However, the rod broke on the very first fish I caught with it. Hopefully that's covered by warranty but if not I don't think I will be purchasing anymore of these I was a little disappointed & am now out $110

4/17/16

Comments:These rods are the bomb! I own the 734 and the 735. Both rods have been stepped on by my friends, hauled all over the place, swung big fish & not once seemed like they were gonna give up! They're very sensitive with a little give in the tip for launching lures and just the right amount of backbone. I cover a wide variety of lures with these two rods. I've debated buying extras in the event they stopped selling these. Please never stop!

From: Brett: IL 3/21/16

Comments:795 SB. I got it for med SB's (L Creeper - 6" Hudds) but the action is on the heavy side and it handles med to large SB's (6-8" Hudd) I would have preferred one power down because I have a 806. We'll see if it mellows out a bit as it gets broken in. A perfect first SB rod. A-Rigs & Mag DDers are secondary apps. Well worth the $

From: Outcast: CA 3/10/16

Comments:My first real crank bait rod. Excellent quality, feels great, easy to cast with ALL DAY LONG. Glad I bought it, would recommend to anyone looking for a CB rod in this price range. Fury is on fire. Thanks Dobyns.

From: John: FL 3/9/16

Comments:I have to say I've been a die hard Phenix rod can because of quality & they have all been a step or two above the usual bigger companies like Abu Garcia, Quantum, ect. But these new Fury rods are top notch for the money! This kind of rod for its price point is unbelievable! Ive only got to use them a few times but I put them through the test I have the 7'4" mag heavy & it literally has a perfect action for everything! I through everything from 3/82oz jigs to 1/2oz spinnerbaits to even throwing a LC pointer! This rod performed way better then expected & I will be getting more! So do your self a favor & try these!

Comments:Got he fury 7' MH as a gift in October. Very impressed with the looks and finish. Paired with a Lews BB1, this combo is one of the sickest I have ever felt and I have owned some great ones. I had very high hopes. didn't get to use it that much due to hunting season. started using it more in the past 2 months. I wanted it for a light texas rig rod or a weightless fluke rod. unfortunately, it is not very sensitive. feels kinda "dead". I might be able to salvage it as a fluke rod on braid for fishing thick veg. in florida. I used it last weekend with an underspin & it worked ok. maybe a spinnerbait would work well with it, I don't know. bottom line is this, beautiful, light rod that isn't very sensitive. I have a 10 year old team daiwa that walmart used to sell that is way more sensitive than this thing. be warned, this is not the great rod I thought I was getting.

Comments:Got the Fury 795 for smaller swimbaits & glide baits. Fishes baits in the 2-3 oz range like a dream but I have yet to test the higher end of the rating spectrum. Very impressive how light this rod is for the backbone it has. I recommend it.

Comments:Recently purchased the 765flip. Awesome flippin stick for 110 bucks. It is light for a flippin stick & extremely well balanced. I flipped with it all day & it never tired me out. Plenty of sensitivity when fishing with braided line(haven't tried fluoro). This is a beast of a rod. Has enough power to set heavy 4/0 flippin hooks and can easily pull big fish out of thick bushes (no mats where I live). Planning on buying 3 more Furys.

Comments:My new favorite rods! I've got every model in the Dobyns line and these are spot on! Only thing I wish was better is the cork. I wish all the Dobyns rods had the cork on the new Extreme HP series. That's the best cork ever on a rod..... get Fury, these are nice.

Comments:Bought 4 of these 734/735/703 & 765. Only fished them 12hrs tops so far but I am pretty impressed with them at this price point. The 735 mag heavy is a great frog rod perfect back bone & just enough wip in the tip to launch them frogs if needed. Will deff be buying a dozen more to replace my older line up. All in all for the price I think these are best 100 rods on market. I've tested a good amount of 100-130$ rods out this past 2 seasons. Duckett ghost, shimano & mojo rods just to name a few & Imo These top them all. Tight lines

Comments:I've had the Dobyns Extreme rods for years, and Champion rods, so thought I'd try these and happy I did. I got the 733, 734, 735 and all feels great in hand. 733 feels to be a great all around rod. It's very lightweight. 734, spinnerbaits, buzzbaits, jigs, jighead swimbaits, it'll do it. 735, going to be my frog rod for swimming frogs and hollow-body. Dobyns rods are the Best rods you can buy, no doubt.

