Drop Shot Gear Guide
Soft jerk baits are known fish catchers and the Tiny Fluke from Zoom Baits is one of the premier baits on the market today. The natural fish shape is attractive to all kinds of fish in both fresh and salt water but big bass really like them. Because of their streamlined shape they glide and swoop through the water easily with the slightest twitch of the rod tip. Use them weightless and they hit the surface like a fleeing baitfish. Use our Lunker City Insert Weights to get the Tiny Fluke down around fish-holding structure or deep into brush. Try the Tiny Flukes anytime you need a quiet baitfish imitation. With all the colors available you'll find one that catches fish in your lake.

Comments: Been seeing schools of small shad being pushed in the shallows recently. Picked up some of these in the smokin shad and dipped the tail in some chartreuse spike it. First time throwing a drop shot and they hammered it. Texas rigged on small size 4 ewg that I bought accidentally and just had laying around.

Comments: Great drop shot bait that darts really well without actually moving the weight. If you need an ultra small drop shot bait, this is a great choice. Sometimes if the bite is crazy tough you can nose hook them with a drop shot hook (size 2-1/0) and fish them slow and weightless like a regular fluke on an ultralight rod. Really versatile bait that catches all types of fish

Comments: A way that works great that most people haven't tried is with a 1/16 oz jig head and jig it on ultra light gear was catching 60 small mouth a day and giant crappie

Comments: Great for getting a lot of bites. They might not be the biggest fish, but spots love them on a dropshot.

Comments: Used this bait for the first time today and it killed. I used it on a drop shot at the bay and I got nice size spotties on it. It has great action and moves better on drop shot rig than a gulp sand worm would, matched the hatch, as I used the Arkansa shiner color for the bass which look just like bait fish found in the bay. Might only use these for drop shot instead of the usual sand worm. Will be my go to bait for drop shot for spotties. The baits also last long without Tearing which is a plus.

Comments: Great for dropshotting for LMB and SMB. Texas rigged ( kinda hard to do with no split belly) and weightless for stream smallmouth and the smallies relentlessly chased these things. Def. gonna get some more. I was using the smokin shad color to imitate small shiners and minnow type fish.

Comments: A must have bait for any angler who wants to put fish in the boat. post spawn is the time to kill with these baits. Rigg em with a mosquito hook weightless and this little bait will blow your mind.

Comments: This has been a solid producer for me post-spawn when there's fry around. On a drop shot rig, the action in the water really can't be beat, and the price is right. One of my favorite baits.

Comments:I have to say this is a great jerkbait, you can d-shot it, but you can rig it weightless, caught all my bass on it.
