Great LineI’ve been using Seaguar all the way back to when they manufactured Carbon Pro line, it is the only true flourocarbon line out there. I’ve used from 6lb to 25lb and mainly use palomar and crazy alberto knots with Zero issues. I’ve used for mainline and leaders. Tatsu is great, but I mainly use Invisx. At least 20 years of using Seaguar and I have nothing but praise, it’s excellent and a game changer.

Good manageable lineBest using this line for at least 5-6 years. This in my option is the best. The line is supple, abbbrasion resistant and has good knot strength. If you plan on throwing weightless senkos, flukes, jerkbaits etc. where the line will be slack, this line is best. I definitely prefer this line over stiffer lines like abrazx.

Great LineI use this line whenever I fish ultra clear water out on the west coast. I’ve used the 8lb for drop shots and 15lb for jigs. I use it a leader and I have no issues with it whatsoever. It’s very thin, the price is fine when compared to other brands premier fluro. I have had some issues with abrasions when cranking on the 12lb line, but to be fair I was hitting bottom hard on some nasty chunk rock so it’s probably my fault.

TW Buyers-600 yard spools wound too tight !Seaguar and other Fluoro line mfgs take note! Because of the smaller circumstance of the 600 yard spools the line is wound on too tight and causes coiling up quicker. Actually on the larger 200 or larger 1000 yard diameter spools this is not an issue. Please do not use these circumference sizes that are on your 600 yard spools anymore as I see a shift of 1000 yard spools ie McCoy using on monofilament being put on the smaller diameter spools … very bad idea with Fluoro. TW buyers take note and pass this info on to all your line mfgs.

Good for baitcasters, not a good leaderI use Invisx on most of my bait casters. It’s very soft and easy to tie. My only complaint is using it as leader material. I’ve lost a ton of fish due to breakage at the braid to flouro knot. I have not had that issue with other brands.

Great LineI've been using Invisx for a long time with no issues at all. I've used everything from 6lb to 15lb. I've used it as main line and leaders. I've tied palomar, fg, albright, loop knots, uni to uni, and probably a few more that I'm not thinking of. I'm wondering if some of these negative reviews are from people not tying proper knots or if there really are some recent QC issues. I last purchased Invisx about 6 months ago and it's been fine.

Good line in my experience. This line is far better line than the cheaper basix and berkley lines you see. It is noticeably softer, casts very well and doesn't coil up.

TerribleThis line is absolutely terrible. Birds nests every other cast and has a lot of memory. Would not recommend.

The bestI am mainly a rad label guy been fishing red label for like 16 or 17 years it seems to lose its suppleness after about 7 or 8 fishing trips I bought a spool of 17# invizx last year mostly I’m throwing spinnerbaits I have had the same line on my spinnerbait reel and it’s just as good as day one over a year at that price point it’s a good bang for the buck and in that amount of time I would have went through 3 spools of red label……..

Comments: Been using fluorocarbon line for many, many years and been using InviszX for almost a decade. It is a great line whether it is used as a main line or leaders. For guys complaining about line breaking at the knots: LEARN TO TIE PROPER KNOTS!!!!! And while you are at it learn to use the appropriate line and how for set your drag properly. UGGGHHH!!! No line holds up well to nicks and abrasions, you need to check your line periodically especially fishing around rough structure and when catching fish. If you backlash a lot learn to use a bait caster and start by using a cheap mono line. Backlashes create weak points in fluoro no matter what line you use. There is a reason this is one of the most popular Fluoros on the market. It would be like me trying to hit a pitch from Verlander and when I strike out I blame the bat! I really wish people who don't have a clue about fishing would realize they are the problem, not the tools.

From: Unknown: 7/17/23

Comments: Over priced. Poor shock absorbtion properties.

From: John: WV 6/22/23

Comments: This line is overpriced trash. I can see guys liking it for straight fluoro applications but uni-uni knots for using leaders are absolutely horrible. Palomar knots with 17#+ are horrible. It's pretty abrasion resistant and invisible and very round compared to other fluoros but none of that matters if you can't cinch down knots. ALSO - this is the only fluoro I have ever broken on a big bass hookset. Between this and Tatsu, I think the folks at Seaguar are smoking crack while pricing their products.

From: Chris: PA 6/22/23

Comments: Ok, no everyone is a lake fisherman using 15-20lbs test. If you are fishing river smallies, 8# knot strength is horrid using palomar knot, use double palomar or something that doesn't cut the line with the line. I went to 10# for ned and cranking and it makes a world of difference. The line gets deeper so you catch more fish on cranks (and more snags) and finesse gets down in the current quicker than mono or braid. Recommend 10#, do not recommend the 8#.

From: Unknown: 5/1/23

Comments: I've been using this line for a few years now & have my opinions on it. I think it'd the best all around line for the price. It's not as strong at Tatzu but it's half the price on a regular day. Typically I use it for braid to leader but my swimbait rod has 25lb on it. I have zero complaints on durability, resistance to rock and Clearlake structure. I haven't lost one fish on an 8" bait due to snapping or bad line. It's been two full seasons and now I think 25lb is overkill haha.

From: Jed: Ca 11/10/22

Comments: I started fishing last year after a long pause. About 18 years. Last year I did research of fluorocarbon line since I knew nothing about it. I decided to get the best I could afford. So I went with Invisex. Fished it all year 3-5 times a week without any issues. This year I knew I should replace it so I tried several other brands and types. Been disappointed with all of them. I will use them for the rest of this year since we are coming to a time of hard water coming. :-( I HATE WINTER!!! But I plan on going back to Invisex next year. It is a much better line than the others I tried. One cast as much as this. Some were cheaper. None near as good. Low memory. Low stretch. Strong line. Strong knots. Good sensitivity. What more do you need?

