Comments: Since people on here don't really seem to understand the concept of a teflon coating… let me clear it up. Goes on stiff, breaks in to some of the smoothest, most durable braid on the market. I've pissed away hundreds on anything and every (sunline, berkley, finns, daiwa, spider wire, seaguar, power pro, kastking and suffix). Braid to leader is how I fish and pline simply makes the best. Ignore the odd ball comments.

Comments: Bought a spool of 40 lb and used it twice... then removed it as it was AWFUL. It was like using electrical wire - so stiff and memory-laden. AWFUL. Went back to my Daiwa J-Braid X8 and Daiwa Samurai braid... so soft and manageable with no issues.
From: Eric: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada 7/14/23
Comments: I bought 40lb test and I had 4 back to back break offs in hook set not on the knot but directly in the line I can't see anything that is causing any kind of abrasion on the line I'm at a loss won't buy this again

Comments: My absolute favorite braid on the market. I've tried all the big names, and this is one is definitely my favorite. Super slick and strong. From: Ben: CO 11/16/20Comments: I've tried this braid and did not have any good experience with it.It doesn't cast well, bleeds all over the place and broke easily.Used for a few trips and taken off and thrown in trash. The only other braid I've had serious issues with was tufline domin.Same issues and very wiry feel. Both braids were used on the same reel and also replaced with sufix 832 in the same pound and the sufix was so much better.I really wouldn't recommend this braid unless they made a serious change to it recently. From: Unknown 11/9/20Comments:I've tried Spider wire it brakes easily , I've tried Power Pro it's to rough like 4 carrier braid , I just tried Suffix 832 and the line is good except the color changed to almost white in one day and i don't use leader so I need my color to stay , now I'm right back to P-line and I'm happy with it , I had a few break offs break offs with the 20 lb I don't know if it was slack line on hook set and I tie a double palamar knot so it wasn't that , I'm using 30 lb now and no break offs even pulling on a hung up baits and 4/0 gama hook it just straightens the hook , it'll pull a tank

Comments:I've been using the TCB 8 braided line for a few years now and love it. I like the way it goes though the line guide. Very smooth! I also like the way it comes off the spool when making long casts! This line will bring them out off the thickest grass and out of the brush piles with no issues. I never had an issue with this line digging into itself on hard hooksets. Any breakage of this line that I had was due to my own fault for not taking the time to re-tie. Give this line a try! From: Frank: Maryland 9/2/20
Comments:I've used this braid in green and yellow in 30 & 50lb rating and I have had zero issues. I've been using it for nearly two years and I have used it on several different reels. I fish 90% braid and this is one of the better braids I've used. No surprises and casts very well. I'll continue to use it and really look forward to the 40lb as a 'just right' size for all around single-hook bait line. From: Larry: Charlotte, NC 8/7/20
Comments: I recently started using braid and love it , I started out with 20 lb Spiderwire and lost four frogs in one day on bass , brand new line never again and I always cut a few feet off the end to retie when I get home from fishing , i got some Power Pro and I really liked it and good price , I got some Bass Pro Shop two for price of one it's junk too , I recently ordered a Dobyns heavy for frog fishing and worm and jigs but I got the P-line with it and it seems to be really good braid I actually caught a 7 lber today and about 8 more nice heavy bass and the line is good stuff but I'm going back to Power Pro next because of the price , I've always liked P-line products just lower the price a little bit , I would like to try Suffix brand one season to see if it's worth the money but anyway if I can't have Power Pro then P-line is my other go to I might stay with P-line if it holds up good this season who knows

Comments:I've been using this line punching and flipping the Delta and love the way it comes off the reel. Zero breakoffs and the color retention is better than most braids. From: Unknown: Sacramento, CA 6/19/20
Comments: Good line, no issues.I've been using this braid for about a year and a half.I have only used it in 15lb on spinning gear.I haven't had any memory issues or breakage.Smooth casting and fairly limp, seems to retain its color pretty well also.

Comments:Does not work as advertised had this line on for about 3 days and it most definitely dug into the reel causing me to lose my favorite lure. Will not buy again. From: Unknown: Jonesville, NC 3/11/20
Comments:I don't leave many reviews but this is the worst braided line I have used. Break easily has tremendous amount of memory almost like a cheap flouro. Have had multiple break offs even on just ripping lures from weeds. This is the only p line product I have had issues withFrom: Unknown: 1/23/20
Comments:There are so many good reviews about this stuff, but my experience was sub par. I was surprised to see this braid have memory coming off the spool, which just got worse after sitting on my reel for a week. I'm really hoping it was just my batch. I've tried other braids, and they just blow this stuff out of the water. I wanted to like it, I really did. It just didn't perform like I hoped. From: Alex W: 12/25/19
Comments:I bought this braid just to try something other than Power Pro- It's fantastic. Its silky smooth and comes through the guides better than most- handled great. Exactly what I was looking for since my rods are mid-micro guided. I used the 10# on drop shot and the 40# for big topwater pencil baits. Knot strength was good, durability was good, and it kept its color/looked new after a week of hard fishing. One thing to note- its a very small diameter and I would recommend sizing up just a little. From: JP: Maryland 10/7/19
Comments:This line is the smallest, smoothest, and longest lasting braid I've used. Compared it to Suffix 832, Mustad Wish braid, Kastking, Seaguar, and powerpro. I use 20 lb on my baitcaster to a leader with zero spool dig. I've got several years of testing with this line under my belt. Kastking 8 strand comes in close second. TIP: loosen your brakes and don't throw as hard, you'll get more distance!
From: J:Gamaliel, AR11/14/18
Comments:This is the only braided line I use now. It's smooth and casts very well. I haven't had any break offs other than from poorly tied leader knots (my mistake). I'm using 40 lb and 30 lb on my casting reels and 20 lb on my spinning reels. The color appears to last longer than Sufix 832.

