Overview
Megabass has been exporting incredibly effective and innovative lures since the mid 90’s, and continues to produce some of the most popular lures being thrown today. Megabass’s uncanny ability to create eye-catching lures transcends into the arena of soft plastics very well, as evidenced by the Megabass Honjikomi Bottle Shrimp. Built with unwavering Japanese intricacy, the Megabass Honjikomi Bottle Shrimp is a lethal freshwater prawn and crayfish imitation. Packed with an organic blend of natural flavors, the Megabass Honjikomi Bottle Shrimp features a ribbed construction adorned with two buoyant claws that create an enticing defensive crawfish presentation. Available in a number of proven Megabass colors, the Megabass Honjikomi Bottle Shrimp works particularly well on both a Texas-rig and as a jig-trailer.

Comments: Awesome scent and nice option for a jig trailer but as others have mentioned they don't last long at all and they are pricey. But they definitely get bit.

Comments: The baits work great and smell good but they are not durable at all and come apart easily. I don't suggest using them around heavy cover.

Comments: These are great craws...and I have tried ALL the most popular ones...they are very dense (heavy) and cast well...I just use a small tungsten weight texas rigged and they cast a mile. Bass love them...too much maybe lol...cause I have had large bass them swallow them whole before I could set the hook ! ...making for some hook sugery to save the bass smh ...and now that the price has lowered.. pick up a bag....they simply work !!

Comments: These baits get bit but they're not that strong. The price isn't right for the quality of product.

Comments: These baits are HEAVY. I recommend nothing less than a 7Ft Heavy action rod or longer for making accurate and effective casts. They are good for fishing deeper areas quickly and efficiently. $14 is a little steep and Im not one to complain about prices, but for over $2 a bait is pretty hard to disagree with a little hesitation on price. They come through cover well and definitely help weed out smaller fish. Good slender design and meaty claws that float. Should really start to come alive in mid summer when the fish move to deeper haunts. If you got some spare cash, pick up a pack. You can bet the guy fishing against you wasn't as crazy as you to buy a $14 bag of plastics lol!