From: Unknown: Denver, PA 9/27/22

Comments: AHHHH, why does it break off on fish so much? Great feel, doesn't coil on spinning rod, sinks quick, just inexplicable breaks. Sorry to all the lunker smallmouth swimming around with Big TRD on their mouth. Tried different knots on the 8#, then noticed fraying in the line. it is just breaking everywhere.

From: Unknown: 9/6/22

Comments: Had issues with seagar in the past with it back lashing a lot just recently started back using it haven't had any problems it throws amazing only concerns is the diameter of the line is smaller than most others which I can see why people complain about there knot breaking unless u don't tie a good knot it will break I always double check my knots so far so good

From: Clayton: Unknown 8/18/22

Comments: I'm very happy with this line. It's manageable, soft, smooth, strong and has great knot strength. I mostly use 8lb. and 6lb test as a leader tied to 8 or 10lb braid (Power Pro Slick V8) via an Alberto knot. This on finesse, spinning rods (7' Med. Diawa Tatula). Not long ago I had a 35lb. Carp bite my Ned Rig using this set-up while Bass fishing. The InxizX, the braid, the rod and reel all did a great job at landing the big Carp. After a near 20 min. fight the Carp was worn out and on the surface next to my bassboat. This is a great fluorocarbon line, well worth the price.

From: Unknown: Upstate, NY 7/19/22

Comments: This line, for me, does not hold up in heavy cover. Very fragile and easily nicked. Don't like it at all.

From: Unknown: Shell Knob, MO 7/15/22

Comments: I have lots of faith in this line, i really dont know what these folks are doing to their line to make it snap so easily, i have never had such an issue in the literally three consecutive ive been using this line, please note i dont really tie palomar knots, i use mainly improved clinch knots, but again, I've never had an issue with this stuff, and thoroughly love it

From: Bob: Pennsylvania 7/8/22

Comments: I've had both the 10lbs and 20lbs line, and the 10lbs line was good enough, but the 20lbs wasn't as good of an experience. It coiled up in 2-3 weeks, which sucked. It did have good knot strength through, and castability was not bad. As for the 10lbs, it didn't coil as soon, which was nice, but I spooled up 10lbs Sniper right after that, and the Sniper line casted better. Knot strength and longevity has proved to be about the same on both, so Sniper gets the vote for me.

From: Unknown: Illinois 6/20/22

Comments: Best Fluorocarbon I ever used. I use 20# on my jig skipping rods. Using the Palomar Knot it has to be good and wet when you cinch it down. When I get snagged deep in cover and try to break it off I end up pulling in half the brush pile. Wouldn't trade this line in for any other out there.

From: Willie: Unknown 5/27/22

Comments: This stuff is stiff, let's say brittle. If you backlash on a bait casting reel it will kink and damage. If you get snagged and force it out trying to unsnag, it weakens and you will cast your lure off. I have used seaguar for over 10 years. I am not happy. To prove my point, count the times you can pull this back and forth over sandpaper with a weight on one end until it breaks. Then do the same with p-line tactile. Hands down in comparison you will see how non abrasion resistant abrX is. The worst part is it is more expensive.

From: John : Riverside, Ca 4/30/22

Comments: I have tried just about every line known to mankind. This is simply the best; period. I recently re-spooled a reel and I always place a waterproof label between the reel and the reel seat of the rod. I place the date and line test just for my records. There was nothing wrong with the line on the reel as it simply became low due to re-tying, etc. I was astonished as the line had been on this mostly used rod for almost three years. It still had no memory and no breakage issues. In my honest opinion, there is not a better option. The Seaguar Tatsu is no better in my opinion nor warrants the extra dollars. Spool it up and tight lines! Please stay away from Berkley Vanish! It was the worst line I have ever used especially during the winter months. You will lose a tournament when it shreds on you. Trust Me!

From: Bob: Tyler, Texas 2/18/22

Comments: The Invizx the nothing but the truth. Solf easy to managed and cast. Awesome sensitively small diameter. Started using it in 2018. No problems at all. When you step your game up. Make it Seaguar Invizx, for the weekend anglers!

From: Jiggy : Brooklyn, NYC 1/17/22

Comments: Ive been using InvizX since 2013. I tried almost every Fluo on the market. I have 30 rods all spooled up with Invizx. The toughest line hands down. If you have bad experiences with it, learn how to tie knots and inspect your line for wear. I hooked up on a dock with 8lb InvizX and pulled my boat (Nitro Z18) 30 yards trying to break off. It's a keeper.

From: Joe V.: 1/13/22

Comments: If you see bad reviews on this its because people dont wet their knots and they dont know how to tie fluorocarbon! I used the 17 pound because I ran out of 20 for flipping and I pulled a 6 pound bass over a log and some branches with this stuff, I didnt bother to re tie just to see how strong it is and I caught about 10 more bass afterward before I broke off on something big.

From: Unknown: 8/14/21

Comments: The line performed very well for a month. No memory at all. Went fishing today and it snapped twice on casts on different reels. Strange.

From: Unknown: Florida 6/14/21

Comments: The last two 1000 yd spools have been bad, line breakage, extreme coiling and stiff. Having been using for many years and their quality has suffered extremely very disappointed!!! Invisible line 15 lb.

