Comments: Terrific threadfin shad imitator in the 1/4 ounce size and the clown and glass ghost were great choices for me. I have had success with shallow version but wanted a bit more depth and they worked well. The shallow version is great also. If the bass are keying on threadfin shad, that 1/4 ounce is just terrific, ai highly recommend both!

Comments: I've been throwing the X-Rap Deep on Lake Anna, VA (warm side) for two winters now & this lure does really well. Per the Tackle Tour review, I agree it only gets down 7-8' and I'm using 8-10lb floro. I'm also using spinning gear and it works really well. Yesterday they killed the Clown color in clear water. Don't know why but it worked. I wish they would come out with a shad color. I will say the LC and 110+ are better but for the price you can't beat Rapala.

Comments: I use this lure when water temp is in the high 40s low 50s!Reel it down then let sit, count to 10 then give it a twitch. The warmer the water gets the shorter the time between twitches. Olive Green works here when water is clear during the winter time.
