When bass anglers talk about successful crankbaits, you can be sure that the Norman DD22 Crankbait will be included in the discussion. These crankbaits have been around for a long time and are proven fish catchers. Reaching up to 18+ feet on a long cast, the Norman DD22 Crankbaits feature a precisely angled bill that creates a naturalized attitude, enabling them to come through and over obstructions easily. If hang ups do occur, the Norman DD22 Crankbait floats backwards when paused, which works to free it from potential snags.Perfect for targeting deep ledges and brush piles, the Norman DD22 Crankbait is built with a butyrate body and a boisterous rattle system that works to create a distinct acoustic profile. Head and shoulders above other crankbaits in terms of detail, the Norman DD22 Crankbait features deep lustrous finishes and a huge variety of colors. Backed by two razor-sharp treble hooks, the Norman DD22 Crankbait offers a time-tested action, exceptional value, and true tournament-winning performance.

Comments: If I had to choose one deep crank for the rest of my life, the DD22 would be my choice. I've been catching fish on these crankbaits for over 25 years now and whenever the fish go deep, I always reach for a DD22. Nice wide wobble, great deflection ability, an excellent selection of colors and most of all, affordable.

Comments: The DD22 is the industry standard for a reason. They flat out catch bigguns! They are the first bait I reach for when I'm targeting the 15-17 foot depth range. They don't pull as hard as the 6XD so my forearms aren't screaming the next day. I also don't have to tune these very often. Find some off shore rocks and grind it up with a DD22. You'll be amazed at the number of quality bites you get. From: Brandon: Bulverde, TX 6/8/20
Comments: I like em. Noticed when they do occasionally hang up (deep), if you give them slack they will usually come loose, float up and off the hang. From: Unknown: Texas 12/11/19
Comments: DD22 is the deep diver I compare all other to. It was the first big deep crank I caught fish on back in 2006 and I still use it today. No, they don't run 22 feet deep. They are cheap and come in 5000 colors so stock up, sometimes they dive deep and don't come back.

Comments: Love these cranks! Been using them with my Dobyns 805 cb glass and I can get a tuned one to 17-18 feet on a long cast with 10lb fluoro. A classic bait that still catches fish!