From: Unknown: 5/3/21

Comments: Trying invisx this season and already in April I am extremely disappointed with it - hands down the weakest and most unreliable I have used.  I'm tired of losing lures and drop shot rigs including in no-cover-around situations.  Honestly why is it breaking all the time?  I am using 10# for spinning rod leaders including drop shot and other finesse.  Snap, snap, snap, snap.  As I won't retie every few minutes/casts I won't be ... I should say really its impossible to use this line anymore.

From: Unknown: 4/28/21

Comments: If you are reading this, use this line. I am very wary about breaking off fish in tournaments, I bought a spool of 15lb recently and was bed fishing with it, my line had been casted over boat props, through brush, into trees, and I only retied once, I was able to hookset with the drag locked down on fish over 7lbs that were only a couple yards from the boat. This stuff is legit.

From: Kyle: 4/19/21

Comments: This line is phenomenal! I'm old school and I tried braid and didn't like it one bit.this seaguar line is my choice, period.

From: Robert: Roswell, NM 1/18/21

Comments: This Invizx is my line of choice! I use 8, 10, 12m and 15. This was my 2nd year using it. No problems with it all. Have fish this line everywhere. Standing Timber, Grass, rock, docks. All year round, and it has performed great. I have full confidence this line.

From: Unknown: Brooklyn, NY 12/26/20

Comments: The best fluro carbon I've ever used. Casts easily and for distance. very supple line and really easy to tie knots!

From: Robert: Roswell, NM 11/18/20

Comments: I step my game up last year. And this line is the truth. I use this line from Cranking to Jigging. And had no problems with it. Have caught  fish out of standing timber to catching them off rocks no problem. Thin, sensitive, and strong. Cannot go wrong with this line at all.

From: Unknown: Brooklyn, NY 9/4/20

Comments: When I put this line on my reel it was supple and had almost no memory I couldn't wait to use it.  Like any other fluro you have to tie your knots with caution and  a good amount of lube.  Havent had problems with knots breaking but the line on the other hand is a different story.  I have broken this line consistently with less then 8 lb of pressure.  I wish I could attribute to kind from backlash but I cant.  I think I just got a dud spool, but I did get the spool im writing about from BPS and knowing them they probably buy defective line to save $.  Ive been a huge fan or seaguar fluro for over a decade, this is my first dud spool and from now on im not going to be as confident in the brand as I was.

From: Unknown: 7/11/20

Comments: I really like the way this line handles. Its soft and supple so memory isn't a problem. I got it in 12lb and its thinner then other brands ive used. It doesn't stretch much at all and knot strength is good and its sensitive. The only downfall with this line is the abrasion resistance. The diameter is small enough that a nick or fray in your line dramatically decreases its strength. I've had this line break often on snags and there was no way I was putting 12lb of pressure on it. The higher test line may not have that problem. As long as you check for abrasions after pulling a fish out of cover or running the line over wood you shouldn't have any problems

From: Unknown: 6/30/20

Comments: I don't have much time using this line but I will have to say I love it so far. I hooked up the other day on a 2.7lb LMB on my 7ft med/light spinning set up using 15lb braid to 8lb invizX leader on a 1/16 ounce flatlands weedless ned head and a 6.3inch 6(S) Devine shaky worm. The Bass got me in the trees because I didn't have my drag set right. I adjusted my drag and muscled that fish in. And yes I was using a Palomar knot that was tied correctly. Stop blaming the line! This Fluorocarbon is strong and has little memory and easy to work with. Give it a shot, I think you'll like it.

From: Russ: San Luis Obispo, CA 6/17/20

Comments: Supple, low stretch, sensitive, no memory and good knot strength. Its far better then red label and well worth the extra cost especially if you can get it on sale.

From: Rusty S: New Jersey 4/12/20

Comments: I have been using this line for a bit now. I have backlashed a few times with 15lb. I tend to take my time as to avoid kinks. I have not had any break offs. I also make sure to retie and check for knicks in the line. I mean if you blow the reel up then you're SOL and respooling. If you fish a lot you should be re spooling more often any how.

From: N D: New Hampshire 2/29/20

Comments: ALL fluorocarbon lines break if they're kinked or knicked. The difference is this one is a quality line at half the price.

From: Unknown: 12/9/19

Comments: I upgraded to Invisx this season. A was blown away, with the performance of this line. I mean you can feel, everything bottom fishing. My line of choice.

From: Unknown: Brooklyn, NY 12/5/19

Comments: It breaks of on hook sets when flipping in cover. And if you get one kink or if you backlash your line once you will break off on fish. If you really want this line to work for you then respool it every time you go fishing. Not worth the money

From: Will J: Grapevine, TX 10/15/19

Comments: Got this line for christmas last year and it is the best line I have ever used hands down! I had this line on the same reel for about 3 almost 4 months and never had any problems at all!! I ended up catching my pb on January 6 weighing 8 pounds 4 ounces on a 3/8 owner underspin with a 3.75 inch rage swimmer.

From: Trevor: Newburg, MO 10/2/19

Comments: Definitely a good tournament line for a day or 2 use for spawning season only.  The quality isn't the greatest and it tends to break off a lot.  I've been using it since 2015.  If it isn't kinked then it's okay.  Once its kinked then you need to change it out.  If you don't like having a slightly loose drag then this isn't the line for you.  Also If you have a solid hook set this is defintely not the line for you.  It will break off.

