Swimbaits continue to leave a major footprint on the fishing industry, and River2Sea's new S–Waver is set to make her mark. Featuring a natural "S-Action" swimming motion, S-Waver will seductively wake the surface and call big gamefish in for a closer look. Hold your rod tip up and S–Waver is a surface lure, allow the bait to slowly sink and the S-Action continues under water. The S-Action swimming motion is created by River2Sea's exclusive Pin and Tenon Hinge and accentuated by her soft PVC tail. That seductive wake will only be interrupted by the explosion of a massive strike.
Upgrade Your Treble Hooks!
Please note: There may be slight color variation for the color I Know It
Comments: The helicoptering is an unavoidable issue. Don't let Jeff from Florida cost you just because he doesn't swimbait. If you're going to throw it strip some line. The Arashis are probably the better bait for the money.
From: Ford : TX 10/2/23
Comments: Pretty good bait, fished one of the 120s for about 2 hours and caught a 4 and a 2 pounder. The party crasher looks a lot better than the pictures but I did put sharpie on the tail. The hooks are pretty good and so far I am 2/2 on bites to catches
From: Mason: Wisconsin 8/2/23
Comments: I just got 2 of the 120s. They swim well on a straight retrieve but if I try to impart action like twitching or pumping the reel, they will only glide to the right. Got the I know it and Party crasher colors based on reviews. The Party crasher looks NOTHING like the picture at all, I was hoping for and expected a matt finish like in the picture. It's covered in a poor holographic paint that's already chipping off without even being bit once.

Comments: Glad to see these are so popular .. I've been throwing a few of mine for about 3 years now .. love love love the Crystal Minnow ( my water is very clear ) .. there is a clacker in the head . Only I honestly don't believe it works on a standard toss unless your jamming a hard jerk retrieve .. I've learned if I fish mine into boulders / rocks I often get bit, then you'll get that nice resounding clack .. at the price who cares if you ding it up .. I also believe they seem to work better marred up ( go figure ) anyways , don't be afraid to Chuck yours over some rocks and swim it back( hook a rock - no big deal , let it briefly rest then jab it clear .. purposely hit those rocks .. I guarantee you'll get more bites .. again because of the price fish these hard , blemish that paint off thru some rocks .
From: Ross : Nevada 12/23/22
Comments: got 168 and 120 size and they have a great swim but the 120 size only swims to the right now after 2 uses. I've checked joints, and tail seems straight, but soon as hits water it only swim to the right. 168 still works fine but seem they have QC problem or fatal flaw as other reviews mention it swim only to the right sometimes. I have Jackall Dowz swimmer for $50 I've accidentally slammed against riprap few times and looks beat up yet it still swim straight still, so I guess you get what you pay for with about $20 a lure.
From: Johnson: Utah 10/9/22
Comments: Obviously not the greatest glide bait out there but for the price it's unbeatable. Have fished all three sizes and they all work great. Best part about them is the fact it's so versatile. You can just slow roll it lazily and get bit. Twitching it looks super good. And my personal favorite retrieve for it is slow rolls followed by a big rod sweep as it makes the bait dart and then drift off. Haven't had one roll over on me. Impressive drawing power. Have had days where over 10 largemouth all follow it back. Can typically entice one to bite if you give it some action as is the case with most glides. Smallmouth will come up out of 20+ feet of water to smack it.
From: Hayden: Idaho 6/5/22
Comments: Dang it, it works. I say dang it because most people new to glides will buy this, and it will work. So if you want a cheap glide bait that works, here you go. Dang it.
From: Jason: 10/15/21
Comments: Poor quality control. I bought a 200 because I liked the 168 that I had. when I got the 200 it would only swim to the right. I called river2sea they told me to try to free up the joint and make sure the tail was straight. No luck then they told me to ship it back to them. I wanted them to send me a new one and credit me when they received the one I sent to them. they told me that they don't do that. so I paid $45 for a lure had to pay $6 to ship it back to them and were with out a lure for 2 weeks

