Comments: I have a bfs 2022 shimano Aldebaran left hand retrieve. I ordered my cover and yes it fits nicely (size small). If you're OCD, do not get it. You'll have to put the reel cover upside down for left hand baitcaster. Right hand you'll be alright. They do not have that option when you order the reel cover.

Comments: I have the low profile one for my Metaniums. Perfect fit. Good velco. Seems a bit thinner material so it's more easy to put on and off. 100% satisfied.

Comments: Have one of these on my Shimano 201 Calcutta Conquest. In the TX heat the glue melted to the reel. It's the only round reel cover on TW. As for all my Mentaniums and Aldebarans I have the TW reel covers, they are the best!

Comments: Bought two of these covers for my Curado series reels. They fit well, especially with the larger bodies (Curado I/K), but I find they're better for storage, without line threaded through your rod. In the right-hand configuration it puts a lot of downward pressure on the line, which can cause a kink with mono or fluoro; in the left-hand configuration (cover turned inside-out), it's virtually impossible to use the cover without the line reeled all the way into the spool.

Comments: So far so good. Fits Metanium MGL almost perfect. Says Right hand retrieve only, but if you want to fit it onto a left hand reel, just flip the inside out and still works -- Shimano put Logo on both sides too.

Comments: It's a decent reel cover. If you have to have the Shimano logo, get this one, if you don't care about the logo, get the Tackle Warehouse one. The TW one is thicker (therefore more protective), more snug (which is good for small low-profile reels like my Aldebaran), and somehow less expensive.

Comments: The Shimano reel cover size Medium fits very loose on the Calcutta 400TE. I would guess that the size small would fit just right? Comments: Durability is an issue. No lining or stitching on the handle side so after a while, the thread starts to come undone on that side of the reel cover.