Comments:Just tried this lying on a 4000 series spinning reel I love it .This stuff is great, it's soft supple and cast a mile I gained at least one to two hundred feet onmy cast I don't know what people are talking about it doesn'twork on spinning gear . That's what I've used it on I think it's the best stuff I've ever tried I haven't tried sufix 832 and I hear it's great as well
From:unknown4/17/18
Comments:I really like this braid. Supple line that is fairly quiet through the guides. Lower pound test is fantastic on spinning equipment. I spooled up two baitcasters with 50 lb and it seems very nice. My only complaint on this braid is the color comes off immediately.....just spooling it up, my fingers were stained. Make sure you carry a giant sharpie to color the line and it will be fine.
From: Rob: Illinois 3/17/18
Comments:I thought I would try this line for my spinning setup, but now its in the trash. This line knots and twist so much it's frustrating to fish with, lost about 60 yards fishing for 4 hours, the line just twist and gets knotted to the point where you cant undo the knot and just have for cut the line and retie, worst braid I ever used never had this problem with other braided line before.
From: Unknown 3/11/18
Comments:I generally like P-Line products, use their fluorocarbon lines frequently...I tried their braid and was initially impressed with it on my bait cast reels...seemed smaller/smoother than my typical line (suffix 832) I then used it on some spinning reels (3 different high quality PENN reels) and noticed terrible wind knots, twisting line, etc...made it un-useable and I stripped it off after about an hour of casting. I initially thought I might have a sticky line roller, so I re-lubed/checked the reels and continued on...long story short, all 3 of the reels had the same issue after about 20-50 casts! It's not the reels or the installation of line on a spinning reel...I went back to NANO with no issues what so ever. I do not recommend this line for spinning reels!!! (FYINI used 20 and 30 pound weights)
From: DAVE: MINNESOTA, FLORIDA 2/14/18
Comments:Most angler friendly braid I've ever used. Change your knots though to one recommended for braid. That goes for any braided line. As someone who fished 60 to 100 days a year I can tell you that rod tip wrap will put you out of order on a frequent basis, especial when bringing new people. This line not only casts a lot farther, but the extra bit of stiffness (lays more like a monofilament) keeps unintended knots from forming, and stops rod tip wraps that cause birds nests and lost baits.
From: Vincent - 12/2/17
Comments: This is the smoothest braid I have ever used. I have had this on my reel since February. (Weekend warrior) no issues at all. Will continue to buy this as needed
From: Danny: Ohio 7/18/17
Comments:I would not recommend this braided line. Twice the line dug into my spool just after tying it on.
From: Eric: Ca 7/8/17
Comments:This product is really horrible I went to take a test and after 5 cash my spinnerbait went flying off it wasn't because of the not it was because this braid was frayed there was spots in the line where you could see it was stick and then other spots where it was Holding On by like a string this product is really horrible I would not recommend it for anybody unless they have a lot of money and they don't mind losing lures every time they hook into a fish or go to take a cast. The Power Pro stuff at Walmart is better than this product.
From: Rmatty: 4/9/17Comments:I have to say I'm not one to leave reviews. However, after trying numerous types and brands of braid this one is hands down the best of them all. I've been using 10lb for spinning gear and it's phenomenal. Don't hesitate in trying it for your finesse gear. Smooth, quiet, strong, no bleed and great knot strength tied with a leader.
From:Mark - Allentown, PA 1/1/17
Comments:Been using 10lb for past 4 month for soft plastics zander fishing. Very good quality, low noise, excellent knot strength and abrasion resistance. 10lb is thinner than Power Pro S8 at same size.
From: Paul: Hamburg, DE 10/6/15
Comments:Been using this braid all season and its the best braid i have ever used, smooth & quiet.
From: Chuck: OH 7/28/15
Comments:Very soft and supple braid, I have been using 10lb on my spinning gear for throwing weightless flukes and senkos and have caught multiple bass over 5lbs and have yet to have have a break off.I give this line two thumbs up, I hope P line starts making this stuff in bulk spools soon or else I am going back to 832, because I hate buying 150 yard spools, it's a waste of money.