Comments: I purchased a S-Waver recently to see what all the hype was about. The action was great and I loved the bait UNTIL a fish bit and the ring where I tied my line cut through the bottom portion of my knot (17lb Sunline Sniper) like butter. There it was $20 down the drain...
From: Eric 3/26/21
Comments: Bought the 168 in the I Know it. I fished a very high pressure lake but this thing had an insane drawing power. I threw it around docks and I would get followed by a ton of fish as big as the bait up to 4 pounders. Even had a big crappie follow it up. Highly advise picking some of these up.
From: Will 3/17/21
Comments: First time I bought this bait I knew it would be great, threw it for maybe 3 hours total and got a ton of monster followers from 3-9lbs, and even a bump that I missed. Broke off that first one without landing a fish so I decided to buy 2 more. I hope to get on the water, practice my retrieve and catch a giant. These are great baits for someone like me who is generally on a budget, you don't need specialized gear (can throw on a heavier jog rod) and they aren't crazy expensive but still have the action to draw the big fish out.
From: Jackson: Northern, California 3/4/21
Comments: I bought an S waver the other day and I have not yet tried it but for people complaining about some of theirs sinking too fast do what I did the other day. I took mine out of the package filled up a bucket of water and tested the balance and the sink. Mine seems pretty flawless so far but like I said I've still got to test it out. I'll write a review of how it works when I try it out a few time.
From: Josh: 2/24/21
Comments: I love the 120s I dont like to throw bigger than that, but they dont make any of the good colors in the 120, you have like 5 choices, they should atleast match every color to every size so we all can fish the new bluegill and old bone and powder colors, what's up with that!!?
From: Kyle: Oklahoma 2/16/21
Comments: Got a couple in different sizes. I got one in 120 and one in 168. Yeah, they helicopter if you toss them sideways. Overhead casts, in my experience at least, tend to not do this. Don't worry about what the one guy said about 'the line snapping if a fish hit it' and 'tossing it in the trash so he'd never buy another one'...if you use a properly stout leader with enough stretch to absorb impacts, you won't worry about your leader breaking, even under the stress of a helicoptering bait. And if he's so keen on never buying another, great. Means more S-wavers for the rest of us, because these things have a phenomenal side to side/spooked/dying fish action to them when worked properly. Just don't get a 5:1 reel ratio like I did...this one definitely needs a 6:6:1 at minimum. From: Jeff: Florida 1/24/21
Comments: If you're not quite ready for bigger glide/swimbaits, give the 168 a try. They're extremely slow sinking and are incredibly responsive to changes in reel cadence or rod twitches. Put in some time getting to know the many ways to work this bait and it will pay off! I zeroed the first few times using it, but it has quickly become a go-to for me, day or night. The 168 is small enough to throw on a heavier jig rod, but has enough presence to draw fish from cover in most cases. I'll soon be investing in a dedicated swimbait setup to throw the 200. I have three 168's so far and all three have very consistent action as well. I highly recommend them. From: Ryan: Little Elm, TX 1/12/21
Comments: Tried the 168 in bone. It has a funky glide when slow rolling. When twitching it sometimes it rolls to much. When casting it, flies ridiculously through the air, but for some reason the fish loved this action despite all the weird action like a robot. The fish straits up hammers this lure.
From: Unknown - 10/02/20
Comments: S-waver 168 is what you need. Bone and Lite Trout are mandatory. They cast great on a 7'6" 4 power rod and most importantly, they will catch bass. Guaranteed!. And while you are at it, pick up some Whopper Ploppers in bone, black and shad...I like the 110s and the 130s because they start up easier than the little ones but they all work. Back to the s-Waver, I've been fishing the 200 on a 6 power rod but have yet to strike pay dirt. Maybe a little large for the north east but I'll keep trying. The action on the 200 is beautiful. And on the 120, I've caught bass, crappie and pickerel. Oh and did I mention BONE and lite trout? :-)
From: Frank: Poughkeepsie 7/4/20
Comments: This is a gateway bait that will lead you to think you need every River2Sea bait in Bone. or at least that's what it did to my fishing buddies. In the same vein as the senko, the TRD, the Keitech Swing Impact FAT Swimbait, and the Vision 110 this bait has a massive following and is a must for every tackle box. It's a staple like eggs, butter and bread, and you don't leave TW unless you've got one in your cart. Northerns, largemouth, smallmouth, and catfish have all been boated on Old Bone. Lite Trout and I just placed an order with Yellow Perch on the way. The 120 doesn't have the drawing power of the 168.From: Jon: Barrie, Ontario 3/12/20
Comments: I got the 168S in lite trout. I had heard such good things and read great reviews so I was excited. I took it to try out and was blown away. Every cast it helicoptered so much I knew the line was going to snap if a fish hit it. In the water it looked ridiculous. The side to side motion was okay, but jerky. If I tried to give it a little jerk for action the bait would only go one one way or would completely roll over. I have never seen a bait look so fake in the water. I went ahead and dropped it in a trash can as I was leaving the park, I was that confident that I never wanted this piece of crap in my tackle bag. I'm happy I made the purchase, because I can now avoid future wastes of money by never purchasing another River2Sea product.

