Comments: Purchased the lime green camo large roll and did 3 rod handles. Wanted to try it before i purchased more. After one fishing trip I am sold. Just ordered 2 more packs. Doing all my bass rods in lime green camo and my red fish rods in blue camo. Nice stuff and easy to apply. The large rolls comes with 4 lines of tape so 1 roll can do 3 rod handles. There is no need to tape both ends of the wrap.

Comments: These wraps are really nice & the feel is great. I like the way it makes the god grip larger & you don't have to grip as tight. I read other reviews complaints about putting this on contour grips. It's not as easy as a straight grip but if you take your time it will turn out right & nice. All but 1 of my rods are has a split contour grip & they turned out nice. If you run out of finishing tape you can use colored electrical tape to finish it.

Comments: I have used Rod Wraps for years but switched to Winn Grips a year or so back. Winn Grip is much thicker and softer but seems to resist wear much better. After nearly two years of use, I'm seeing no signs of wear on the grip itself, however the finishing tape is starting to fade on some of the rods I use the most.
I wrap most of my rods from butt to foregrip and have never had trouble wrapping a rod of any design. This includes old BPS rods with the "Power Hump" and the old green Daiwa rods with the coke bottle shaped grip. You just have to slow down and put a little effort into it. I recommend watching the instruction video. You'll be proud of the result.
I appreciate the extra grip the Winn Grip gives me with wet hands. I believe it actually increases the sensitivity of the rod because you don't have to have such a tight grip on the rod. Lighten your grip a little and you'll feel more strikes.

Comments: If you have a full cork grip and it is STRAIGHT as an arrow, this stuff might work. If you have the SLIGHTEST contour to your grips, forget it!!! There are so few rods I can imagine this working on. I wish I could use this stuff, cause it feels/looks like it'd work well. But installation drove me crazy

Comments: Great product, overall. Great tacky feel in the hand yet not overdone. The ONLY thing you'll want to note is these are truly only designed to go over a straight grip and if you're grip is contoured at all it will mess with the lining up of the grooving during application. I tried to apply to the contoured grip on a St. Croix Rage casting rod (search a photo of specific grip for clarity) and it simply would not work.

Comments: Had a couple of my cork rod handles wear from rubbing against other rods/reels in the rod locker. The Rod Wrap made the wear unnoticeable. The grip is comfortable, durable & sharp looking. I tried a couple of other wraps before this one & they did not hold in place or would start to unravel. These grips have stood up to lots of use and the weather. The grips were easy yo install after watching the Tackle Warehouse video. Great product & under $20 for the big roll which allowed me to wrap the grips on three rods. I would definitely recommend these grips to others!

Comments: Finally got to try this out, been a fan of the Winn golf grip for decades. Wrapped up my G Loomis handle & I'm sold. Great smooth feel, comfortable when wet, was very easy to install & make look good. Went in & out of my rod holders about fifty times already with no signs of wear & tear.