From: Lee: Elk Grove 10/1/19

Comments: lost more fish and baits on this line from random "bad spots" nothing but issues! more than one person i have talked to said the same! ill stickwith p-line

From: Unknown - 9/30/19

Comments: Have used Invizx 8,10,12lb for cranking, jigs, jerkbaits for about 5 years.  12lb has been great for open water jigs and even in laydowns.  I use Invizx as liter line on spinning tackle for smallies on Lake Erie and have minimal issues.  You simply need to check your line and retie as necessary.  It does hold memory but so do most fluoro lines so respooling is necessary also. If you cannot afford to respool fluoro as often as needed then i suggest a braid mainline to fluoro liter with the double alberto knot. You can do this on your baitcasters without issue also.

From: Savy: Akron, OH 9/19/19

Comments: So I originally bought this line for my spinning rod in #12 lb test...... big mistake. I couldn't open my bail up without this line flooding out of the spool. i ended up putting the rest of the line on my bait caster and it works way better on there still lot of memory just not as noticeable on there or annoying for that matter. The strength of this line is straight up insane tho, hats of to Seaguar for that.

From: Aiden: NY 8/16/19

Comments: After a few years of trying some different brands of line, i am back to using Seaguar Invizx. What i like about this line is that it is easy to manage on my reels, very abrasion resistance, almost invisable, and i have never had any knot or breaking lures or fish off. I think the people who are having knot / breaking fish off and just not tying there knots correctly. There are all these fancy knots out here that people are tying, i use a basic uni knot. If it can stand up to 30 plus pound stripers, green and brown fish are nothing. Lately i have been using 15lb for pitching texas rigs and jigs, no issues. Another small thing i have noticed, i dont see the discoloration like other flurocarbon lines gets after a couple trips. There is a reason why so many people and pros using this line.

From: Brandon: Marietta 8/4/19

Comments: If you ever get a backlash with this line, just cut the whole spool off. any type of kink or twist decreases the strength of this line so severely that on 12lb test one roll cast with a 1/2oz crankbait snapped halfway through the cast and my bait went sailing. Spooled this on two baitcasters and once I lost that crankbait I ripped it off both. It's entirely too expensive for how affected by sunlight and heat it is just from a day of fishing.

Comments: Worst Fluorocarbon line ever! Line Memory is so intense. Even Trilene 100% Flurocarbon doesn't have this much memory. The only good thing about this line is the strength. But for $25, I rather invest in Sunline Sniper. I thought it was me from the earlier years of fishing in 2007 but even now in 2019, Seaguar still has not made changes to the line memory. I am forever staying away from Seaguar products now. Sunline here I stay with y'all.

From: Unknown: North Carolina 6/6/19

Comments: Cant seem to find my tatsu in #15..so this type has good reviews so I figured I'll try it. Comparing it to the tatsu? It's a step down, to be expected but not bad line at all and ill keep this on my list for when tatsu is not available.. I fished this with metanium DC and switched out from traps to cranks and I even did some flipping and pitching a 1/4 ounce jig.. went all the way down to a 1/16 OZ wacky and  it works with no issues..

From: Olman: Swfl 5/9/19

Comments: I read so many good reviews on this line, so I purchased some 15 lbs for light jigs. Just like the Red Label this line is absolute garbage, it's not worthy of even looking at my reels, it has so much memory and coils up so much. I hope I save you some money by writing this because it is terrible.

From: Jacob: North Augusta, SC 5/5/19

Comments: Line sometimes when you get it if it's last years model it get stiff on the spool. So go with the guys that have better reviews they probably bought theirs fresh

From: Uknown: 4/6/19

Comments: This line was great (20 pound) so I bought a spool of 12. With the 12, I was fishing cold water and had two red eye shads snap off clean, no knot trouble, but a clean break.

From: Unknown 2/20/19

Comments: I already did a review on this line but just wanted to write this.. I've had 12lb test on a 7'M zodias rod with a older Curado for two years.. It's one of my crank setups!! And I've  never had a reason to change it.. it still comes off the reel like butter and I've caught countless smallies on it.. this summer I pulled a couple  4 & 5lb small mouth out of a local lake and this line never flinched .. I have absolute confidence in this line and even after two years of being on the reel it still performs awesome !! I've used so many lines and there are other decent options out there.. but this is my favorite, HANDS DOWN!! I usually use 15lb on the river , just because of all the rocks and other Miscellaneous crap in thare .. but on lakes I use 12lb and it's bulletproof!

From: Justin - Minnesota 2/14/19

Comments: I used this line for the last 3 years salmon fishing in NY. I use the 15lb and pull in 30lb salmon out of the river with it. Casts well, and has good knot strength. I broke the gears in my reals (Pflueger  Abu Garcia) and even straightened some hooks without snapping the line. I even used 12lb once when a real broke and my back up had 12lb on it. If you didn't strong arm the fish the line brought the fish in. I use 8, 10, and 12lb for bass fishing with no issues. Works great on spinning or baitcasting reels. I use the 12lb for jigs, crankbaits, and spinners. On heavy pressured lakes I'll use 8lb for my worms. I have no complaints about this line at all.