Comments: Purchased 2 168S's in Abalone Shad last Sep. & have only fished w/1 of them 3 times now. The bass in mid lake area of Toledo Bend (NW La.) must've never seen one! They CRUSH it! Funny thing is the only reason I even bought these lures was after seeing what an FLW competitor did w/it way up the Ouachita River during the FLW Cup Championship on Lake Hamilton, AR last Aug.. Had he hooked &/or landed every bass that "reacted" to the 168S S-Waver he was throwing in that same color- he would've easily WON! Awesome bait. I guess it does what these lures called glidebait's are supposed to do -(whatever that is?) because bass kill this thing! From: T: Arkansas 12/3/19
Comments: Ordered the S Waver 168 in the New Bluegill color because I got tired of constantly seeing Matt and Tim from Tacticalbassin slay fish with them! Even though I fish on a smaller pond, I just had to buy one and see what these type of baits are all about. The lure arrived around 1:30 this afternoon and about 3:30 I just walked over to fish the bank to get the feel of this bait because I've never thrown one, it was too late to hassle with putting the boat out, and I wasn't even sure my rod could handle it! About an hour into practicing different cadences and getting the hang of things I cast across to the opposite bank and with a quick reel turn/twitch about 15 feet from my feet a 4 lb Largemouth absolutely destroyed the lure and stunned me! Needless to say after a few pictures with the surprise guest... I'm officially a believer and will be buying a couple different colors!!! BUY IT NOW!!!!From: Justin: Chesapeake, VA 11/19/19
Comments: In my opinion this is the most consistent and reliable glide bait on the market for the budget. This thing is a work horse and has produced is so many different scenarios. River2sea has proved to be a reliable company that makes quality products and this is no exception. From: TP: Orange County, CA 10/6/19
Comments: Over all its got really good action for a budget glide bait. Have yet to catch a fish on it but I havent fished it much at all yet but from seeing what I've seen while fishing it, I can tell this lure can get bites. There is limitless ways to fish this lure which is what I like the most about it.From: Owen: Argyle, Texas 7/13/19
Comments: This is really a great lure that is super easy to use in a variety of techniques. First off I want to say that I was cheap and bought the Bass Pro Shops version of this lure in the 120 size to see if I would like this kind of bait and I was really disappointed on how it lacked the side to side gliding action that the R2S S-Waver is known for. On a spur of the moment I still decided to get a 168 size S-Waver and I have been blown away! Lite Trout is a great color, and I am able to draw fish out in very clear lakes and my local lakes that just larger then ponds with 6 inches of visibility. The fact that you can twitch the bait, slowly reel the bait or a combination to fit what the fish want that day is incredible. The 168 size is a great size to get to through on a light swimbait setup or even a froggin rod. I found that it works very well on my deep crank rod. If there was one thing that could make this better would be a version that sank just a little faster for some deep lakes. Get yourself one, super easy to use for a beginner swimbait user and has to be in a experienced swimbait users box.

