Overview
The Lazer Trokar Tournament Tube Hooks feature Trokar’s surgically sharpened hook point technology. This creates a triple-sided point that actually penetrates twice as easily as other point shapes - dramatically increasing strike to hook-up ratios. Forged using a unique tempering process, the Trokar Tournament Tube Hooks are extremely strong with just the right amount of flex to resist breaking. Trokar’s exclusive B.A.R.B., affixed to each hook’s shank, also keeps your bait firmly in place, and the line eye is fully enclosed so there’s no chance of your braided line slipping out. A great choice for a variety of applications, the Lazer Trokar Tournament Tube Hook - For those who aren’t just out to catch fish. But are out to win.

Awesome tube hooks! These are by far the very best tube hooks on the market, I also use them for creature baits and other soft plastics and they work great, also the regular Eagle Claw tube hooks are the exact same hook just without the Trokar point they have the needle point and are awesome also and quite a bit cheaper!

Comments: Best tube flipping/weedless tube hook on the market period. Even your super soft tubes stay secure on the keeper. Stupid tube hooks are great for a non-flipping/weedless presentation with that classic stupid tube action, but I don't miss having to retie a stupid tube jighead every time I need a new tube. I now just use these hooks for any tube flipping or working through grass presentation. I have not had any issues blowing a fishes mouth out with these hooks.

Comments: I have been using the Shaw Grigsby Tube Hooks for longer than I'd like to admit. They are the best tube hook out there but the wire keeper clip always seemed to be in the way so I thought I'd give these a try because they are the same shape as the Shaw Grigsby hooks. The plastic point on the shank is a great tube holder. I have my best success by using Sebile Soft Tungsten Weights that slide onto the shank of the hook. If you never used them you should check them out. I put 2 or 3, sometimes 4 on the shank depending on the size of the tube, then cast the tube out and when you get it to the target area stop the retrieve and let it flutter down. I skip lots of tubes and they stay in place on this hook. I read the negative comments about making a big hole but I never had any problem with them.

Comments: I flip the Keitech solid tubes and ISG tubes. These hooks work perfect for both. Much better than a wide gap. My hookup ration with these is super high.

Comments: Great hookup ratio but just doesn't keep fish pinned well. Hook point cuts a huge hole in their mouth. When you get a fish in your hands the hook just falls out. Using straight flouro line and a 7' ft medium heavy and never had this issue with other hooks. Ill stick with Owner extra wide gaps.

Comments: Great hooks. They are heavy (and heavy duty) and the deep gap lets them act as a keel weight so I use them for tubes (obviously) but I have had a lot of success using them to replace light (1/16 oz) keel weighted swimbait hooks for big flukes or small swimbaits. It goes without saying that these can pull the heaviest fish out of the heaviest cover but I have also been most pleasantly surprised at their broad utility in lighter line applications. I put the a range from 3/0 to 6/0 under a bouyant fluke type lure and with the right hook, lure and, line I can make it sit almost completely neutral like a hard jerkbait (falling a few inches per second works best for me). The ultra (and I mean ultra!) sharp hooks means you can use them even on light line finesse applications and reliably put a hook through the top of a big fishes mouth; all with a soft hookset. They are pricier than other alternatives but being able to use them under a variety of different presentations means that I get my money's worth and they simplify my tacklebox because I don't have to carry as many specialty heavy duty and finesse hooks anymore.

Comments: Excellent hook. The 6/0 size fits a 4 1/2 inch tube and the 4/0 size fits a 3 1/2 inch tube.

Comments: like these better than those made for flipping, The point of the hook pointing toward the eye make them more weedless
