Nothing is compromised, except for actionThese are extremely well made baits. They carry top quality hooks and rings. They are nicely finished and their bodies and paint are very durable. The sound chamber works very well when bass want rattling baits. They cast fairly well for their weight.
In my experience, the M65 action is a step below the best crankbaits for being lively and responsive. Although, the best actioned crankbaits seem to fall in the shallower square bill and slight deeper diving ranges. There seems to be a bit of a performance hole in the 8-11’ range despite a huge amount of offerings.
I’m convinced over many years of being a crankbait enthusiast that lures like the vintage Florida made Bagleys and the current OSP Blitz Max DR’s catch quite a few more bass than the heavier bodied, less weight concentrated ones. These DUO’s do shift an action gear and get better at higher speeds, though. There probably is no way to make a highly durable crankbait with a metallic sound chamber and still match the action of vintage balsa or modern honeycombed plastic, belly-weighted baits.

Comments: If not the best crankbait I've tossed... very few come close. It just crushes smallmouth largemouth and Rockfish (stripers) for the rest of yall! Pickerel, big crappies, snakeheads any critter that lives in my area. White is hard to beat...(go figure that.) Do not let the price or country of origin turn you off. Just some see what happens

Comments: This is a amazing bait with good action and good rattle. Goes to 8 feet no problem and could dive deeper if you are speed cranking. Flat out one of my go-to's for cranking at any place.

Comments: Plain and simple, this crankbait is awesome. Great action, sound, components, finish, etc. The stock hooks on these and any other DUO REALIS lure are super, sticky sharp. You get what you pay for. I've caught most of my bass this summer cranking this in 10 FOW.

Comments: Crushed them on the M65 11A out on Squaw Creek the other day. We were cranking them through standing timber in 6-10 of water with 12lb floro. Once you got it in the limbs you just wanted to slowly work it through the tree tops. It usually didn't make it through the top without getting swallowed. Great action, great sound and bass choke them!
