Comments: I have both the 7' medium/moderate and 7' medium heavy/moderate fast. If you only use spinning rods like I do, you can't find better rods for treble hook baits for $100. The M/mod is perfect for 1/4oz-3/8oz crankbaits and it absolutely launches them. I use it for 1/2oz crankbaits too, but the MH/mod fast is better for them. It's also great for Mepps spinners, spybaits, and small poppers. It has a true moderate action and the bend goes deep down the blank. To set the hook all you have to do is pull in a sweeping motion and they're pinned for good. I use the MH/mod fast for 1/2oz-3/4oz crankbaits and topwater lures. It's great for walking baits like the Lucky Craft Sammy and Whopper Ploppers. I would not use it for single hook lures where you need a strong hookset, but it's perfect for anything with treble hooks. I don't use it for lipless cranks, but it would be good for them too. It might be a little too soft for jerkbaits. I also use it to throw hardware for salmon on my kayak and it holds up against 25lb kings.

Comments: I have the 6.6ft medium moderate that I use for small to medium crankbaits. It's the best rod I've used for this purpose. It's super light, yet it sets the hook well without pulling it out of their mouth. My hookup ratio and landing ratio have went way up since using this rod for crankbaits. Buy it, you won't regret it.

Comments: Just got one of these from my brother for my birthday and man I really like it? 6'6" medium and it's perfect for light Texas rigging and shaky head! Very light and sensitive! Would definitely but more in I need to replace any of spinning rods any time soon!

Comments: I have had an original Bucoo spinning for a few years now. Always impressed me and outperformed my other rods. Sorry to see that they exported the manufacturing, but they did uprgrade the look and lower the price without losing any quality. I have the 7' medium Bucoo Sr and it stays right with the original Bucoo . Definitely would recommend, especially for the price!

Comments: I have had the medium heavy rod for almost a year now. I got it and the Dobyns Fury in a baitcasting model at the same time. I will say this rod is much more sensitive than the dobyns. I use it mostly to fish texas rigs and shakey heads. Its got the sensitivity to feel light bites, along with the back bone to really set the hook.

Comments: bought one (7ft med). used it one day. bought another later that day when i got off the water. super lightweight. sensitive enough for me, as i throw topwaters 99.9% of the time, lol (usually heddon spook jr, yo zuri, ima skimmer, in clear)...put okuma helios 40's on both, and after 5 hours of fishing it hardly feels like i was fishing, they're so light!

Comments: This rod is pretty dang good for the money. It is well built, strong, light, and is very good quality. It is also pretty sensitive. I use it mainly for fishing San Diego bay for spotted bay bass and other fish like that. It is sensitive enough that I can feel the difference between a bite and grass and I can feel most bites very clearly. I have the 7' med-heavy and I have no problem horsing even big spotties out of the rocks. I would definitely recommend this rod!

Comments: I bought the 7' medium in July of 2017 and matched it with a Revo S20. Really just wanted to get a cheap spinning combo for occasional use. I fish 3-5 days a week on average, and in central Texas I usually don't have to use spinning tackle. Long story short I gained a lot of confidence in lighter tackle and finesse fishing thanks to this rod. I always thought big fish and light line didn't mix where I fish, but between July and September I had 8 fish over 6 pounds on this setup including an 8-5. Even though it is a made in China model, it still has enough sensitivity for finesse tactics with braid to fluoro leader. Would recommend.

Comments: I have three Bucoo casting rods that I really like, also happy that they are made in USA. I just received a Bucoo SR spinning rod, sorry to see that it now has a made in China sticker.

Comments: I was looking for a heavy action spinning rod and found this BuCoo SR heavy action rod by accident. I bought it and it works extremely well for the money. TW should fix the problem of the BuCoo SR's not being included when using the spinning rod filters. Should sell some more once included. Thanks for listening.

Comments: Wow. What a rod, i picked up a 7 ft medium and i have to say im very impressed. It isn't the most sensitive rod but you can still feel good bites and for 100 dollars i think this is one of the best choices. It is pretty light and i run 15 pound suffix braid on it with 8-12 pound leader. For 100 dollars this is a steal.
