A true workhorse, the Zoom Z Craw delivers advanced versatility and universal attraction that works across a broad spectrum of techniques. Originally built for flipping, the Zoom Z Craw was quickly recognized as an outstanding jig trailer, an excellent addition to a chatterbait, as well as, a standout companion to a wobble jig.Designed with hook pockets on the top and bottom, the Zoom Z Craw provides streamlined rigging that is able to slip in-and-out of heavy cover with ease. Made to move plenty of water, the Zoom Z Craw features forward-facing ribs and two fluttering claws that waver with the slightest resistance, yet are subtle enough to remain believable in extra-cold water. Infused with a tasty dose of salt, the Zoom Z Craw provides universal effectiveness that will make it a familiar sight in tackleboxes and storage lockers everywhere.
Comments: Great bait caught a 7 on the California 420 colored standard size on a Texas rig.

Comments: This bait is just deadly and cannot fish wrong. The jr is amazing tx rig or as a small jig trailer. Black Light and Green Pumpkin are my favorite colors. I have done work on bass in East TX on these. Swim the original z craw on a swing head jig along the bottom and be ready. It's bite you won't forget.

Comments: When I am around other guys fishing, I make an effort to see what they are throwing. I don't let them notice I am looking, but I noticed this bait dangling from more than a few rods last year so I stayed away from it, even though I had a pack of the bigger ones. I threw them the other day in cold water during a warm-up and slayed fish. These will also get bit reeling them across the top, a different look than a horny toad or whatever you like to throw. Worth it to grab a bag and try. See if they are your thing.

Comments: Picked up a few packs of these last year and they have become one of my new favorite craw plastics, particularly for pond fishing. Not the most durable bait out there, but the fish really seem to like them when texas rigged. I typically rig them with a lighter wire 2/0 or 3/0 EWG hook and have had good success. Also serve well as a streamlined flippin' bait or jig trailer. The south africa special color is a good change-up from the standard black/blue combos for murky water.

Comments: The Z Craw Jr. does great as a finesse bait. I use it on a split shot rig to do well on heavily pressured small pond largemouths that are just about uncatchable by any other means.
From: William: Concord, NC 4/17/20
Comments: Fish these in the salt, west coast. bass love them, also halibut. The spotted bay bass crush these on the swinging head. The best colors for me have been white. Both sizes. But any of the light colors will work, these lures catch fish, don't forget to put a little scent on them.

Comments: Green Pump/Flash as a trailer for jackhammer Chatterbait... You can't go wrong there... If you get them rigged on right they'll last 5-6 fish before they need replacing. So usually changing one out every 10-15 minutes because they catch fish. From: Rance: Mission, TX 4/12/20
Comments: Texas rig with 5/16 reins brown tungsten orange bead and the 4/0 owner beast hook. This bait will last long and great hook up ratio.
From: Unknown: Lakeside 10/6/19
Comments: This bait killed it post spawn fishing Lake of the Ozarks. In the jr size. Caught my best fish on this bait. It also caught numbers. Dragged it across the bottom slowly Texas rigged and dropped it off ledges. Kept trying to go to other plastics but had to come back to this one. Also worked in the shallow water during sunset. Was fishing third week in June. It was a blast! Didn't work well as a jig trailer. Worked better Texas rigged. From: John: Michigan 7/2/19
Comments: I've been using these since they came out, and my only complaint is the midsection where they have it sort of thinned out to make space for an EWG style hook. It just makes the lure way too easy to tear. I know the lure's primary purpose is on a swing head jig, so that thin midsection is there for that reason. But it is a killer pitching lure and jig trailer, and it just doesn't stand up for very long, even if you don't catch fish on it. Only real way to fish it as a pitching lure is on an EWG hook, even a superline one. Straight shank flipping hooks will eat this thing up.

