Sufix 832 Superline - now available in Ghost - is the strongest, most durable small diameter braid on the market. The Ghost coloring is designed to be less visible in the water, so fish can’t see it, while still being easily visible to the angler above the waterline.
Constructed from 8 fibers (7 Dyneema plus 1 GORE Performance Fiber) at 32 weaves per inch, Suffix 832's R8 Precision Braiding and advanced fiber technology deliver superior strength, roundness and line consistency. The Gore Performance Fibers (from the makers of GORE-TEX) improve abrasion resistance, increase casting distance and accuracy, and also reduces line vibration, while the Dyneema fibers provide increased strength and sensitivity, as well as, superior hydrophobic protection and a smaller diameter. Stay ahead of the curve with Sufix 832 Braided Fishing Line in Ghost.
Comments: It's Suffix so you know it's good line. The only braid I'll use anymore. However, this color is sinfully ugly. Not sure why I thought it would look good. If you want a visible line just get yellow.

Comments: I love this line, for fishing out here in southern California Bay and piers. I use the Sufix 832 Ghost white braid for easier line watching and add a 4 foot fluorocarbon leader. The line is super quiet, 20lb on my Shimano Vanford and I can cast so far out there it is unbelievable, super strong too, Sufix for life.

Comments: 832 is a great line, but the ghost...is hardly that. It's way too visible in clear water. Going back to the low vis green (I wish they had a tanic brown).

Comments: Suffix 832 15lb white has been great, I use it on a Dobyns micro Savvy med light 6'9 /shimano Stradic 2500 to throw ultra light tiny swim baits for finicky bass. I've caught fish when noone else could. It cast light lures well, with a few wind tangles/knots but it is bearable. I'm sticking with it.From: Tony: Menifee 11/27/20
Comments:I stopped using this line as I detest getting rod wraps while fishing. The line is way too limp for me, went back to 12# nannofil with same 8# flouro leader. From: Gary 8/29/20Comments:Exactly what you want in braided line. I'm using the 30 lb on a 7'3" MH for froggin & its performed well. I will continue to use suffix for my braid and fluorocarbon needs.

Comments:I'm not sure why they call this Ghost color , white would be a better description in my view. That said I have the 10 lb on my spinning dropshot rod with app 7' of Florocarbon leader and I am very pleased. The line is very manageable, reliable and the Ghost color can be easily seen above the water to assist in strike detection. I would highly recomend this or any other Suffix line that I have tried. From: Robert: Battle Creek, MI
Comments:Ghost? No. Still highly visible, which is why you should use a fluoro leader. Still, suffix is the best braid out there. I would stick with the green, unless this stuff is on sale.

Comments:purchased a spool of 832 after much success on the back of the matrix pro braid i have used consistently for years. Tried to spool baitcaster with 20lb version and the feel of the line very stiff and you can tell this new found stiffness will the aid abrasion resistance issues that the matrix pro has. On the baitcaster (Quantum Catalyst) the braid performed pretty well with throwing heavier spinnerbaits and lip-less crank-baits, very good feel and responsivity back to the reel once the line is out. unfortunately a downside to the new and improved stiffness is the cost at throwing around lighter weight 1/4- 3/8 spinnerbaits, the stiffness causes the line to lose its tension - you can see the unwinding tension come off the spool & back lashes occur even with the spool tension set correctly. changing back up weights not an issue but this will come at a cost of having the ability to throw around lighter weights when you need to bring a smaller presentation due to the fish not taking the bigger offerings. trade off buying this- better feel and abrasion characteristics but limits on low end weights you as you can with their previous product. if its all about confidence and flexibility while chasing fish- i would stick to fighting the abrasion issues and having more flexibility. this braid is going to end up on a spinning reel for off the boat as i'm sure all of these new characteristics would be better utilised in bait fishing/vertical jigging/trolling rather then on the stalk for fussy fish and delivering precision casts into small target zones