From: Mike - Tafton, PA 2/13/19

Comments: This line is amazing! I use 15 lb across the board it's held to cranking rocks, fishing brush piles and everything in between

From: Unknown - 12/15/18

Comments: InvisX is awesome. I keep it simple I use 12 pound for cranking and jerk baits ... 20 pound for jigs and Texas rigged  creature baits with anywhere from 1/8 to a 3/4 oz tungsten. It's strong, manageable, cast great, abrasion does happen after cranking allot but there it isn't a line where it doesn't happen.. idk what else you could ask for. I love the stuff

From: Corbray: NH  12/12/18

Comments: If the space jam team were fishing and not ballin this would be Michael's Special Stuff. Seriously it so great. Been out many times with other people who are not using it (they use braid and mono) and I usually out fish them when we're using the same style bait (jerking, cranking, waking, gliding and jigs). Whether it's the line or not.. idk ask the fish, but I believe so. Or don't buy it and keep using your crappy line

From: Unknown: MA 11/18/18

Comments: I use invizx for leaders because it is a supple fluorocarbon which is far more reasonably priced than high end fluoro leader material. I put this line under extreme pressure. I tie palomar knots (oh no!) and I fish jerkbaits for pike which are notorious for testing your line by biting and rolling around with it. For a jerkbait to work properly, one must tie a leader to a braid, and the leader has to impart the right action to the bait. For the knots to work properly one must tie them slowly and wet the line. I don't use a metal leader of any kind, just invizx fluoro, and I also try to keep my line and leader as light as possible, relative to the fish I'm catching which can easily weigh in excess of the rated line strength. Typically I will fish 8lb in the late summer, and move towards 15lb in the late winter on lake Ontario. I honestly don't know what these guys in the comment section are talking about when they talk about breakoffs. Every single breakoff I've ever had was because of my own error: failing to check for knicks and retie, or horsing a fish on a hookset or during a fight. Those situations suck and everyone who fishes can relate, but it simply isn't true if you know what you're doing!... and as I've gotten used to the line and what it can do I've learned not to make those mistakes, and not break off. I've also learned that it's absolutely critical to make use of fluorocarbon line. Obviously braided line outperforms fluoro line in terms of it's durability and strength, but fish don't see fluorocarbon line, and fluorocarbon line sinks. I like the fact that this comes on a 200yd spool, which is enough to spool up a reel for another application, and then make leaders for the remainder of the year. You have to store the line somewhere dark and replace the line yearly because light degrades the material. You should never buy a spool of fluorocarbon line if you aren't certain how long it may have sat on the shelf. For that reason I very much appreciate the reasonable price on Seaguar InvizX, and I generally buy it online or through a high traffic store.

From: Andrew: Toronto Canada 9/14/18

Comments: Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.. but from my personal experience this line hasn't failed me. I've winched in fish before on crankbaits in some absolutley nasty rocks. Get the fish in, line was frayed bad. Line held up! After getting the fish off I tested the strength to see if I could break it. Still wouldn't break. Tough, strong line that gets the job done.

From: Tyler - North Carolina 7/7/18

Comments: I've been buying InvizX since the year Seaguar started selling it. It's been around a while now and there's a reason for that. It casts well on account of its suppleness. It holds up well to use and holds a SD jam just fine. Yes, I've broken fish off. That's happens when you fish a lot and don't check knots. I've fished Toray, Gamma, Suffix, P-Line and Sunline frequently too, and they all break if you don't check. Minimal stretch means you will bust fish off on a power hookset if you have an abrasion.

If you aren't wetting your knots well, using an SD Jam, and checking your line....every line will appear no better than Vanish. I've caught a unknown number of fish on InvizX over the years and it's rarely let me down.

From: Chris - Lancaster, CA 7/8/18

Comments: This line has a place with treble hook baits for me. Its got some stretch in the lower pound test and I don't like it for jigs or Texas rigs. It does cast well and stays soft. I will continue to use it but only on my treble hook baits.

From: Daniel: Texas  4/18/18

Comments: One of the worst lines i've used. Terrible abrasion resistance, personaly Berkeley Vanish holds up considerably better than this. As much as I hoped to love it, it was a waste of money.

From: Ryan: CA  4/11/18

Comments: This was my first time using InvizX. And can say without an absolute doubt it will be my last. The first morning using this line I casted off 3 squarebills. The first time was on about my 5 or 6th cast. It wasn't breaking at the knot rather more like 20 to 30 yards up the line.  I'm very meticulous about checking my line for frays or nics, but my first morning using this line was bitter cold with a lot of ice build up on my eyes so I just chalked it up to the ice fraying it as it came and went through the eyes on my rod. So I went home unspooled what was on the reel and respooled it with 12 lb. InvizX once again. My next outing I casted off another crankbait about 50 yards up from the lure after about my 3rd cast. So if its working for you guys have at it , but I have to say I'm done with this line after 2 bogus spools of it.

From: Bradley: Pensaola, FL 4/5/18

Comments: My go 2 wen I'm not useing braid..I got 15 & 20lb for jigs . I use the 15lb for square bills on the Mississippi, the shore lines are ruff where I fish, bricks, trees, old shopping carts, bike frames, I've even pulled a couple old rod and reels out of thare.. u name it and it's along the river in my town.. At any rate, I've snagged on about every thing, and rarely have I broke off, and the line has only frade after it's ben ripped across stuff that would frae braid.. it's about being a conscious angler, check your line and make sure it's useable after heavy contact.. I've got chunky largies on both the 15 & 20 and I have NEVER BROKE OFF!! Don't cross your line and always wet your knot.. I horsed and 42' Muskie with the 15lb and it worked flawless, she hammered a swim jig and I thought I would break off !! This is my favorite fluorocarbon line period!! River fishing in MN can be crazy !! Wen I'm not useing power pro, it's this line !!!

From: Justin P.: Littlefalls MN 4/1/18

Comments: This is a great line with good sensitivity, and strength. I pitch jigs into lay down trees all the time and have never had any abrasion issues. Never had a knot brake (Shaw Grigsby knot). I have tried several other brands and this is by far the best. No memory issues and comes off the reel smooth.

