Most anglers love to flip and pitch heavy cover, and the new Gambler Stinger has taken the best parts of other Gambler baits to create the most ideal flipping bait on the market. The Stinger combines the chevron body design from Gambler’s Craw Daddy and incorporates some modern ribs that produce a bulkier appearance and catch air as it falls to the bottom, leaving an enticing bubble trail. Furthermore, the backside of the Stinger is built flat without ribs so there’s more plastic to hold hooks in-place and also prevent tearing.
Another key feature of the Stinger is the new claw design, which is a thinned down version of Gambler’s Flappy Daddy and Mega Daddy claws, which produces a more subtle swimming action on the fall. The Stinger is ideal for flipping and pitching heavy cover but does equally well as a jig trailer or on a Carolina-rig. Available in a variety of proven colors and loaded with Gamblers BITE scent, the Gambler Stinger is the product of years of research and refinement to give anglers one of the best flipping and pitching bait ever created.
Comments: The Stinger is an awesome bait! Similar to the D Bomb but yet subtlety different. I feel the Stinger has more flap which at times is the difference. Both have a place in my arsenal. Gambler makes top notch baits, from the Ace to BB Cricket, they are hard to beat here in Florida! Try em you see yourself!

Comments: A solid flipping and pitching bait, especially when you need a more subtle kick, as opposed to something like a rage craw. I,m not sure how the comments about this bait (or any other bait) being a rip-off ever made it on this site. We have this wonderful thing called the U.S. Patent Office that deals with such issues. I assure you, nobody is unfairly losing money over this or any other product that appears to resemble another.

Comments: Have been using the Stinger for a while now and find it a great pitching and flipping bait. Holds up pretty good--several fish to a bait. Have read all the comments about copying the D Bomb--yes it is a close reproduction of it but I do not get the hate for copying a winning bait. If you look through the baits at TW you will find most of them are spin-offs from another bait so I am puzzled at the hate. If you do not like them stick to your D Bombs and keep the hate to yourself. More for those of us that think Gambler has a winner

Comments: This is a copy of the riot fuzzy beaver but the plastic is harder and doesn't have the same action as the riot. Gambler uses cheap plastic in their baits obviously to make better profit. They should try to make something innovative and not copy other brands baits

Comments: I like this lure a ton and who cares if its a rip off i like gambler lures and the scent the come with i will take this thing over the fuzzy beaver anyday!!
From: Unknown 8/1/17
Comments: Great little bait. Side by the riot its longer and more streamline with more spacing between the little inlets for more contrast. I used one for 3 good fish before I had to flip it over to keep using it. My only issues with it is no summer craw color and the claws need a bit more flap.

Comments: if you want to talk about stealing baits look at the fluke from zoom everyone has its version. Im glad gambler is making these baits there are more affordable and i love the fact they are a Florida company. Great bait for the Big O and everything in between.

Comments: When I saw this packaging I thought for riot had changed their name what a rip off! Gambler should be ashamed of themselves. The most upsetting part is the bait is a obvious rip off as the riot baits fuzzy beaver with the exception the stinger is just cheaply made. Not very durable at all and the claw action sucks. I had to give a bag a test run and I'm very glad I can still get the fuzzy beaver on tacklewarehouse.

Comments: I don't think I've ever seen such an obvious rip off of another bait company's product. This is just a riot baits fuzzy beaver with a different name. Kinda sucks coming from one of the best plastics companies on the planet
