The Z Man Minnowz were created to replicate the look, action and strike-evoking attraction of a live minnow - better than any soft bait on the market. Featuring a killer profile, lifelike detailing and a thumping paddle tail, the Z Man Minnowz are a perfect match with the Z Man Jigheadz. Composed of Elaztech soft plastic, which is 10X tougher than standard soft plastic, you get more mileage out of each-and-every-bait. The Z Man Minnowz will quickly become one of the most productive baits in your arsenal.
What separates Elaztech plastics from other soft plastics is their life-like action, natural buoyancy and unmatched durability. Elaztech baits not only look great, they are also up to 10X tougher than other plastics. They resist nicks, cuts and tears, and that means you're likely to catch a lot more fish on Elaztech before having to replace them.
Do not mix Elaztech baits with standard plastic baits.
Comments: Have resisted the Zman baits other than the blade baits and TRDs. Mistake. We crushed this Spring trip to Kerr on these. I fished the same bait for 4 1/2 days, would have lasted the trip but for a gar bite off. Now I have a Plano box with all the bait fish colors but Bad Shad is number 1

Comments: Just got these in and I'm specifically talking about the Purple Chart Tail. Right out of the package these have poor lamination between the colors. The yellow tail will get ripped off very easily. I love the non laminated MinnowZ but this will be my last purchase of the laminated.

Comments: 3" Minnowz always ready in my tackle box. They are great for salt water & fresh water pond, inshore fishing, estuary, rocky beach, etc. Durable, last longer, soft and have very good action no matter you reel it in fast or slow.

Comments: Keitech Fat Impact is king for action and getting bit in my opinion, with just about everything else being a pretty close 2nd. Minnowz are my choice for the durability. I've made 2 orders of 2 packs of Minnowz in 5 years from TW and the only reason I had to order more was because I left them in a side pocket in my car when I drove from Socal to Vegas for a few days in the summer. The only way to actually lose one fishing is to break it off in structure or when losing a fish. If you fish in a region with toothy fish like pike or barracuda, that'll do it too. Otherwise, you can expect 100+ fish per bait. Do I think there's a more effective bait on the market? Yes. But nothing compares to Zman in general for durability, and the Minnowz are a great bait.

Comments: Over the winter, I picked up the Minnowz: redbone and houdini. Paired these up with Owner Flashy Swimmer 3/16 oz. Very effective. Now i leave everything behind including my beloved spinnerbaits/jerkbaits/tubes/etc. I do not have to decide what to throw at the bass anymore. This rig is an awesome searchbait. I found it kind of hard to "screw on" the minnowz especially after battling with pikes you have to reattach them. I also do not take all the minnowz on outings. I put them on small bags pre-rigged out of the sun.

Comments: Minnowz have become my go to plastic swimbait. I have been crushing inshore redfish and snook on these as well as bass. To the people who have them melt in the sun or to other brands of plastics... you have to take a few steps to avoid this... don't store them in your boat long term and don't mix them with other brands of plastics. If you follow that advice, you won't have any issues. Durability, action and colors are excellent.

Comments: I received the Z-Man Minnowz as a piece of the September monsterbass subscription box. I received the pearl and blue glitter minnowz. They have phenominal action and do great in the water especially on a underspin. However, I have to give them a poor review because before I could even use them to catch fish, they melted to my zoom super flukes in my tackle box. I like to keep certain soft plastics together and this is the first time I've had plastics melt together in the heat (its only 80 degrees Fahrenheit today) despite owning delicate plastics like keitec, googan, strike king, kvd, etc. Even the ned rig baits like the zman craws and finesse worms didnt melt like the minnowz did. Very disappointingFrom: Richard: Macomb, MI 9/18/19
Comments: Best little minnows out there. The bad shad is one if the best colors I've seen. I love the material too because you can fish it all day and it'll still be in great condition. I had to change my Bait yesterday (finally after 20 little stripers caught/20+ missed hits) because the tail fell off from a lot of short strikes. I fish these guys with a little underspin and I catch just about anything out there. I've caught, halibut, surf perch, mackerel, yellowtail, baracuda, bonitos, largemouth bass, small mouth bass, striper, large crappies, trout, and even a catfish. Just make sure to keep them in their own bags and don't mix them with other plastics and keep them in a cool place. And like other plastics, try to keep them in a secure place so they don't bend.

Comments: Great little swimbait, but don't leave them in the boat during the summer heat. I had 7 bags all melt together inside the bag, while fishing during the Nevada summer. Great bait for the winter, but I'll pass on using these during the summer.

Comments: Got 2 packs of these swimbaits to use on an a-rig and only complaint is the way they are packaged. Removed all of them and had to boil water to heat up the tails to straighten them out. Used the z-man heads and they did work well on the rig, got a 5lb bass the next morning out and missed quite a few as well that rolled or bumped at it. They do last for ever though once you get them straight as long as you don't store them with other plastics. From: William: Long Beach Ca USA
Comments: All i can say is GREAT!it is the best swimbait in my tackle box and i can catch many fish.keep up the best bait Z-Man.
