The Reaction Innovations Trixie Shark is an extremely versatile and unique soft plastic bait that produces a tremendous amount of action. Able to target any segment of the water column, it excels on a variety of rigs. Crafted with two large J-shaped tails, which provides a frantic kicking action, it also features a wide flat body shape that allows glide on the fall or maintain a constant horizontal depth as you retrieve it over underwater cover.
The innovative design of the Trixie Shark allows it to be rigged weightless for fishing over the top of grass beds, Texas-rigged for flipping and pitching, and it also does well on a Carolina-rig being dragged across the bottom. Fitted with a belly hook slot to improve hook setting performance, the Reaction Innovations Trixie Shark is one bait that you can use to attack any section of the lake.
Comments: versatile and tough. I use it mostly on a buzz toad rig, but also on a swim bait head and even as a bladed jig trailer. something about those legs just simply draws strikes.

Comments: I have NEVER, EVER caught so many bass in one fishing trip in my life... I have tried almost every soft bait there is. Since I found these I never go fishin without plenty of the Pearl Blue Shad in my tackle box. The best news is that they can really take a lot of punishment before I have to switch them out for a new one, which makes them really cost effective. Now just make the feet Northern Pike proof and they would be invincible! From: Leah: Wisconsin 8/12/21
Comments: Add a gambler hollow point screw lock and it's ON. The bait holds up like a champ on multiple casts and multiple fish! From: Ed: Houston, TX 9/17/20
Comments: These have become a great 1-2 to hollow body frogs. I used to throw an old frog with curly tails but this way more versatile. Durability is decent-usually multiple fish per bait. I found the action is actually better the slower I go too.

Comments: Finally got a hold of these after Darrell Davis' performance on Toho out here in Florida. Used them recently on Lake Harris (first time fishing the lake) and caught a 5lb in a tournament skipping it under a dock. These are great skipping baits, awesome topwater "toad" baits, and I even let them fall and twitch like a jerkbait/fluke. Something about this bait that either draws the fish to it, or gets them to react and they munch it. Shiner pattern seems to be the ticket here.

Comments: Flip & pitch this bait for success! Great topwater& swimbait as well. From top to bottom & all depths in between, a great plastic baitfish, frog & craw imitation.

Comments:The tails on these don't really hold up well thick cover. If a weed catches in the V of the tail you can forget it. It will rip. These are OK over emerging weed growth that has not hit the surface yet. Ribbit Frogs are better in thick weeds in my opinion.
