Overview
All tournament bass anglers know that sinking feeling you get when you open up your livewell to discover the white underside of your catch staring you straight in the face, which is why Fishlife has developed the Fishlife Fin Clips. Designed as an alternative to fizzing, the Fishlife Fin Clips gently attach to the anal and pelvic fins of fish to keep them upright, allowing their swim bladder to deflate naturally.
Built using a flex chain, the Fishlife Fin Clips absorb shock in rough water, lessening the chance of damage to the fish’s fins. Reducing stress on your fish, the Fishlife Fin Clips minimize mortality due to energy depletion and prevents costly dead fish penalties. Delivering peace-of-mind on the water, the Fishlife Fin Clips provide a fish-friendly alternative to fizzing that will come in handy in tournament scenarios. Try using the Fishlife Fin Clips first when you get ready to cull fish or bag them for weigh-in and they still rollover, then use the Fishlife Fizz Needles. Tournament Developed – Tournament Tested – Tournament Proven!

Comments: As for the functionality, they are great. It has been a good alternative to fizzing deep fish. I use one or two to level the fish and after a few hrs the fish are good to go! Only issue I have with them is that mine rusted fairly easily. I usually set them in vinegar for a day or so and it gets off 90% of it. If they didn't rust as easy, I would have no complaints

Comments: I use the fin clips all the time to help keep fish upright. I love the chain concept which allows the weights to stay attached to the fins. Being retired from the military I like the red, white, and blue colors

Comments: I was skeptical about the idea, but since I deep water drop shot for smallies pretty often, the need definitely arises on occasion. I'm already 2 for 2 in reviving smallmouth that came from 15+ FOW w/ bladder issues. I left them in the well with some keep-alive & 1 or 2 clips in place & within 2 hours was able to release the fish unharmed back to the water. A must have in my book if you're a C&R or tournament angler