Comments:Got the new Fury 735 and very impressed with the quality and attention to detail in this rod. Really like the new look and green logo but dont be fooled by the looks, this rod is what you would expect from Dobyns. Awesome rod and great price!

Comments: I got the 703 and I gotta say Dobyns made a great entry level rod. The first thing you notice is how well balanced the rod is. Its a joy to throw for hours on end. The power you have with the rod because of the balance is fantastic. It'll move 4 lbers no problem. The tip is pretty soft, which I like. Very light weight as well. Components are put on fairly well. Guides were straight, but tilted forward a little too much. Sensitivity is average for this price range of rods. You'll definitely have to use fluoro or braid to get the most out of the sensitivity. Overall, an excellent rod for the price. I'll be picking up more.

Comments:I had a TW Gift Card and decided to try the new Fury Rods. I got the 703 Spinning, 734 and 735 Casting, and the 705 CB. These rods are pretty sweet for the price! The 705CB is my new favorite rod and the quality/action of this rod compares to my Champion 705CB. The 734/735 Casting rods are way better than the Savvy Series and they are lighter with more power, IMO. I only had a couple Dobyns rods before this and I am glad I decided to check the Fury series out!

Comments:I just got the 703 and boy is it a great rod for the prise. I also have a 703 savy. This rod is pretty close in comparison to the savy, If not as good. Great for throwing senkos spooks and spinnerbaits. I'd recommend these rods. I'm a big dobyns fan and I will be buying more. The green finish looks awesome too.

Comments:Really impressed with the new Fury series. I now own three of the Fury rods and am happy with all of them. The 705cb is perfect for KVD1.5s and other small cranks. You can cast em a mile and the tip has good flex for setting the hook. Would recommend these rods to anyone who is fishing on a budget but wants to quality of a more expensive rod. Gary hit a home run with the Fury series!!

From: Nate: Brownsburg, IN 6/25/15

Comments:Incredibly light and blanced for this price range, very visually appealing as well. I own the 704 and I will definitely be adding more to my arsenal

From: Brady: IA 6/25/15

Comments:I picked up the 703CB to run a full review on. My plan is to make this a dedicated Lipless Crankbait rod. First impressions are very good. AA Cork grip feels great. Not a huge fan of split and EVA, but for the price I cannot complain. I had a couple of small imperfections in the Dobyns label and green rings. I do wish more time was spent with QC before it left the factory. All guides are tight true and wraps look good. Feels like a 3 power until you lay into the rod and it feels like a true 5 power. Very impressed. My rod came in a 4.7 ounces with a tab it of tip heavyness to it. Overall first impressions are great. Very impressed with this rod at the 109 dollar price point.

From: Richard: Edmond, OK 6/21/15

Comments:I finally got my Furys. My first impressions are this rod was worth the wait. The fit and finish on each is extremely good. The blank is lightly sanded and a matt finish above the last trim wrap. The graphics look great. The rods are well balanced and very neutral including the 735C. Each is light and has a nice progressive taper. Sensitivity with Flourocarbon was very good. This series is more than just entry level. Mine fish extremely well. I recommend these rods.

Comments:I just received the 703c in this new fury lineup. For 110, this rod is very impressive. It has all of the top quality components as Dobyns' higher end rods and fishes the same. The rod does well with small topwaters, such as poppers and spooks. This rod also makes a good senko setup. Not only are you receiving a great rod, but also great customer service to go along with your purchase.

From: Philip: AR 6/10/15

Comments:Just got my first Fury, can't believe how light and balanced they are for $109. Sensitivity is great, not dead like most $100 rods. Will be buying more.