Comments: The 120 is just the perfect size to throw around the ponds in my area and draw out those bigger fish, have caught countless 4 plus pounders out of small neighborhood lakes.
From: Nick: Houston, Texas 3/23/19
Comments: I've had/been throwing the 120 size for a while now, but I'm not a huge fan of it. It helicopters a lot as other people have mentioned, which limits the cast distance and makes an even bigger commotion on entry. Decided to pick up a 168 since it's fall and time to upsize, and personally I think it casts significantly better. Paint is great, action is great, stock hardware is great, no complaints from me. Stuck an almost 5 lb smallie with it this weekend, so don't rule it out as too big a bait if you're like me and mostly a smallie guy. Definitely going to be picking up a trout pattern to go with my perch one.
From: C: WA 10/1/18
Comments: Wow, what a great lure! First time out, on an extremely high pressured urban lake... one bass, plenty of fallowers, a few short strikes! Incredible action, very easy to use. Just cast and wind slowly... that's it! Keep your rod tip up, and it's a fantastic wake bait, let it sink, it's a perfect swimbait! I will most definitely be purchasing an arsenal of these baits in all sizes & colors for striped bass, largemouth, spots& smallies. Hooks are fine straight out the box! River2sea does it again!!!
From: Steven: CA 9/28/18
Comments: I have to give a shout out to TacticalBassin for pointing me towards this bait! I would have to say that the biggest bait I have ever thrown before this was the Keitech 4.8 inch, so it was definitely a bigger bait in not only length but weight as well. I took it on a trip down to the Brazos a few weeks ago, and the fish were completely shut down - it was hard to get a bite (which is very rare on that river). Later into the evening, I decided to pull out this big boy and start building some confidence with it - I was just trying out different retrieves and not really trying to catch anything. My 3rd cast in, I get a bite, and reeled in a two pounder! Just for kicks and giggles, I threw it about 20 yards to right of where I caught the last guy, and WHAMO, I get slammed. To my amazement, I reeled in my personal best of 5 pounds (finally broke the 5 pound threshold, haha). Thanks River2Sea, this bait has such a great methodical swimming action that truly gives one of the best lifelike presentations I have seen in a hardbait. I already purchased another one! Blessings!
From: Unknown 6/29/18
Comments: I have four of these glide baits; two 120's & two 168s. For cold water winter conditions on my local TN lakes, these baits work well. I use a 5.1:1 reel for these lures to produce the slowest SSSS-motion possible. I added split rings to the line ties for better swimming action. I will throw these lures for musky as well as bass. The River2Sea S-Wavers are excellent lures for the $$. My former California fishing partner caught fish using the bone color from the back of my boat when I was getting skunked. After he sent me a picture of the 4lb smallmouth he landed bank fishing using the 168s (bone finish), I decided to try the S-waver. The bone color is a must, but any of the natural finishes work well. Along with A-rigs and jerkbaits, these S-Wavers are my favorite cold water confidence lures. For the price, the River2Sea S-Waver is a great value.