Comments: California 420 has become my go to jig trailer in the Junior size. Matches with a multitude of jig colors. Produces excellent fall. Zoom baits don't break you at the bank. Bait holds up well to multiple fish catches.
From: Coach: Shell Knob 4/15/19
Comments: These will catch fish on anything you want to throw them on. My number 1 technique though is as a chatterbait trailer. I rig them sideways with the claws up and down as opposed to the usual side by side to better imitate a bait fish.
From: Cade: Mississippi 2/17/19
Comments: A great all round versatile bait. I use them on Guntersville Lake for all types of bass fishing applications. Great on a Texas rig jig trailer swim jig chatter bait trailer football jig trailer. Watermelon Red, Black Sapphire, White Pearl and Watermelon Candy are my go to must have colors. You can't go wrong, these will flat out catch fish.
From: Guntersville Lake Angler: Huntsville, Alabama 1/19/19
Comments: The Z craw is lights out on a swing head. Fish it like a cranbait, ticking off the bottom or rocks. Flat out catches em.
From: Unknown 3/23/18
Comments: One of my go to craws/flipping baits, it's between this and the Strike King Rage Bug. This bait is especially nice because it's relatively cheap and very much so compared to Strike King products. I only fish the Jr. size because I believe it's more versatile than the regular size. The Jr. size will catch you big fish and it's also small and slender enough to get hits when the bite is tough and they want a smaller presentation. I only use 3 colors; California 420, Huckleberry, and Junebug, all of which work absolutely great. I highly recommend this bait.
From: John: Pennsylvania 2/2/18
Comments: Seriously good bait from Zoom - as almost all of the zoom products have been for me. I've caught a bunch of bass on these. It's a great bait to have in your arsenal. Down here in the central Florida area, you can't go wrong with June-Bug, Watermelon Red, Green Pumpkin and variants of these. If you haven't tried these, pick a few up. It's a very versatile bait that you can fish just about anyway you'd like.
From: Shawn: Tampa 7/19/17
Comments: The colors aren't consistent but that is just Zoom and how they roll. These are seriously good, and that is all you need to know...besides the fact you should buy some.
From: Jay6 4/3/17
Comments: these baits are the real deal....the ribs on the side make them fall slow and the tails kick when barely even moved! fish the z craw junior with a 3/16 ounce pegged bullet weight!
From: Unknown: 1/28/17
Comments: This is one of the better jig trailers in the Jr. size. I have not used the standard size but for skipping, swimming and as a regular jig trailer the Jr. is amazing I have used over 10 packs mostly GP they have good durability. One con is that 1 every other pack or so is a little defected but fish don't mind. Maybe because I got them when they first came out 9/10.
From: Andrew: Hingham, Ma 11/16/16
Comments: Green Pumpkin worked well when swam or stroked near brush. Its worked best for me if I cut 1/2-5/8" off the head & mate it with Strike King's Denny Brauer Structure Jig in 1oz. My 2nd round of purchasing these included Green Pumpkin Flash & Black Flash & it was Money! S.K.'s 1oz. Green Pumpkin Structure Jig/Zoom Green Pumpkin Flash Trailer >>> 4lb.3oz Largemouth! There's 2 pitchin' Sticks on Deck right now armed with Zoom Z Craws.. Getcha Some!
From: Jody: Pikeville, KY 6/22/16
Comments: Have caught a lot of bass on Zoom plastics, mainly lizards & brush hogs, so decided to give the Z craw a try. I was very disappointed in the durability of the lure. Pitching this on a heavy wire hook, the head of the bait ripped out very easily & only got one fish per bait.
From: Cliff: Canton, KS 5/2/16
Comments: Fished for an hour this evening flipping a Black Sapphire Z Craw into thick pads. First cast I pulled out a feisty 3 pound LMB , and on my final cast, at 8 PM, I was hammered by a 6 lb 2 oz mama. I have nothing more to say, except I love this bait!
From: Robert: FL 4/28/16
Comments: Wow, a very different bait from Zoom. Much larger than I though it would be, very bulky, cupped claws like a rage tail soft plastic and the ribbed sides are unique. Also has a recessed slot for the hook point when Texas rigged. Great action on the fall or retrieve & looks great standing still on bottom as well. Very cool flipping style bait from one THE best soft plastic companies around.
From: Jake: Fort Wayne, IN 2/26/16
Comments: they work wonders put this with a 1/8 ounce bullet weight sliding with a 3 ot ewg hook in watermelon red flk and start flipping around brush logs they even skip too good jig trailers durable 10/10
From: Austin: Baxley, GA 9/22/15
Comments: Awesome bait! Ordered from TW. Got it back to SA and 3rd cast I hooked a 1.64Kg largie. Caught many more with the black sapphire and watermelon red, texas rigged. As with most Zoom baits they are durable as well. Looking forward to trying the newer colours.
