Overview
The Yamamoto 5" Thin Senko is the skinny cousin of the original 5" Senko. The slender body of Thin Senko lends itself well to drop shotting and other finesse presentations. But it's able to differentiates itself from the other trick or slender worms with its characteristic Senko action. The Yamamoto Thin Senko still possesses that unique Senko characteristic of shimmying and shifting with tip quivering action.

Best Wacky Dropshot Bait Ever MadeIf you aren't fishing this on a wacky dropshot rig you are missing out. Use a #2 or #4 Gamakatsu dropshot hook and a 1/4 or 3/8 oz QuickDrops dropshot weight and a longer leader length (about 20-inches). On 6-pound test line in clear water you will outfish everyone with this rig. Deadly! If you have any doubt look at the results on my YouTube channel @MarcMarcantonio. Thank me later.

Comments: I agree with the "Back Seaters Best Friend". I always sit in the bow and run the trolling motor. But recently I found myself in the back seat, and I loved it. My partner in the bow was pitching a jig and big plastics in a "target rich environment". and he was catching fish. But I was in the stern throwing my Senko on 8# line and using Sebile Soft Weights on the hook. I loved it in the stern. It was much more stress free not having to worry about boat position and more. The Senko and it's slow fall was the difference. Even with 2 Sebile Soft Weights on the hook, the Senko fekk with an inviting wobble. All I did was watch my line. I was amazed when the line would move 6' or more before I set the hook. I love 'em!

Comments: Recently pulled these out of the archives (had 4-5 bags just sitting around for like seven years) and started using them again. Any way I have fished them, they work. I fish super-pressured little ponds where everyone fishes a senko and these keep getting bit.

Comments: Got me a seven pounder at Diamond Valley! She was on a bed. Basically it has a very slow fall, but to cast this bait far, 6 pound line, wacky hook, long rod, and you are good Has that wobble that a regular senko has, and I find that I lose less of these than the actual senkos. Great bait!

Comments: Clear, weedy water? Meet the backseater's best friend. Long spinning rod, 8 lb florocarbon, small offset hook, cast this a mile, weightless, and let the boat do the work. Smile as you out fish your boater. Stock up, one fish and they are trash, usually.

Comments: My new favorite worm. Finally, something that will entice strikes from bass in weed banks jumping for dragon flies. I swim it like a jerk bait, reeling and twitching as it comes through the weeds, weightless, and it has a kind of walk the dog, slithering action that provokes vicious strikes.