Comments: Unreal bait. Such an awesome option if you're looking to get started with glide baits and other "big baits", I put that in quotes because the 168 really isn't that big, the first two fish I caught on it were about a pound. I may be able to shed some light on the issue of the bait helicoptering, which some people have mentioned. I had this problem a lot when I first started to fish the bait because I was trying to cast it like any other bait, and it really requires more of a fling than your typical cast with a crank bait or something. Let out just a bit more line than normal, load the rod up far behind you, and sweep it when you cast. And don't be afraid to throw it hard. If you wind up and then baby it it'll spin on you. If you're using the right gear you don't have to worry about chucking it hard and that'll make sure it shoots like an arrow. If you do it right it'll just wiggle a bit in the air but it'll fly tail first. Some close quarters casts or when your boat is right up against the bank you can't help but helicopter it and I agree, that's just the way the bait is, but it's avoidable on normal casts. Hope that helps and seriously I can not recommend this bait enough. Light trout is a great color even if your bass have never seen a trout in their life.
From: Sam: Hingham, MA 4/17/18
Comments: Caught my first swimbait fish ever on this bait a couple days ago. Amazing action in the water, even on a slow crawl. It was 49 degrees and water was colder, slowly crawling and got slammed. 7.41 first swimbait fish. Throw it on a Daiwa Lexa 300 with a Dobyns Fury 806 swimbait rod. 200 Size in Warden Hitch.25lb Fluorocarbon.Definitely recommend this bait.

Comments: This is the ONLY big swimbait that I can get a bite on! Fish it slow when it's cold in place of a jerkbait. You won't be disappointed. Start out with the 168 size and get a color such as bluegill, warden, or light trout. You won't be disappointed. Perfect for targeting suspended fish in the winter time.

Comments: I got it in bass and this lure is gorgeous. It shimmers like nothing. I actually mistakened theblure for baitfish a few times. It's that real. Now the bad part. As discussed. This lure flies and helicopters. Flips and does crazy stuff when dating. Nothing you can do can corrrct it. You can try to heave it. Finest it. Nothing. It's theblure. Also as stated. The back hook WILL come up on the tail and Astau stuck On the lure. It will not jntackgle itself because it digs itself into the tail. This happens 90 percent of all casts. Almost every cast. How to fix. I contacted river to sea. No response. I used the lure for the first time today and after the tenth cast. A four plus lobster took it. I caught a lot of big fish so I know when it is big. You know. When you feel it is stuck. Well guess what. I got itnclose and it fling the bait back at me. Because the back hook was on the tail and it had a bad hookset. Beware of this on the 120. I have no idea what to replace the back hook with. I have Hans number four round eye hooks and they are exactly the same height. Someone chime in.
From: Unknown 9/21/17
Comments: Bought the 120 series after success with other R2S lures. I typically don't review lures, but I didn't see much about the 120 when I was looking for feedback, so I'll leave my 2 cents. The 120 was the typical quality most of us expect from R2S, so I was all smiles when it arrived. Played hooky from work and took it to the local reservoir asap. As many others have noted about the bigger S-wavers, the 120 also casts "crazy." Cartwheels, backflips, you name it, this bait is an ungainly flyer. I will say, I never experienced any tangles or wraps around the bait while casting, but for guys/gals fishing clear water or spooky fish, this bait needs to be used with caution. The water entry is loud and aggressive given the size/profile of the lure because of its in flight acrobatics. I personally don't mind this, I fish stained water often and find the commotion to be a benefit usually. I'll leave the cast/entry as a situational issue since it may help or hurt depending on your fishery. The action of the lure was great and it performed as claimed, I didn't experience the sinking issues I saw mentioned by others, consistently staying in the 0-1' range. I don't have a crazy story about catching 33 bass in 1 hour with this lure, but on a very pressured lake, I had 5 quality hook-ups. Hook-ups being key here. Do yourself a favor, change out the rear treble hook with a smaller or short shanked hook. Time and time again, I would be on, the fish would jump and the hook was thrown. As I was using 4 letter words to critique my own fishing abilities, I realized on a retrieve that the casting acrobatics repeatedly caused the rear treble hook to catch on the tail. The hook shank is too long and the ring allows the hook to kick up and over the top of the tail. The hook gap and tail width are perfectly matched...for sticking to each other. Not only was this killing the swim action every other cast, but it was costing me solid hook sets. A stolen treble hook from a square bill crank and a quick field repair and it's been all business since. Would this stop me from buying again, no the lure is a performer and gets bit...do I think R2S should address the rear treble, of course! If a $5 wiggle wart doesn't have these issues, neither should a premium bait. Make the hook swap before you fish the 120 (atleast until R2S realizes the design flaw) and you'll be happy.

