Overview
Plano has added another addition to their Two Tier Guide Series tackle boxes with the 4700. With the same basic components as the 4600, the 4700 can create 13 to 45 storage spaces. This tackle box is the right choice for the angler who prefers the Two Tier design but needs a little more storage space. Independent latches allow access to either storage area, and the Plano 4700 Two Tier Stowaway Box is constructed in the classic 3700 footprint.
Dimensions: 14" x 9" x 2.75"

Comments: Great box. I have 2 of them. one has all my best surface plugs including a 7.5" whopper plopper in the bottom section. The other box has my most used jerk baits. OSP Rudra's, Ima flits and a mix of Duo's, Mega's and Yo-zuri's. Fits beautifully in my Cabela's Magnum bag with my Plano rustrictor storage boxes.

Comments: Great crankbait box and very durable. Fits perfect with my 3700's in my center storage.

Comments: I love these boxes. I use them exclusively for all my tackle so I can organize related items. For example: with my jig boxes I place football jigs in the top compartment and trailers in the bottom along with some rattles. Likewise, for swim jigs, I put the jigs in the top and trailers in the bottom along with some Paycheck Nose Jobs.

Comments: Works great for 1.5s and other similar baits in the top. I have Bandit Ledge, Strike King 4 & 5XD, and Norman Deep Little Ns on top as well, but you can only get about 12 of those along with 3-4 1.5s due to the size of each bin. On the bottom I have additonal Strike King 4s and Normans, along with Strike King 6XDs. I decided to get 2 of these boxes. The top is full of custom painted 1.5s, the bottom is for back up of the best colors and other cranks. The second box is full of all the Strike King and Norman baits that I use.

Comments: Not what I was expecting. The bottom side is great for storage but wish it was designed the same as the top (more versitle). The top part has a great design (versitility) but is too thin. Would be great as a cankbait box. Top side for shallow running, especially square bills, bottom side is deep enough for medium and maybe large ones depending on size of bills. Would also be a great jerkbait box. Soft Plastics.... Do not waste your time!!!!!! I was going to put swimbaits in it and boy was I wrong.
