Overview
A super sized version of the original Strike King Sexy Dawg, the Strike King KVD Mega Dawg was developed at the request of angling legend, Kevin Vandam to single out the largest and most aggressive predators. Measuring 6-inches in length and weighing just under 2-ounces, the Strike King KVD Mega Dawg features a streamlined profile that allows anglers to “walk the dog” with an outstanding efficiency, whether it is rapidly sashayed or methodically marched across the surface.
Internally, the Strike King KVD Mega Dawg is precisely weighted and fitted with a boisterous rattle chamber that clambers and clanks as it moves across the surface of the water, adding another element of attraction to this oversized bait. Offered in a range of highly effective colors, the Strike King KVD Mega Dawg offers oversized attraction that allows anglers to target that big bite.

Comments: Used the natural Shad color for some inshore fishing; caught a little blacktip, bluefish, and a big jack on it in one morning with several other blowups. Took it out in the evening hooked into something massive off the beach, either a giant jack or a shark. Hooks held up well until it finally ate through my 40 pound leader after a near 100 yard run. Great action and attracts smaller fish like trout and smaller jacks.

Comments: Cool magnum sized walking bait at an affordable price, throw with confidence it will get bit and you will likely catch bigger Bass than when using smaller walking baits.

Comments: This bait in the oyster color is one of my all time favorite lures. The hookup ratio is fantastic, the stock hooks are very sharp and it glides for yards. I can skip this under docks and Willow trees easily. Its very easy to walk the dog and maneuver around cover to avoid snags or just give it a non typical retrieve. Its caught me a few muskies as well as tons of smallmouth. Don't be wary of its size, its not too big to keep the 12 inches away. I have had the most success with extremely long glides or casting it almost on top of fish and letting the ripples disapear before twitching it if they're not chasing.

Comments: I got one in black. Haven't fished it yet but the finish is shockingly bad. I'm wondering if this thing is even genuine. Looks like it was spray painted in the back of a garage. I mean it is BAD... Having said that, it probably catches fish even if you have to hold your nose to use it.
