Building on the success of the Z Man MinnowZ, the Z Man DieZel MinnowZ offer the same incredible detailing, and vigorous paddle tail in a new, larger size that is perfect for both salt and freshwater. The Z Man DieZel MinnowZ feature a long, slender profile, and a belly slot that can accommodate a 5/0 EWG hook, without hindering the action of the bait. Unlike other soft plastic swimbaits, the Z Man DieZel MinnowZ also incorporate dorsal and pelvic fins into the body for a more natural appearance. The Z Man DieZel MinnowZ are made using Z Man’s ElaZtech plastic, which gives them a lifelike action, natural buoyancy, and unmatched durability. ElaZtech baits not only look great, they’re also 10X stronger than traditional plastics and can handle repeated abuse from big largemouth, calicos, and even barracuda. Get the only gas that your fishing partner won’t mind you having on the boat – the Z Man DieZel MinnowZ.
Another stellar productHave had a couple packs of 4" for years but never had much occasion to use them until a recent trip to the east coast. They accounted for about 90% of fish caught and were outperforming or performing just as well as anything others were throwing, including live bait. Got bit off by some bluefish but never had to replace a single bait otherwise. Another A+ zman product

Comments: I've been using the 4"bad shad for a while and comparing it to other similar lures, such as Keitech and Eco Pro . The Z-Man DieZel Minnowz out catches the others. A big plus is the durability. One bait lasts for a bunch of bass.

Comments: Amazing bait. Great action and exceptionally durable as all z-man soft plastics are. Bonus that it floats as it makes a dirty presentation on a larger size ned rig head. Only possible complaint is that it's insanely hard to rig on a screw lock but once it's on, it's on forever.

Comments: Got so tired of turtles and short-striking fish tearing the paddle tails off my Swimming Super Flukes and turning them into jerk baits. Perfect swimbait, especially when paired with a Redfish Eye jig head. Elaztec holds up very well and the belly slot means I can quickly swap out plastics without feeling obligated to swap to an EWG hook and retie. Works well as a Chatterbait trailer as well, but I prefer a Razor Shad for that. One comment: remember that Elaztec is buoyant, so you might want to bump up the weight of your jig head. Not necessary for the 4" models, but more so with the 5" and 7" versions.

Comments: The only swimbaits in my tackle bag 3" and 4" as a swimjig trailer, keel weighted Texas style or on a swimbait jighead. I'll ring em on a chatterbait also for a different presenstion than a fluke trailer. Generally cause most Z-Man plastics are made to float I like upsizing my jigs and weight size by 1/8-1/4oz compared to a normal plastic trailer. Great multi species bait for the lakes I fish on and caught my PB largemouth (5.60lb) on a 3/8oz Sabre swimjig in bombshell with a 4" diezel minnowz in smokey shad.

Comments: Go to bait. ZMan makes the best lures hands down. I started using the Diezel Minnowz about a year ago in a last ditch effort to catch some fish in a tournament and I started slaying them. Ever since, I keep at least two bags worth in my boat bag. Elaztek material is hands down the best soft plastic I have ever used for two reasons durability and bouyancy. I rig them with a 4/0 weighted swimbait ewg style hook. These are lethal bass killers.

Comments: This has become my favorite trailer for chatterbaits. I had been using the senko swimbaits from Yamamoto and although they caught me a ton of fish they just didn't last long at all, about two to three catches before the tail got tore off. I just fished for a good 17 hours over two days and only replaced my Diezel trailer once because a northern tore up my entire lure while It was trying to unhook him. Black/Blue has been the most successful for me.

Comments: i do not recommend this product for use as a swim jig trailer , the plastic is to dense for hook setup and the fin on the bait makes it impossible for the hook to come out in the middle of the bait, the bait once pushed up on the back of the jig will not stay on unless glued, this is a poorly designed bait and the Razor shad z is just as bad , z-man does make some good products but do not waste your money on the two i mentioned !!

Comments: use these as a chatter bait trailer and they work grate especially because they don't get ripped up by all the pickerel

Comments: This is a game changing bait where I fish. I fish them on a Venom belly-weighted swim bait hook. Most of the information from articles and videos suggest a slow reel just above the bottom. I worm fish them. The Elaztech plastic makes the bait float up off the bottom. The river I fish has a lot of silt. This bait stands up on the very first cast. The fall at initial cast is a tail shimmy that fish just seem to like. I started fishing the river when I was 12 years old. I'll be 52 in a few weeks. This is the best bait for quality fish that I have ever used. Cast it, move it slow and lightly shake it around rocks and stumps or around grass beds. Smallmouth, largemouth or Spotted bass - it's the real deal. I started fishing them in April, it's July and I can't put them down!! Thanks Zman and Tackle Warehouse. I sure would like to see Tackle Warehouse offering Venom Sickle Hooks.

Comments: This is an excellent swim jig trailer. Great for northern anglers that have to deal with pike cutting the boot tails off our baits- they can put slits in this bait but can't cut it off. The plastic acts differently than others and is more difficult to rig on a jig- but once it's on (with a couple drops of super glue) it's on for good. Wish they had this in a 5" version

Comments: Pair these with the Zman Trout Eye Jig and you will catch fish. Caught some nice Sea Trout on this bait in the bad shad color. Just let it sink to the bottom and twitch it up and let it sink back down and you will get hit on the fall.

Comments: Love this bait!! The pearl was key to catching jackfish and bass held up in a beaver pond, rigged on an EWG weighted Swimbait hook you can't beat running this around weeds. Used one bait for toothy pickerel and it held up all day.

Comments: 10out of 10. They are FANTASTIC!! I have been using them for a good year now! I use them for umbrella rigs, chatterbaits, swimjigs, on weighted swimbait hooks. These are amazing on revenge vibrating jigs and strike king rage blades (both in all white) the only thing is that their action is different than normal soft plastics. The paddle tail swings and about 1/2 of the body swings with it. It also has a really good left to right swing action.

Comments: Tried these for the first time. Used on Texas rig for beds, traditional swim bait rig, and trailer on jigs. These are VERY durable and catch alot of bass. 1 warning... DO NOT MIX with other baits or leave out in hot weather because they melt.
