Do I need a Customer Account to create a Wish List?

While you don't need an account to create a Wish List, you will need an account to permanently save one. Lists created as a guest will only be saved for 36 hours. Guests can create an account during the checkout process when placing an order.

How long does a temporary Wish List remain saved?

A Temporary Wish List will only remain saved for 36 Hours, so it is best to create a Customer Account if you would like your Wish List to remain available for longer.

Where is my Wish List located?

Your Wish List can be accessed in two places. You can click the 'Wish Lists' icon at the top of any webpage, or by selecting 'View And Manage Lists' when prompted after adding a product to your Wish List.

How do I add an item to my Wish List?

To add a product to your Wish List simply enter a quantity in the 'Qty' field before clicking 'Add To Wish List' below the products on the left-hand side. You can add multiple colors, sizes, weights, etc simultaneously by entering a quantity on multiple items on a single product's page and clicking 'Add To Wish List.'

Why won't my full Wanted quantities transfer from my Wish List to my Shopping Cart?

Be sure to make note of the quantities you would like to order before transferring to your Shopping Cart. Your cart will only populate a quantity of 1 to your Shopping Cart when adding items from your Wish List. You will need to manually adjust the quantity in your Shopping Cart if you desire more than one of a single item.

Can I share a Wish List?

Yes! Navigate to the list you would like to share, click the 'Share List' button at the top right of your cart, copy the auto-generated link, and send it off to whoever you'd like! This is a great way to ensure you get the gift you really want, share a list with your tournament partner for an upcoming derby, or make suggestions for your family and friends for an upcoming trip.

Can I copy a Wish List?

Yes! This is a handy feature if you have a base order you know you will be ordering regularly and would like to build upon it, or if you would like to build multiple similar lists for various upcoming tournaments.

Can I add a note to my Wish List?

Yes! This is a great place to share any specific product or ordering information with the gift-givers in your friends and family, perhaps some instructions or suggestions to your tournament partner, or just some thoughts you may have on the products in your list.

Can I rename a Wish List?

Yes! To rename a Wish List just click on the list you would like to edit, then on the 'Rename List' icon on the top of the Wish List. Perfect for changing the name of a list you copied or renaming a Wish List that was sent to you.

Can I share my Shopping Cart?

Yes! However, the link will only capture your Shopping Cart order for 36 hours. It is recommended that you share your wish list instead, to ensure your shopping cart link doesn't expire before the recipient can view it.