Comments: Really fun bait to fish. I enjoy the heck out of the followers as much as i fo the hook ups. In cleaner water this bait is a sight bait and i have had multiple times with multiple fish stalking the bait at the same time its very cool. My last bait came with much beefier hooks than my original s-wavers so i was pleasently surprised to receive a fishable bait out of the pack. River2sea finally got enough feedback that they corrected the inferior hook and ring issue. Have only fished 120 and 168 models thus far with great success on smallies largies and redfish. I would love to try the 200 but the more than doubling the price from the 168 model is tough to swallow on my budget. These are a bargain in the glide bait sector but still a little spendy for a blue collar guy like myself. If your on the fence give em a shot they are a very fun bait to fish. Tight lines

Comments: Finally bought the bait and on my first day at my local golf course I nailed a 6lber. The bait was completely annihilated by the bass...the bait has great action and great details, my new go to bait for local ponds...time to try the 200. Can't to try the other colors.

Comments: 168 absolutely tears the smallies up in the fall & prespawn! Ive had a lot of days between 18 & 22 lbs throwing this bait! Even had my pb smallie day last fall with 22.7 lbs! Favorite colors are I Know It and Lite Trout. Hybrid stripers will pound this thing too! They usually seem to like it a little more erratic then the smallies. Replace the rings and hooks. I learned that the hard way. Had multiple fish rip rings right off the bait. Found my owner hyper wire rings and solved that problem! The gammy round bend size 1 works well as a replacement hook for the 168 size.

Comments: Pretty awesome bait, got it months ago from mystery tackle box and hadn't used it. Decided to give it a shot today and on my 3rd or 4th cast saw a 5lb or so peacock bass following which gave me some confidence. About 5 minutes later I had a 3lber blow it up and then landed. Landed quite a few more peacocks and largemouth then lost it to a toad. Tied on a Savage glide bait and didn't get bit again.

Comments: The action on this bait is unreal, the things it will do. It is a bit heavy but it is so smooth coming threw the water. By far it is my favorite glide bait.
From: Scott: Hiram, GA 5/21/15
Comments: I bought the 168S (Abalone Shad and Baby Bass) size & it is extremely easy to make it glide. I also bought the 120 (Party Crasher) size to target smallies, but it sinks like a ROCK. It is much more difficult to glide the 120 because of how fast it sinks (maybe I got a bad one?). On a medium-fast retrieve the 120'will swim with a tight "glide". In my opinion if you are thinking of the 120 just get the 168s. The size difference isn't that big especially if you are targeting Largemouth & the quality/action is noticeably better. The only suggestion I'd have for the 168s is that you swap out the stock hooks. All around a solid lure well worth the price.

Comments: For the price these are some of the best glide baits on the market, I really like Gan Crafts but they are a bit more expensive. I have all 3 sizes of the S-Waver and all 3 sizes get bit! For the price compared to Gan Crafts and iSlides its an amazing bait!!

Comments: These are great baits, HOWEVER, the action on these are extremely inconsistent. What I suggest is buy 5 or 6 and "test" the actions on them and pick the one or two that have the action I'm looking for and return the rest. I only buy the 168 and 200 size. The colors that have worked for me consistently in all conditions are the YELLOW PERCH and the HERRING. I have caught countless LMB, Spots and Stripers on these colors.

Comments: Very effective bait- of the three 168's I own, they all have different swimming and waving actions- all for different conditions. Well worth buying a few and testing them to figure out which ones are best. One has a tight glide, one has a super wide walk-the-dog glide, and has has the perfect combination of both. Adding a split ring to the nose seems to hinder the action

Comments: Caught my PB smallie @ 23" on the 168, it is an excellent bait, you just have to learn how to get followers to bite. Change out the hooks though, I had a 4lb largemouth straighten out a stock treble on it.

