Designed by FLW Tour Pro, Scott Martin, the LIVETARGET Hollow Body Popper Frog was created to deliver loud topwater commotion that will prompt heart-stopping blowups from giant bass. Featuring a specially designed cupped mouth that spits, pops, and chugs water, it is also very easy to “walk” for anglers of all skill levels, providing the best of both worlds.
The anatomically correct body profile of the Popper Frog mirrors the small details like tucked-in side legs and accurate detailed colors of a live frog to help fool wary bass into thinking that it is the real thing. The Popper Frog also features an aerodynamic shape that allows it to cast incredibly far with great accuracy, and it is weighted to land upright every time so you can immediately start your retrieve and cover more water.
Built around a custom razor-sharp double hook, the body of the Popper Frog quickly collapses when a fish strikes, providing enhanced hook setting performance. Perfect for all shallow water applications, it can be fished across mats or thick vegetation, and it excels in open water when more commotion is needed to trigger strikes from fish. Combining lifelike details with superior action, the LIVETARGET Hollow Body Popper Frog is the only frog you need tied on when the frog fishing heats up.
Comments: Another great frog from Live Target. It walks like a champ and does not take on water, and retains the good hook up ratio of the normal frog. Also spits and chugs a little with the right action. A must have for all Kermit fanatics like me. From: Tyler: Grand Junction, CO 9/20/20
Comments: I've been a koppers standard loyalist with spro poppin frog my go to poppin frog. I find all I throw is this frog. It walks so easy, I can amp it up and make it noisy. Durable! I've caught 30-40 aggressive strike bass on it so far this year and it's still kicking. Floats fine not having issues with it filling up. Just ordered 3 more and my spro poppin frogs have gotten wet. If your fishing heavy cheese I'd probably go back to the regular live target frog they slide across the cheese better. The cupped face catches more.

Comments: Purchased the 2" frog after reading the reviews, it fit the profile I was looking for. Initial first look, it's very well build sharp hooks and the material it's made out of seems to be thicker then the other frogs I have. Fished with it for a little while yesterday to see how it held up and it didn't sink, walked fairly well and well I didn't catch any fish so I can't comment on durability but I think with the construction of it, it won't be a problem. After I put more time on it I will revisit and let everyone know.

Comments: Bought 5 of these every one of them sinks, only get about half a cast before I got to reel in and squeeze them. Had to fill the hole around the hooks with hot glue, now they float. Love the hooks and look of the frog but floating is key for a top water. From: Ben: Naples, FL 10/10/19
Comments: Trust me. If you want a frog to last AND catch giants...get this frog. Don't even bother trying any other ones. Get a couple colors (emerald red, black for me) in both this and the regular hollow body and go fishing.

Comments: If you do any frog tossing for Bass, you might want to give Scott Martin's Live Target Popping Frog some serious consideration. We have been putting this frog to the test for the past 5 weeks and the results have been very impressive. To put it bluntly, this frog has outfished all the others I have in my tackle box. Maybe luck or coincidence, that I don't know. But, for example, on one of our outings my son-in-law threw Martin's frog, white with black dots, while I threw a different brand of the same exact color. We worked the same exact area for an hour. I never got a strike, yet he boated a dozen nice ones and missed a bunch as well. I did some more trials like this with the same results. I give Martin and Live Target credit, these frogs have taken alot of abuse for the past 5 weeks and they still look like the day we took them out of the package. With our first club tourney coming up, they will definately be part of our arsenal. Emerald red is the other color we have been using. I just ordered some additional colors, as Live Target has a pretty good selection and Tackle Warehouse carries them all. Again, this is just my experiance with this product and for me it has been very consistant.