Comments: Absolutely amazing line, put it to the test to first time out with it. Fishing for largemouth in flooded cypress tress. 20 lb test pulled a 6 and 8 out with no problem, skips well, occasional nicks, VERY sensitive.

From: Unknonwn: Lugoff, South Carolina 1/29/18

Comments: Just sucks. Horrible abrasion resistance, hard to handle, so much memory, stretchy. Had a nice fish bite during a tournament and the fish broke off in the middle of the leader on the hookset. Checked the line and it was crazy frayed after the lightest rock interaction. Never put it on a spool! It will backlash even with tightened brakes and heavy thumbing. If you can, spend the couple extra bucks on a spool of abrazX. That stuff is the real deal.

From: Unknonwn 12/27/17

Comments: One of the best lines I have ever used. I use mostly 15 lb line. I just about quit using it because it was breaking when I set the hook on fish over 3 pounds. I had used the polmar knot for 20 years with no issues on mono. As it turns out I had crossed my line over the knot and the line broke itself on the hookset. I also might have put to much pressure on the line when I cinched it down. Now I take my time tying the polmar knot and dont break off. I like the 20lb InvizX for Jigs because I can throw it almost anywhere and it doesnt break.

From: Randy G.: SW Iowa 12/8/17

Comments: great line in certain occasions. crankbaits, jig, spinner baits work great. But i prefer YO-ZURI over this. this line 1. cost to much and 2. don't get as much for $20...  only 200 yards YO-ZURI is as if not more strong than this. It also cost less. and you get more for your money. 275 yrds for $7.99 and its great line. This line is great though. I use it for some setups just depends how much you are wanting to spend. if your on a budget go with YO-ZURI.

From: Thomas H: KS 9/12/17

Comments: Dollar for Dollar best line very manageable easy to tie knots get good hook sets worth every penny wouldn't buy anything else period

From: Unknown - Newnan, GA 7/14/17

Comments: Idk how some of you have problems with this line. Simply amazing i got snagged using 8 lb test and it was pulling my 17 ft aluma in like it was 60lb braid. Check your eyes or change the knot your using. Uni at the hook and FG for a connection and your set. Palomar knot is not for fluoro people

From: jeff pa 7/6/17

Comments: I got 15# for my new g loomis and lews mach for flipping.  Does backlash a descent amount when i try a longer cast rather than a flip.  But a pretty good line other than that.

From: Unknown 7/4/17

Comments: I'm sorry to say this, but this is the worst fluorocarbon I've ever used. The knots are hard to tie without it coiling up or burning the line. Any slack you give it causes it to free spool off the reel and there's no stopping it! Horrible memory as well. I will be sticking to P Line from now on.

From: Dick: New York 6/1/17

Comments: The best line you can use anybody snapping lures off better check their rod eyes because this line works. I have switch my friends to after using many other lines this line is very strong, the knot strength is there too. Had a friend that swore p-line was the best he now used strickly invizx.

From: JR: PA 5/8/17

Comments: This line is awful... I have broken multiple lures on casts and it just sucks. It's an absolute total waste of your money.

From: Ryan: Lufkin, Texas 3/19/17

Comments: Favorite line for deep diving cranks. I use 12# for 5 & 6xds

From: Jet: Arkansas  1/15/17

Comments: This line is great! Use 20# on jig rod, 15# on most other setups and 12# on cranking rods. Would not believe the amount of times I had to put my trolling motor on high and go in reverse just to break away from a hang up or use my paddle to wrap the line around and break. Only have broke of a few times cranking and those times were my fault for not checking the line. Don't ever see why I would use any other line!

From: Unknown 1/9/17

Comments: I would recommend this line very manageable and very strong I say any type of fisherman could use this line

From: Unknown: 1/6/17

Comments: Literally the ONLY Flourocarbon line I will use and do use for all applications from 8lb on drop shot to 20/25lb on heavier casting rod set-ups. My favorite is the 15lb and 17lb on my NRX's and GLX's for jigs. The castability and sensitivity of this line is 2nd to none. Keep in mind their diameters are thinner than a lot of other brands for most sizes. I use line conditioner almost monthly as a precaution on all of my flouro/mono lines. I went through a 1000 yd spool of 15lb in past 2 seasons if that gives you any more of an idea how much I love and trust this line for fishing.

From: Jeremy: MN 12/12/16

Comments: I've used InvizX for years, since it first arrived on the market. Sunline Sniper is a better line, but unless you have a good local shop, it's hard to fine. For $5-6 less, the InvizX is great. It's supple for flouro, but stiffer than Red Label. It has a good degree of abrasion resistance. I find for knot strength, I saw less breakoffs at the knot on lakes with quagga mussels with InvizX than I did with AbrazX (the abrasion specific line). Is it perfect? No. Unless you want to spend the money for Tatsu, all mid range flouro have their issues. Check your line frequently for knicks (which you should do anyways regardless). I use Red Label for all my reaction. Baits, and InvizX for my jigs and plastics.

From: Chris: Lancaster 12/24/16

Comments: Spooled 12lb test  on the revo beast. Casting distance was ok. Sensitivity was great but once u get those ocassional bird nest this line is impossible to manage terrible memory.

From: Mike: San Francisco, CA 11/24/16

Comments: My absolute favorite fluorocarbon line. I've used this line for a majority of the year, and I'm not switching from this point on. Casting is phenomenal, strength is outstanding, abrasion resistance is good but not great, and the knot strength is excellent. I prefer Invizx to Abrazx, unless I'm fishing heavy wood or rocks. Abrazx is good, but it seems to cinch down on itself like braid, on a hard hookset unlike Invizx.

