Completely redesigned from butt to tip, the new St. Croix Legend Elite Spinning Rods are loaded with St. Croix’s latest technology and refinements. St. Croix’s flagship series, each blank in the Legend Elite lineup is built with high-modulus/high-strain SCV graphite and reinforced with super-high modulus SCVI graphite in the lower section. Loaded with IPC, ART and TET as well, the result is a rod series with dramatically improved balance, power and sensitivity, combined with incredible actions.
Also featuring the ultimate in guide technology, silicon nitride guides with solid-titanium frames span each blank, offering 100% corrosion-proof performance. Fuji PTS blank-touch reel seats with built-in hoods and super-grade cork handles deliver excellent comfort, and each rod also features a Kigan titanium hook-keeper for added convenience. Comments: Legend Elite 7' MLF - my highest end St. Croix and is the finest spinning rod I've ever owned. 6# fluoro with a lightweight reel and the sensitivity is off the charts. Amazing quality, they spared no expense on the construction of this series. I have a LEC70MHF from an older Elite series and these are an incredible build upgrade. I use this rod for almost everything on clear highland reservoirs, from smallmouths to spots to walleyes. Awesome tube and grub rod for the river. Even use it to drop on crappies and throw a small blade bait in the Fall/Winter. Rod sock is a nice addition. Amazing rod from a great company.

Comments: The 7'6 medium is by far the best tube rode I've ever used in my life. The way the blank loads on a fish yet remains dead sensitive dragged across the bottom is indescribable. I can't put it down some days.

Comments: I have the 7' medium power rod. I have alway been a huge Loomis guy and wanted to try another St. Croix. I really like this rod and have been catching an insane amount of walleyes with it so far. It's pretty sensitive and very, very light. Having several Loomis NRX and GLX rods, I do not think this rod is on the same page with NRX sensitivity. However there is something about it I really like I can't put my finger on it. Overall, I'm very pleased with it and the build quality is fantastic.

Comments: I purchased a legend elite 7M. I use it for Texas worm and heavy drop shot. It˙s well made and sensitive. I have one complaint-the hook keeper
Not made for Texas worms and not made to hold a drop shot weight

Comments: I've had the 6'10" MXF for over a year and I feel confident telling you it's the best stick you will ever own. Incredibly strong and sensitive. I use it for all finesse techniques. DS, wacky Senkos, Ned, Trick Worms, etc. You can feel every tick and bite. I use 7-10 lb floro. Never used anything lighter that 7lb so can't help with lighter line. Well worth the investment. Enjoy.