Comments: I've used this bait now for four months, the latest in a high pressure, cloudless sky, no shadows situation. I caught five smallmouth in two hours, the biggest over four pounds. It's a proven winner for me.

Comments: excellent bait. In the first 2 weeks I've had it I have a7.06 and an 8.02 on this bait plus numerous fish in the 1-4 pound range I mean little 12 inch fish are eating this thing it's awesome!

Comments: I have fished the 168 and the 200. I love them both and have caught some very nice fish on them both. The 200 seems intimidating because it's so large but I have caught some 3 lb on it so don't be afraid to throw it. You'll get a lot less bites on the 200 though but in my opinion I like it's glide a lot better than the 168. The 200 has a very long swing and it really calls the fish to it and it will get you a personal best if your patient. Don't buy into the gimmick of those 100 dollar plus baits. This bait, all though cheaper, swims well and catches em plus if your willing to spend that kind of money on one bait you will get 3 of these for the price of one. Only down fall is the durability it's plastic and doesn't like rocks once it's cracked it's history. This bait is always on deck and rigged, it's killer.

Comments: This is a glide bait so they don't have the swim action like a TT or something they kind of just glide back and forth. This is the best "bang for your buck" glide there is out there. All sizes get bit and the new 8in is a great lower cost glide bait to try out before you go head first into a $100+ bait. I own a few and always will.

Comments: Awesome bait for the money... downside is the mass-produce garbage you get sometimes doesn't work.. Bought two rainbow trouts that had a perfect glide and ROF... Bought a two herrings and one wouldn't glide and the other sank faster than a rock. Now im very skeptical on buying anymore herring WHICH WAS MY FAVORITE COLOR!

Comments: Amazing bait. Just bought two in the Konanee color. Very productive for stripers and large mouth. Only thing I have to tell you need to upgrade the treble hooks. Although EXTREMELY sharp and sticky, they are by no means durable enough for what you can catch on this bait. Good job River2Sea on this one.

Comments: prolly my all time fav. Glide/swimbait to toss, infact I use this more n prefer it over my roman made n gancraft (not at all saying this is better then those 2, I just have A LOT of confidence in this lure) if u want this to float/wake then tie it on mono and keep ur rod tip high.DO NOT use braid, it kills the action of this lure n makes it sink.I caught a limit on this lure in 3 1/2 hours at a local tourn. winning with a 5 limit weight of just over 27 lbs...i start out tossing the 6" one if they arnt biting or just hitting it then I go to the small one, these work, work VERY well n for the price I keep a stock pile, my fav colors r party crasher, lite trout n midnight.

Comments: I normally don't do reviews but this swimbait is so good I just had to review it , it swims so smooth and really does a perfect s-action you can even put slack in your line and jerk it one time and the bait will turn completely around do not by no means be fooled by the cheap price this swimbait competes with the deps and Romans honestly you can't beat it for the budget

Comments: Swims great but does not float. I got the 4 inch model and it sinks like a Rattletrap.

Comments: Such a great lure! Awesome action in the water but spins so bad while casting. A must have lure overallFrom: Joesph: Freetown MA
Comments: It tumbles a lot during the cast. Looks pretty good in the water though.
Comments: Best Hard swimbait for the money without a doubt. Anyone who throws swimbaits and hasn't tried one yet needs to.From: Colby: Crofton, MD
Comments: Great bait overall! For the price of it, its not hard to purchase a few of them. But it sure doesn't float like it say's it does. From: Alec: Santa Rosa, CA
Comments: For the price...this is BY far one of the best swimbaits out there. I have caught fish on both sizes. I LOVE the S wave in any swimbait, but this one works great. I would only suggest a heavier version so it could get down deeper faster. This thing must be worked slow and steady...For the price buy a few colors !!!