From: T Howard: OK 11/14/16

Comments: I use this line on a spinning rod #8 for smallmouth when bouncing jigs & have had great luck with knot strength & abrasion resistance. I also use #6 with my fly rod instead of tippet. It is cheaper than tippet & is stronger & the same diameter if not smaller than tippet. Great line overall for size & strength!

From: Robert: Westwood, CA 9/12/16

Comments: This is the real deal. Don't understand how there are any bad reviews because I have had this stuff for years without any issues. Casts a mile & has minimum memory (for a fluoro). Used everything from 8# for spinning to 17# with a casting. Like with all fluoro lines, you should use a line conditioner periodically (i use kvd's)

From: Dane: Milwaukee, WI 6/28/16

Comments: This is my favourite line. I read so many mixed reviews about this line, but in the end, every line will have good & bad reviews, and most that bash it are probably sponsored by a different company. I use this line for everything that requires the lure/rig to sink & even float (double uni knot to Mono works best, with thicker line I do 3 raps).

From: Noah: Montreal, QC 5/29/16

Comments: Worst line I've ever put on my rods. Lost more lures on one spool of this than I have in the past 2 years. It does fish very well when presenting a lure. The problem seems to spring up in casting when half way through your motion it snaps and there goes your lure. also, when tying on it tends to break 2 out of 5 times when simply securing the knot. my advice spend the same amount and get quality with stren fluorocarben.

From: Corey: Madison, NC 4/7/16

Comments: Best fluorocarbon. PERIOD! I have used the InvisX & Red label for many years now. Only after trying several brands have I came to the conclusion that this stuff(InvisX) is the best. When flipping I use 20# & have never had an issue with stretch or line breakage. I use the 12,15,and 17#'s as well with no issues for all my other flouro needs.

From: Justin: USA 3/20/16

Comments: Well....looks like Seaguar is jacking up their prices on line just like everyone else. This was my favorite line for quality and price.  Fishing industry is getting ridiculous in price.

From: Jason: Elizabethtown, KY 2/14/16

Comments: I've used nothing but the red label. Just bought this one to spool up my new 13 fishing concept A reel. Can't imagine going wrong with this brand of line. It has amazing strengths. Durable long lasting. By far my favorite brand of line.

From: Fishaholic: Twin Falls, ID 2/11/16

Comments: Have been using InvizX for 2 years now with no breakoffs. Just hauled a 4ft. alligator out of a fallen down pine tree with 12lb. InvizX leader. Won't be switching anytime soon or ever.

From: Rob: Peachtree City, GA 1/4/16

Comments: been using this line for 3 years. Primarily #15. I use it for jigs, pitching, blades, square bills and swimbaits. I give this line two thumbs up. Handles very well on casting gear. Great knot strength and abrasion resistance. Trie d #8 and #10 for spinning gear and dealt with normal fluorocarbon issues.

From: Butch: Warren, OH 11/18/15

Comments: This is the only fluorocarbon line I will use, this stuff casts phenomenal, I love how the diameter is smaller so you can go to 17lb if you want diameter of most brand's 15lb, their 12lb is like others 10. As always use line conditioner, it works wonders. Best Fluoro value out there IMO.

From: Jeremy: MN 12/4/15

Comments: I use 17lb for jigs, creature baits and flipping applications in clear water. I stick to 12lb for cranks and 8lb for dropshotting. InvizX is strong, supple and have enjoyed fishing it over the past year.

From: Dan: Spokane, WA 5/25/15

Comments: I have tried many different brands & none of them even compare to Seaguar InvizX. I use it throwing crankbaits & pitching in heavy cover & this stuff is as tough as line comes. Do yourself a favor & stop buying inferior line.

From: Bob: Falls City, NE 2/22/15

Comments: Awesome line. I've used 20 lb on my primary pitching rod for 2 years, and can count on zero hands the number of fish that have broken me off. Hauled 5-7 lb fish up through the thickest of trees with the fish bouncing off limbs the whole way and the isn't even roughed up. Great knot strength, and not as brittle as other fluoros

From: Steve: MD 2/6/15

Comments: Best flouro I've used! Used to fish Berkley Vanish, but a coworker told me to try this and I'm sure glad he did! I've used 10 and 12 lb and it did great for just about every work/jig application. Had especially good luck with it as my drop shot line.

From: MP3: Cleveland, OH 1/19/15

Comments:  InvizX is great fishing line. I use 12lb line on a very soft flex rod for cranks and it's rare to lose a fish. If you put this on a spinning reel be prepared to spend some time conditioning the line as it has a lot of memory. I put a new spool of 15lb InvizX on a jig rod. First hookset, line broke at reel. Second hookset, line broke halfway between rod and fish. Shortly after, the line broke on a cast. Third hookset, line broke at reel again. After that there wasn't much line left so the rest was thrown out. My rod eyes weren't cracked. Other than this rare problem, the line is flawless.

From: Barry: GA 12/23/14

Comments: This is the best Floro on the market bar non. Some say Gama is better and maybe it is but for my money I would rather get 200 yards for about 20 bucks than 100 yards for 20 bucks with Gama. The InvizX is soft and casts like a charm. I put it on a spinner and have no issues. I have used Bass Pro on a spinner and it is way to springy and twists like crazy. If you never tried it on a spinner before give it a try. You will be happy.

