Overview
Based on the popular Rock N Vibe lipless crankbait, the Ima Suspending Vibration features a 15% larger body and will actually suspend 3-4 feet below the surface - unlike most lipless crankbaits on the market. It features a tight, pulsating action that aggravates bass into striking, and the fact that it suspends makes it an ideal lure for fishing over the top of grass, rock, or wood to trigger strikes from less aggressive fish.
Equipped with top quality components, the Ima Suspending Vibration is outfitted with sticky-sharp treble hooks and stout stainless steel split rings that will provide years of reliable use. It is also available in a range of highly realistic colors that will fool even the most seasoned bass. Offering anglers a multipurpose lure that’s part lipless crankbait and part jerkbait, the Ima Suspending Vibration is in a league of its own and different from any other lipless crankbait on the market.

Comments: Perfect example of a sleeper, and I would like to see it remain that way. A few other brands have put out Sp traps, but I still think the Ima is the best overall. I really don't understand how someone can throw one of these in a 5gal bucket and when it sinks to the bottom and claim it doesn't suspend. Unless he got that bucket from David Blaine, its not going to be deep enough for the bait to reach its suspending depth of 4'. You can adjust the sink rate and sp depth by changing hooks and or using line of different dia and density.

Comments: Slow sink, NOT suspending! I tested these in a 5gal bucket filled to 2 inches below the rim; of the 4 I got, 3 sank to the bottom in about 2.2 secs; the last one sank to the bottom a tiny bit slower in about 2.5 secs; so it's NOT a suspending bait; these are still a useful bait as long as you know it is slowly sinking and not just sitting there if you're hoping for the long pause. I use Cordell Suspending Spots for the long pause and/or the Floating Rattle Trap if I don't want any sink at all and they hammer them on the pause. Pretty disappointing to know I paid this much for something that says "Suspending" and it really does not suspend, it is a slow-sink lure. Won't be buying anything from Ima anymore.

Comments: Mine seems to run on its side for a bit before it straightens up, other than that tho it rocks... great for schooling bass because they are feeding looing up !!! .. after spooning active fish, us as a search bait this fall when chasing the Bass that are chasing the bait...

Comments: Amazing bait that should be in everyone's arsenal. Rip it through grass use a stop and go retrieve or fish it like a jerk bait. On the pause the bait just suspends causing violent strikes. Definitely worth the money!

Comments: Don't know if others make a suspended lipless crankbait but best idea ever! Ima is a winner with this one! Rip it out the grass and pause is deadly, it's like they chase and with the sudden pause no sink on the suspend they just crash right into it! Money all day!

Comments: I bought some of these years ago with the intention of using them to yo yo with in the winter. Here in south jersey most of lakes are about 3ft deep average. I love the TN's but I lose so many in cover it gets expensive. Came across these an took a chance never having used or even seen an IMA bait that I know of. Unsure if they truly suspend or not with the visibility being less than 4 ft in most places. They have a slow fall which can be good and can be bad. The bait I have been using this winter fall a foot in under 2 seconds. I think the fast fall of a conventional trap triggers a hit, its just a matter of figuring out what kind of mood the fish are in. I slow roll them with pauses and twitches, I burn and stop them or yo yo them most of the time. They fish similar to a flat side CB or JB Usually the hit comes on the pause or as soon as you pick it up again. I catch fish but ive noticed I get a ton of followers, more then any other lure I have ever used. If I could figure out how get half of the followers to commit it would be a really effective bait because you can fish it anywhere anytime just by varying your retrieve. The company is called Ima Japan, however these are certainly made in china which isn't a problem for me as long as it works. They don't have the wow factor of a MB LC or Duo finish, but for 10 bucks there not bad. The packaging minimized hook rash so the point are fairly sticky out of the box. I do change them out after the stock hooks lose there bite. I would give these a try if your on the fence. 2 is 1, 1 is none, so buy 2

Comments: Great bait, got bit when I started using it and caught fish with it (have only used it once) has a good tight wobble and suspends well. The only thing I'm not pleased with are the hooks, bent out after 4 or 5 fish. Replaced mine and look forward to using it more.

Comments: Awesome bait!! Did everything all the reviews and videos said it would. Just pause this thing and get whacked. Caught about 8 fish in 12 casts then got hung up on some weeds and Broke it free and it flew back and smacked the boat and cracked. I don't know if you can call that operator error or cheap material but no matter what this thing catches fish. Just kicking myself I didn't buy a couple.

Comments: It's not a magical unicorn, but it catches fish. If you are a serious trap fisherman/lady, try one. It has a spot in your arsenal. The only IMA bait I own that has actually caught fish for me.

Comments: If you are reading this, you have found something special! You should just go ahead and buy 2, otherwise you will just be back to buy another after you use it. The only other lure I know of like this is the Megabass Fermata, and it costs twice as much. I like to fish this thing kind of like a jerkbait but with upward jerks instead of downward. Two quick jerks then let it sink a little on slack line. It will sink very slowly, almost similar to a shadow rap. If you are considering buying this lure, you are most likely a skilled enough basser to figure it out. Once you do, it is amazing.

Comments: IMA hit a home run with this one. Suspend this bait over rocks or weeds and hang on!!!!! Definitely a bait that needs to be in your arsenal.

Comments: This thing is hot! It's like a combo jerk bate crank bate. I had best luck doing slow to medium retrieves with pauses of various lengths. Most of the time when you pause, BAM! Having the ability to suspend on the pause kills it with this bate. Rip it through the grass or weeds then pause. Do a variable retrieve with pauses. Both methods work great!

Comments: This is a great bait to be fished over submerged rocks and weeds! Reel it down let it suspend give it a couple turns and hold on!!!! Another win for IMA.

Comments: Ima has nailed it once again!!! The Suspending Vibe is a home run. As the water cools it has become a go to bait for me. The quality components along with attention to detail makes it something the fish can't resist. The stop and go retrieve is deadly. A must have in your tackle box!!

Comments: Ima has yet again failed. Can't even burn This lure. It's bulky and basically good for nothing. It's not for me.