From: Bruce: Sparta, NJ 10/26/24

Comments: Read a couple reviews and decided to try this line. Some people complain about having bad boxes. I never have had any problems with it. I tie another Eugene Bend knot after I catch a bunch of fish or the first 10 inches feel frayed. Never had any break-offs. I recommend this line!

From: Brian: NY 8/6/14

Comments: this line is great. I use the 15 lb on my jig rod and have 0 problems in the last year since I switched to invis x. Great sensitivity. To those who break off all the time and breakin fish off that's 2.5 to 3lbs it's not the lines problem. You have to check your line while your fishing it will fray around rocks, all of it will unless your using braid. Tie a polamar knot, make sure to wet the line while tightening and check for frays every now and then. And if you still have 2.5 lb bass break or fray  your line maybe you should go to a steel leader.

From: Brandon: KY 7/3/14

Comments: Tried a lot of other brands and based on the other they do not compare to Seaguar. This line is super smooth, cast a freakin mile and will not snap. Not cheap, but will last if you take care of it. Def worth the money.

From: Jamie: Irmo, SC 6/9/14

Comments: Been using the 15lb on all my worm/jig/carolina rig rods for 3 years and probably only had 5 breakoffs during that time. I bought a 1000yd spool during the Days of Christmas sale and I have broken off at least 10 times in my last two trips. Bad lot? I don't know. Gonna give it another try.

From: Brannon: Collierville, TN 5/18/14

Comments: I really like this line, diameter, strength and value. It casts really well and has lasted well. Never had a bad spool and never experienced unexplained breaks. I have a few favorite flouros and this is definitely one. I enthusiastically recommend.

From: Gumwad: USA 4/27/14

Comments: Bought this before going on a fishing trip and didn't have time to order different line. It has substantial memory and is difficult to manage when compared to Red Label. Stretching it or spraying conditioner on it should help but that shouldn't need to be done in the first place. First chance I get I'm swapping for tatsu or sunline.

From: Kyle: WV 4/8/14

Comments: good stuff, i have this line in 8lb on my spinning combo nrx/sustain and boy did this line deliver.  i was drop shotting for bass and hooked up onto a muskie.  long story short, the fight lasted a good 5mins and the muskie got away but didnt break the line, the hook just came loose. the line performedn greatly.

Comments: Have tried several different fluorocarbon line over the past year and this is about as good as your going to find!

From: Michael: NW Florida

Comments: It keeps breaking - I have three pounds of drag set on my casting reel with ten pound InvizX and just lost a very nice bass when the line broke on a straight pull. I've had it with this crap!

From: Steve: Sacramento, CA

Comments: This line seems to have a lot of memory after putting on to my reel. Can anyone tell me if im doing something wrong or anything to prevent memory?

From: Cole: Nebraska

Comments: I was starting to hate flurocarbon until I started using this line it's really amazing stuff. I tried Berkeley 100% and Vicicous and that stuff doesn't even compare. I like this line because its super manageable, low stretch, smooth as silk. I would compare this line to sunline sniper both are great lines. Good luck

From: CJ: PA

Comments: I for one did not have the same sucess as the others with this line, I found it really lacked abrasion resistance and one little rock interaction and you better retie

From: David: Moore, SC

Comments: I love this line. I have only used this line as a leader at the end of my Power Pro braid. I've been very impressed with its strength, durability in heavy cover, and its ability to help me catch practically all my fish. It's pricey, but it's given me no reason not to use it, and every reason to keep using it.

From: Adam: Orange County, CA

Comments: Fantastic line. For all the negative reviews you might have gotten a bad spool. It happened to me. But give it another try i promise it wont be bad twice in a row. And dont tie palomar nots with floro line it heats the line up to much and weakends it bad. Good luck!

From: Kyle: Ohio

Comments: Great line. Gets bit well and you`ll get more strikes fishing jigs, plastics, crankbaits compared to momo.  Just impossible to fish topwaters  becuase all the line between your rod tip and topwater sinks below surfuce and kills your Zara Spook,Sammy,Pop R`s action. Other than this, an awesome product.

From: Seiko Tuna Can: Hemet, CA

Comments: I love this line. I use either the palomar or San Diego Jam knot and I have no issues with knot strength or line breakage. I use the 10lb for plastics in general and the 12 or 15lb on jigs. This stuff is unbelievably strong and it is so soft. I'd recommend to anyone!

From: Steve: Sylmar, CA

Comments: Great line! Previously the only fluro that i had used was viscous whick had alot of memory. Seaguar casts so easily! I was flipping with 12lb (crazy right?) and had no problems with abrasion or knots coming undone

From: Adam: Nassau County, NY

Comments: this line is crap it has way to much stretch. It isnt stiff and it is easy to handle, but it stretches more than berkley big game mono. Will not buy again.

From: Micah: Dawsonville, GA

Comments: Worth noting that 12lb Invizx has the same diameter as 8lb Trilene 100% fluoro. You'll get more bites with the same lb test Invizx, or you can get away with fishing two lb tests higher. Either way a big advantage.

From: Chris: WY

Comments: There may be better line out there but if thats the case I haven't used it yet. I got hung up and couldn't get it out. Couldn't break it until I wrapped it around my reel and pulled extremely hard. Ridiculously strong line.

From: G: VA

Comments: Bottom line, Never will I use another brand of fluorocarbon. This stuff is the best. Diameter, strength, sensitivity..everything!

From: Michael: GA

Comments: Awesome line, don't even need to spray it. Has the perfect stretch for hard hitting fish on crankbaits and casts a mile with almost no memory. Overall great line.
